So apparently in one of the comic continuity’s of transformers bumblebee was mad to kill rouge primes???

This idea has not left my head for other continuities like TFA so behold my TFA prime killer au:

Bumblebee got this coding implanted into him when he was young and was a child experiment (come on animateds cybertronien government was baaad ) this while gave him a lot of strength was only given to him when he went into a sorta sleeper agent mode which would activate when one of the codes were said out load different codes inpliment him to do certain things in this mode and makes him significantly more powerful in battle but he remembers nothing of this nor his time as a child experiment.

The only ones who know about the coding are the primes and ultra Magnus which includes longarm and Optimus

Longarm/shockwave tells Megatron when he gets back in communication with him slightly mad that he didn’t know this back at boot camp

optimus knew about the coding but didn’t know it was bumblebee whom was placed on the repair crew to keep an eye on Optimus.

Sentinal activates the coding that would have had bumblebee restrain Optimus in the episode where he tries to bribe optimus to lie.

The other autobots are disgusted by what the autobots done to bumblebee all those years ago

They often say 'stop beating a dead Ponyta', but why?

Especially if they had the technology available to bring back fossil Pokemon into being once more. Why couldn't he use the same science to bring back a human being? Of course, silly ethics said he couldn't bring back a whole human (but when did that ever stop him from doing so several times in the past) and he had committed too many sins against Arceus in the last month, so he had to be a bit more moderate in his denying of grim Yveltal.

Nobody ever said about bringing back parts of a human.

It brightened up Rose's day, knowing John Beladonis could never be truly a whole man anymore. Parts replaced here and there, until the chairman actually wondered 'was he even still John'? After patching up a ship over the course of a long journey, was it still the same ship? Such was a conundrum. However, he crunched the numbers -- 55% is just enough of John for him to still be essentially John.

The mind was important. The wavelengths showing activity as it was well aware of all the modifications Rose ordered as he helplessly watched.

Steel torso. Steel arms. Pistons as joints. Fuel for blood, though he made sure an artificial heart that could never fail would keep feeding his brain the needed oxygen to keep living, to keep John existing within this shell Rose had forced upon him.

Honestly, the body they gave the agent was a work of art. Rose was almost jealous. Almost.

He put in the final portion of his face, made with silicone to move to mimic a human face, though the one chosen was as generic as they came, though sculpted in such a lovely, artistic way. Truly, John was so lucky that Rose was sparing no expense in reviving him. And keeping him. He was a favourite toy and he would be remiss in letting him go so easily.

Is this not how someone shows another they are cherished, by basically immortalizing them? Even if the grey matter within the metal body would decay, Rose would make sure a digital imprint would continue to exist, to live to suffer.

It is its own kind of immortal Hell.

Looking over at the monitor that allowed them all to see the brain activity, he could see the immense distress -- anger. Oh, John was so angry at him. After all, the nerves were not connected to anything important. All he could do was stew and rage and think and despair within the steel cage he made for him.

Rose smiled and opened his arms wide.

"Rise, my Sentinel. We have a lot to do."

The brainwaves showed clear, distinct anger, but the face facade of the large robot guard simply remained neutral, answering mechicanically with a 'yes'.

Relationships

So I’ve had some free time between school and work and I’ve been thinking about the relationships between Annabelle and the other agents. I think I got everybody, but please tell me if I forgot anyone.

Lilith :  Lilith is not the kind of person who dotes on and coddles people. That is quite possibly the only thing about her that Annabelle doesn’t like. Other than that, Lilith is very patient and calm while helping her learn the ins and outs of society. She’s also the only person that has heard Annabelle’s voice. Annabelle feels safe around Lilith and has no problem talking to her. That might have to do with Lilith being the first person she actually met in Roanoke. She may have accidentally called her mom once, too. Since she doesn’t really remember her childhood, Lilith is the closest thing to a mother she’s ever had.

