Testimonio de Coach James Rodriguez Trabajar para el Líder James Rodriguez Que se puede decir de un hombre que ve primero tus intereses y no los del mismo, pues precisamente eso fue lo que James Rodriguez marco en mi vida. Además de ser un mentor, amigo y padre laboral James me ayudo en coach laboral para tener un lugar en donde poder materializar mis inquietudes. Una de ellas fue darme cuenta que estaba muy pero muy angustiado por mi situación laboral y esto me permitió poder sacar la angustia de mi cuerpo y de mis pensamientos, para poder empezar a construir no ya desde la angustia y la ansiedad sino desde la calma y la tranquilidad.  Entonces al poner “sobre la mesa” y poder ordenarlas me permitió entender que por más que alguien me regalara súper poderes para llegar desde donde estoy hoy hasta donde me gustaría estar, no sería lo mismo, ya que el aprendizaje que se va dando el camino, durante la búsqueda por estar mejor, por encontrar lo que me apasiona es donde encuentro mi mayor riqueza.  Poder construir desde estos lugares permite generar ideas más claras, para poder seguir avanzando y sobre todo permite empezar a valorar el proceso y  no los resultados. Cuando empecé a valorar el proceso, me dí cuenta que si bien no había alcanzado el resultado deseado en un comienzo había obtenido un montón de resultados mucho más valiosos que los deseados. Creo que esto no es poco, si bien sigo preocupado por las mismas cosas hoy estoy mucho más tranquilo para poder seguir avanzando y ver que me depara este camino. Realmente pude ver oportunidades que me estaban rodeando que antes no había visto y me siento con una gran fortaleza interna, que me la da el estar cada día más cerca de mis intereses, dejando el miedo de lado. El haber pasado por sus manos fue un gran sacudón emocional y empujón anímico para encaminarme hacia lo que me gusta, lo que me da placer, es decir, a ser FELIZ. No tengo más que agradecer a James por su consejos, amistad y apoyo familiar que el brinda en mi vida tanto laboral como personal. Este es de lejos el problema más difícil al que me enfrento cuando consulto a las empresas. Cuando me doy cuenta de que el problema está en la cima. Y se convierte en un problema mayor si están financieramente bien, porque piensan que han llegado hasta aquí, no pueden ser ellos. ¿Cómo crees que se sienten ahora los ex líderes de KMart? Sears? ¿O la gran cantidad de hoteles y restaurantes que ya no existen pero que tuvieron éxito? ¿O tal vez aquellas compañías que han existido por mucho tiempo pero que ahora no son líderes en su industria como IBM? Hay una cantidad ilimitada de empresas que puedo demostrar que los Líderes no pensaron que fueran el problema. Si puedo darte algunos consejos que pueden salvarte y ofrecerte un gran alivio sería, ser humilde y estar abierto a las posibilidades, no luchar contra eso, ¡y aumentar el valor de ti mismo y de tu organización! This is by far the toughest issue I face when I Consult Companies. When I come to realize that the Issue is at the top. And it becomes more of an issue if they are financially ok, because they think that they have made it this far, it can not be them. How do you think the Ex Leaders Of KMart feel now? Sears? Or The Vast amount of Hotels and Restaurants that no longer exist but that had success? Or maybe those companies that have been around a long time but now are not the leaders in their industry like IBM? There are unlimited amount of companies that I can show that the Leaders did not think they were the problem. If I can give you some advice that can save you and bring you much relief it would be, Be Humble and be open to the possibilities, don’t fight it, and increase the value of your self and your organization!
