I’m more like God, I demand sacrifice, many are confused about this actuality, we do not require it as a rite like the bible but we demand as a right! The sacrifice they talk about in the bible is life, slaughter of animals and other cultures of children. I detest that. The sacrifice that bring forth God’s blessings is the sacrifices the professional football players went through. It’s a sacrifice street soldiers goes through, our ancestors went through, civil right leaders went through, it’s not those benefiting from injustices, it’s not those using smooth dialogue, it’s not those whom spend money on flashy things to dazzle supporters, it’s those who sacrifice their time, effort, comfort and well being, victims, hurt, and damaged ones that pursue the great machine of wrong to protect those coming after him. This path is not a glamorous one, it is not a sometimes or halfway thing. It is either THEE REVELATION or not. The universe only recognizes one. #AWWU #therealsk47_ #therealkingofla #therealkingofafrica #battlefield #blackrevelations #africanworldwideunityincorporated #african #africanblood https://www.instagram.com/p/B1gWetQgnTM/?igshid=gk4my5tv2znv

@Regranned from @welcome_to_haiti - Suzanne Bélair, called Sanité Bélair, (1781 – 5 October 1802), was a Haitian Freedom fighter and revolutionary, lieutenant in the army of Toussaint Louverture. Born an affranchi in Verrettes, she married Brigade commander and later General Charles Bélair in 1796. She was an active participant in the Haitian Revolution, became a sergeant and later a lieutenant during the conflict with French troops of the Saint-Domingue expedition. Chased by Faustin Répussard's column of the French army, the Belairs took refuge in the #Artibonite department. Répussard launched a surprise attack on Corail-Mirrault, and captured Sanité Bélair. Her husband turned himself over as well to avoid being separated from her. Both sentenced to death, her spouse was to be executed by fire squad and she by decapitation because of her sex. She watched Bélair's execution, where he calmly asked her to die bravely, and went to her own execution as calm as he, refusing to wear a blindfold. she was featured on the 10 gourd banknote of the Haitian gourde for the "Bicentennial of Haiti" Source :Wiki Famn vanyan ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ #LAKAY#WELCOMETOHAITI #HAITIANSBELIKE #1804 #AFRICA #AFRICANBLOOD #WESTINDIES #WESTINDIAN #ISLAND #HAITI #AYITI  #ISLANDLIFE #carribean #CARIBBEAN  #LAKAY #CARRIBEAN #CARIBBEAN #HAITIANSBELIKE #AYITI #FIRSTBLACKREPUBLIC #SOUPJOUMOU #BLACKREPUBLIC #DUTTYBOUKMAN #BOISCAIMAN #HAPPYNEWYEAR #HAITIANAFFIRMATION #HAITIANINDEPENDENCE #HAITIANREVOLUTION

From @welcome_to_haiti - Toussaint Louverture 📷 of @jimmyjeanlouis as #TOUSSAINTLOUVERTURE François-Dominique Toussaint (20 May 1743 – 7 April 1803), also known as Toussaint L'Ouverture or Toussaint Bréda, was the best-known leader of the Haitian Revolution. His military and political acumen saved the gains of the first Black insurrection in November 1791. He first fought for the Spanish against the French; then for France against Spain and Great Britain; and finally, for Saint-Domingue against Napoleonic France. He then helped transform the insurgency into a revolutionary movement, which by 1800 had turned Saint-Domingue, the most prosperous slave colony of the time, into the first free colonial society to have explicitly rejected race as the basis of social ranking.  He died betrayed before the final and most violent stage of the armed conflict. However, his achievements set the grounds for the Black army's absolute victory and for Jean-Jacques Dessalines to declare the sovereign state of Haiti in January 1804. Toussaint's prominent role in the Haitian success over colonialism and slavery had earned him the admiration of friends and detractors alike. Just Us System
A justice system doesn’t exist
Just rich assisting rich
White collars, a red switch
And blue ties noosing glitches
Pitching powdered lines sniffed
There’re just instances
We’re sentenced for crimes
We never did commit
Legalized oppression
Suggesting we’re all just mis-fits
No justice exists
But just us
To just get
Further broken down
Then drown
While hoping they’ll acquit
Hoping We can appeal or get a slap on the wrist
But the slap on the face
And taste spit are more legit
Modern misconstrued skits
Constitutional hypocrites
Spewing their documents
Dominant when verdicts are split
Omitting proof of alibis
Providing orange outfits
Mama’s cries and eyes
Heard and well lit
Get with their program
Scheme, scam then slam the bars
Trust funds that cock guns
Black suits in black cars
Pale faces with black paint
Black stains, inked, disbarred
Black souls sink
Sucka negroes they discard
Hunt black heads for the reward
No justice
Just us attempting to survive by their accord
Man down
Hands down
Begging on all fours
In a system stroking boats
Trying to cope
With rotted oars
Slashed spines
Rotted minds
Clotted
With blotted pores
Their flag scores
We drag poor asking Sam for more
Minds of melons
From fetus to felon
Telling the world
We’re criminals
Media’s messages subliminal
They brainwash in intervals
No justice system
Just us to get them
To pardon Our ways
Modern day trickery
Attempting to keeping Us enslaved...