Seraphim :  Seraphim is nice, she really is. It’s just... She’s a witch. Annabelle has a dark, bad history with witches and just doesn’t like being around them for too long. She tries to see past the fact that she’s a witch, honestly. It’s just really hard for her to ignore that fact when it’s kind of why she’s a part of Roanoke. The only time when Annabelle was fine around Seraphim was when Seraphim had hand churned ice cream for a society party later that day. It was a family recipe. That lead to Annabelle being a bit more comfortable around her.

Succubus :  She’s very intrigued by Succubus. All the tattoos, how freely she expresses herself, it’s stuff she’s not used to. The people she was used to... Well, you stayed quiet unless you wanted something to happen to you. There is a part of her that wants to stay away from Succubus, but another that wants to stay and learn from her. Succubus is one of the best fighters that Roanoke has and Annabelle, well... She isn’t. There’s so much that Succubus could teach her about so many things, but Annabelle thinks that’s not going to happen any time soon.

Houdini :  Annabelle and Houdini have a very... Strained professional relationship. There was a slight incident on a mission that Annabelle went on with another Roanoke member and a few members from Statesmen, one being Agent Whiskey, and a few things... Happened. Needless to say, Houdini always keeps a close eye on Annabelle. They are both always throwing looks at the other and Houdini has sworn up and down that she’s heard her muttering about her ever so softly. Something about how she doesn’t change who she is when dealing with problems and not pretending to be somebody’s dead wife? Lilith is really the only one who does anything about it. But, if the moment ever arose, Annabelle would not hesitate to help Houdini.

Lycan :  Annabelle, for the most part, likes Lycan. She thinks that she makes an excellent art subject and enjoys drawing her. The one thing that throws her off is that around the full moon, she behaves differently and she doesn’t know why, but she doesn’t like being around her during those times. Any other point in time? Annabelle likes her... And her stuff. Lycan just has a lot of cool, shiny things that she’s acquired throughout the years and Annabelle just wants to know what they are. Maybe paint a picture of them. She always give the stuff back. Normally.

Scribe : The Scribe doesn’t really talk much, nor does she like noise down in the archives. Annabelle doesn’t really talk and is known for not making any sound. So the two get along swimmingly. Annabelle likes reading about the history of the society and past missions, trying to see if there has ever been anybody like her in the society before. Scribe may have been taken by a small bout of pity for the girl, not knowing who she is or where she comes from. Whenever she has a few moments of free time, she’ll occasionally look for information on her based on what little information she already knew. Nothing has been found yet.

Sprite :  Annabelle actually doesn’t know Sprite all that well. Since she works mainly in interrogation, there really is no need for her to have weapons. They live on opposite sides of the mansion, they’re never awake at the same time, the only way that they really know that the other exists is that Sprite keeps leaving notes for ice cream flavor orders in the kitchen and they always get filled out.

Seance : The both of them are very quiet individuals, well Seance is at first, and Annabelle doesn’t mind that. It’s not like Annabelle is going to do any talking. The only thing that Annabelle doesn’t like about her is that she just randomly summons ghosts and their rooms are not that far apart from each other. She can feel it when they enter this realm and it puts her on edge for at least an hour (and may be the cause of some of her sleepless nights). Seance also introduced her to some of the manor cats. Annabelle has never really been around cats before so she’s very tentative around them, but Seance loves watching her learn how to interact with the cats. 

Specter :  Specter is by far, in Annabelle’s opinion, the nicest agent. She and Lilith are really the only people she is fully comfortable around. Specter is the one that helps her try to fit in with society when they have to go out on a shopping trip or just to go and have some fun. Annabelle and Specter, to the rest of the society, seem like an odd pair. Specter is very touch centered and Annabelle is not. The first time they all saw Specs touch her, even though she was wearing her standard full coverage outfit, and Annabelle didn’t flinch or lash out and push her away, they were shocked. Annabelle sometimes feels like Specter is truly the only friend that she has in the society.

