imagine the whiplash of seeing percy and annabeth being affectionate with each other around camp after watching them beat around the bush for four years. you see annabeth working on her blueprints or some shit. and percy walks over to her from the nearby field. you're fully prepared to see them skirt around their feelings like usual. and then get taken aback when annabeth flirts with him like she enjoys watching the tide in his eyes change color. so captivated by the sea she'd willingly drown in. and percy just smiles and blushes, and stares at her with love in his eyes, not even daring to hide it. he kisses her on the mouth afterward like it's as easy as breathing and says something about meeting by the lake after the campfire. and you just have to reevaluate your outlook on life over the next few weeks.

but then it turns out shen qingqiu actually got hit with one of pidw's wife plot-pollen that made him act so jealous and crazy, and when it's over (either by papapa or time), shen qingqiu profusely apologizes and says he'd never do such a thing to binghe and it wasn't like him at all and binghe stands there like "oh..."

there was this headcanon that i Think about ALL THE TIME about how Cleo cannot regenerate her skin. so the Hermits donate theirs. except Cleo decides to make it a funny psychological horror where she chases them (hermits who consent/have almost normal body) down for sport.

shes a Hermit so OF COURSE they'll help but like god you just gonna chase us down? slowly? like a a damn horror movie? huh? okay. rude. so they trade favors and bribe her to get moved down the list.

Joe even knew that I was getting too hard on myself but Joe was just telling me like, 'I know what you can do, just get back in the rhythm, play your game, and you know we're gonna take off from there.'

Ja'Marr on Pat McAfee: It had a toll on me, it was a little mentally draining, knowing I was getting attacked just getting into the league... it just took a little minute for me to get back into the rhythm of things, get used to the offense again and once all that was coming on, I wasn't really worried about it. Joe helped me pick myself back up and get back on the road.

the Julian and Jadzia dynamic is honestly so cute. I love that they let Julian's chasing after her run its course and that theyre besties and they joke about it and they love each other. like yeah I do think Julian is still into her and would JUMP at the opportunity if she gave him one but theyre comfortable in their friendship its a very good dynamic
