Suffering with pain from thoracic outlet syndrome? Here's a super easy physical therapist exercise you can do at home to help with that. Just grab an exercise band or exercise to and hold on to each end. Or you can also put your hands are wrist through like I am doing in the photo. Then just simply keep your hands palms down and move the band or two away from the centerline of your body in opposite directions, putting resistance on each side and helping to strengthen stop brachial plexus nerve as well as the surrounding muscle tissue that will help with associated pain and inflammation related to thoracic outlet syndrome. Wrist pain is something that I have personally struggled with for years between working out, practicing martial arts, and working in the medical profession with my hands and body.