Ondine : Annabelle and Ondine get along really well. Since Annabelle spends a lot of time around Lilith, she also spends time around Ondine. They both share some similarities with liking sweets and similar music. Annabelle loves learning about mermaids from her and can just listen to her talk about them for hours. Occasionally the two of them can be seen walking around the lakes near the manor with Ondine talking and Annabelle just listening. 

Arizona :  Annabelle loves being off of the ground. Since joining Roanoke, she has quickly made it a habit to take a trip up in the air (by plane or helicopter) at least once a week. She especially loves it when Ari agrees to go either in the early morning or evening, you know, sunrise and sunset. In return, Annabelle always keeps a tub of their favorite ice cream in stock. She also doesn’t mind the little aerial stunts they try to pull off since it lets her get amazing videos on her camera. Arizona is also one of the only agents to have heard Annabelle laugh. It was quiet, but they still heard it.

Raziel :  Annabelle and Raziel work together a lot. Raz tries her best to help Annabelle control her empathic powers, but she can only be in the same room as her for about five minutes before Annabelle’s emotions overwhelm her. Annabelle has gotten better at controlling her emotions because of her, simply because she wants to be able to be around someone like her. Raz swears up and down that she’s heard her speak, but nobody believes her. (Except for Lilith who gives her a knowing wink when Annabelle and Raziel are together.)

Cherub : Annabelle has always seen Cherub around, but doesn’t really interacted with her. The first time she did, it was when she was first brought to Roanoke and taken straight to the infirmary. After that, she hasn’t really seen much of her. There is the odd occasion when she is roaming around at night and she finds her in the kitchen late at night with a tub of ice cream, sometimes crying. She doesn’t stay in the area long, since the emotions will effect her, but she tries her best to give her some positive energy/thoughts and makes a mental note to buy her some more ice cream.

Rougarou :  Rougarou has a tendency to go into a very protective mode when around Annabelle, and she isn’t really bothered by it. Annabelle loves her cooking since she normally makes very spicy dishes. She also learned the hard way not to take anything from her room. Let’s just say that taking something from a voodoo practitioner was not the best idea if one likes to sleep soundly. Other than that instance, Annabelle and Rougarou get along fine.

Sentinel :  Sentinel is a very quiet man. Annabelle is a very quiet woman. The two could sit together in silence for hours on end. For Annabelle, he just has a very calming presence. She can’t place her finger on why exactly, but he does. Sentinel is the only agent that can really get her to eat, besides agent Rougarou. There is just something about the way he prepares a brisket that makes her mouth water. He is also the only agent to ever hear her speak at a normally volume and and he’s never told anybody. Not even Lilith.

Zed :  Zed is the only person who Annabelle cannot read. It irritates her, but intrigues her. She used to be very upset about this and would not talk to them. Then one day some of the dogs around the manor would not leave her alone and they managed to help her out. Zed is also doing something that nobody thought of doing. They are teaching Annabelle American Sign Language so that she can communicate without having to write everything down. Statesmen has been working on some tech that allows for ASL to be translated instantly so everybody would be able to understand her. Zed’s also trying to get her to not be terrified of dogs. We’ll see how that goes.

Elfin : Annabelle cannot be around him. He’s just too touchy. He always wants to get really close to her and try and charm her or something and she just doesn’t get it. She hates it when she does have to go out on a reconnaissance mission because she’s normally paired up with him since the two of them together look harmless and can basically get in anywhere. Lilith has told her to try and speak to him, to tell him some basic ground rules, but Annabelle knows that’s never going to happen. And she’ll never admit to this, but if he really wanted to get close to her, all he’d have to do is share his candy. She would have just tried to swipe some from his poorly conceived hiding spot, but people have warned her not to take anything from him. Something about unknown consequences?  

Nova :  Annabelle is fascinated with Nova and her little Martian buddy Sam. She’s already very curious about things on Earth, but things not from Earth? You have all of her attention. She loves making Sam move around the container and really wants to see if he has any thoughts, but every time she tries to open the container, Nova stops her. Annabelle also loves listening to Nova talk about the stars and constellations. She had no idea that there were pictures in the sky and now, when she is up late at night, she can be found out on the roof looking up at the stars.