@Regranned from @welcome_to_haiti - Jean-Jacques Dessalines Jean-Jacques Dessalines (20 September 1758 – 17 October 1806) was a leader of the Haitian Revolution and the first ruler of an independent Haiti under the 1805 constitution. Initially regarded as governor-general, Dessalines was later named Emperor Jacques I of Haiti (1804–1806) by the Generals of the Haitian Revolution Army. He is regarded as a founding father of Haiti. Dessalines served as an officer in the French army, when the colony was fending off Spanish and British incursions. Later he rose to become a commander in the revolt against France. As Toussaint Louverture's principal lieutenant, he led many successful engagements, including the Battle of Crête-à-Pierrot. After the betrayal and capture of Toussaint Louverture in 1802, Dessalines became the leader of the revolution. He defeated a French army at the Battle of Vertières in 1803. Declaring Haiti an independent nation in #1804, Dessalines was chosen by a council of generals to assume the office of governor-general. He ordered the 1804 Haiti massacre of the white Haitian minority, resulting in the deaths of between 3,000 and 5,000 people, between February and April 1804.[3] In September 1804, he was proclaimed emperor by the Generals of the Haitian Revolution Army and ruled in that capacity until being assassinated in 1806. @Regranned from @welcome_to_haiti - Bois Caïman (Haitian Creole: Bwa Kayiman) is the site of the Vodou ceremony during which the first major slave insurrection of the Haitian Revolution was planned. On the night of August 14, 1791, representative slaves from nearby plantations gathered to participate in a secret ceremony conducted in the woods by nearby Le Cap in the French colony of Saint-Domingue. Presided over by Dutty Boukman, a prominent slave leader and Vodou priest, the ceremony served as both a religious ritual and strategic meeting as conspirators met and planned a revolt against the ruling white planters of the colony's wealthy Northern Plain. The following prayer said by Dutty Boukman has been attributed to that night, translated as: ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Good Lord who hath made the sun that shines upon us, that riseth from the sea, who maketh the storm to roar; and governeth the thunders, The Lord is hidden in the heavens, and there He watcheth over us. The Lord seeth what the blancs have done. Their god commandeth crimes, ours giveth blessings upon us. The Good Lord hath ordained vengeance. He will give strength to our arms and courage to our hearts. He shall sustain us. Cast down the image of the god of the blancs, because he maketh the tears to flow from our eyes. Hearken unto Liberty that speaketh now in all your hearts (Heinl) ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ In the following days, the whole Northern Plain was in flames, as the revolutionaries conducted acts of violence towards those who had formerly enslaved them. Clouded in mystery, many accounts of the catalytic ceremony and its particular details have varied since it was first documented in Antoine Dalmas's "History of the Saint-Domingue Revolution" in 1814. The ceremony is considered the official beginning of the Haitian Revolution.