Shaking his head, Dipper leaned forward as he got a bit more serious. "Aliens are real. And I'd bet money somewhere out there in the cosmos there is a species that is just as advanced as we are, if not more. No way are humans the smartest being. No way. We're way too dumb for that. All I'm saying is -" a pause for dramatic effect before he wrapped it all up with a nice neat bow, dead serious still "- the truth is out there."

Me decoding the Matrix movies are long over due. Morpheus in the Matrix represented a 5th Dimensional deity that literally showed Neo what 3rd density really is. A holographic illusion or simulation which is caused by tiny magnetic fields trapping light waves & causing the light to become dense, which keeps the light trapped in the magnetic cubes, which gives the light the illusion of being "matter." Morpheus showed Neo How 3rd density was literally controlled by an Ai system, & the system fed off humanities ignorance & fear. He showed Neo how the "Sentinals" patrolled 3rd density to make sure all the humans were complying with the "program" & if any humans got out of line, they were hunted down by "Agent Smiths." The "Agent Smiths" implanted "bugs" inside of blue pill humans, so the blue pill humans could be tracked & surveyed anywhere they go on the Earth. The "Bug" in our everyday reality is our smart phones & the nanoparticles in the "jab." The Sentinels in our everyday reality are the insectoids & the Greys. Theyre the beings that serve the God "Khepri" which is the God that decieved humanity into embracing artificial technology instead of tapping into our DNA & the cosmic forces to use our bodies as the organic technology. Final Fantasy Tactics X Final Fantasy 14 Crossover Comission

god okay i info dumped on discord bc thats just who i am as a person so i’m cross posting it here in case anyone else is curious about my canon world state. under a read more bc its, uh, maybe a bit of a monster.

i've got a dummy complex worldstate for no reason other than i like to make things difficult for the sake of a good story i guess. for origins my canon warden is an apostate, ellanis tabris who in an 'accident' had his leg crushed and it never recovered, causing it to have stunted growth. he uses a cane to get around and his disability helped hide him in the denerim alienage since apostacy is probably one of if not the most dangerous crime for an elf.

he's only one of three, though. his best friends growing up are noure surana and attie nehrios. noure gets taken to the circle when they're 17 (and ellanis and attie are 15) and comes into play a bit later, while attie is a seamstress and budding red jenny.

as far as origins itself goes ellanis' canon route is deep roads - dalish - haven - redcliff - circle - redcliff. fairly standard stuff up until haven/broken circle tbh. in haven during the guardian's first trial instead of shianni ellanis sees noure (whom the alienage presumed dead when arrested bc it wasn't, ah, a clean arrest) as the ghosty thing and during broken circle ellanis finds noure again and 'conscripts' them into the wardens. really he just takes them with him and destroys their phylactery so they won't be followed. (noure's phylactery is stored in kinloch instead of the spire after their fourth escape attempt since it gave them too much of a head start to make the templars wait to get it) theres a lot of Feelings surrounding connor but other than that ellanis doesn't super change things there either. he does, however, not have any idea about the dr. which is the biggest break i have from canon in dao with the exception of my inclusion of More City Elves. instead of morrigan going to ellanis she, as his best friend, knows he'll refuse to do it and instead goes straight to alistair. morrigan actually never tells ellanis anything about the ritual, ever.

during unrest in the alienage ellanis meets up with attie again, who is already working to clear the slavers out herself, and she falls head over heels for morrigan pretty quickly. fast enough that when morrigan sets out on her 'nobody follow me' thing attie does anyways bc thats just who attie is as a person. and besides she can't stay in denerim now that she's maybe or not killed a nobleman for what happened during the wedding.

and now its awakening time 

ellanis meets up with anders for the first time and through him learns a bit more about noure's time in the circle. (noure and anders and karl were lovers for roughly three years before shit hit the fan hard) and fuck canon here because ellanis doesn't have time for this. plus the architect is interesting and yah maybe insane but he's in the place for a little madness. ellanis lets him live and strikes a bargain with him, they share research and any ferelden wardens who prefer to answer their calling not by fighting darkspawn but by potentially furthering the cure are welcomed by the architect. but after awakening ellanis leaves vigils keep in nate's hands and goes on 'offical leave' to work on his own cure..... and to live in antiva with zevran...... lkjkjlkjkjkj

noure, after broken circle and during awakening, goes to nevarra via orlais. it takes them a couple of months to settle but noure finds viuus (yes that viuus) who takes them on as an apprentice of sorts bc he's also in a bit of a jam. it works, sorta, noure learns more spirit based magic and reconnects with a part of themselves the circle tried to beat out of them. it only lasts for about two years, though, because templars find them, one a recent transfer from kinloch and noure isn't exactly a forgettable face. so!

well, its around the same time that anders leaves the wardens for good. and ellanis puts anders in touch with noure. they decide to meet in kirkwall, because rumor has it that's where karl is and thats gonna be the place they need to go first.

attie though, she's just hanging out with morrigan and stirring the pot in orlais as a jenny. she also works with the mage underground and defo either knows or works with briala as a kind of agent. her story is more foggy tho bc i haven't read Super much of TME or played some of witch hunt

da2 comes in and i've Recently, like as of last week i think, decided to swap my canon hawkes. william is now my canon hawke instead of the twins. he's an apostate who's magic is mostly clairvoyancy and a shepherd.. or he was until the blight. bethany dies during the escape and its only the Beginning of the sad times for william.

with his pretty suble magic william makes for a Superb smuggler, and lands the gig with bartrand quickly. he Also, gets a bit of a crush on varric while they're still going around raising money. he takes carver, varric, and isabela with him to the deep roads thinking that keeping his brother close will be safer. and, well, it isn't.

act ii is a bunch of horse shit anyways but william tries to keep out of things until isabela is directly threatened by it and only then steps in seriously. for the most part all of the things which go down with petrice are done with noure and anders. they don't like the qunari being in town either but they, at least, can use the situation to weaken the chantry and by extension the circle. even if its only a bit. during act iii the two of them build up the mage underground and start preparing to take direct action against the circle. william is, still uncertain but he doesn't stop them. his magic has never been a large danger to himself, it's suble enough and under control enough that he's never really had to fear templars. he feared them for his fathers sake, for bethany's sake, but not his own. not really. and well, we know how da2 ends but i hate the retcon of 'hundres of casualties' bithc! where! so no, only the grand cleric and a handful of upper level chantry people where inside when it went up and they deserved it.

ellanis is working on the blight cure during this time and makes it far enough that he and zev are surprised by twins (two girls named adaia and killian) but otherwise ellanis is mostly chillin in antiva

while attie is now definitely working closely with briala both as a jenny and as an agent

and we’re up to dai with my canon quizzy - da'ean lavellan, the clan storykeeper (next in line after his father) who only attends the conclave because idrilla was going to first and they didn't want to loose the clan first. i've got... way more canon deviance in dai than anywhere else bc dai Suxxs but its way too long but basically! 

da'ean romances both dorian and the iron bull bc im poly and i said so, idrilla comes to skyhold as magical advisor and she works where morrigan does in the game (tho morrigan still shows up she's not an offical position as much, which suits her and attie just fine). linayel, da'ean's nas'falon (qp) arrives with her and he slots in as an archery trainer. 

plus, ellanis is the warden contact instead of the many (some really wild??) canon contacts. leliana tries to contact him to be quizzy but he's travelling and misses it, and when noure contacts him on william's behalf and mentions corypheus (ellanis knows about legacy bc william brought noure and anders along) ellanis puts some pieces together and comes to skyhold. he'd already been working to figure out the weird calling (it is and yet isn't the same as the blight he remembered) so he's already a bit aware of the situation. william doesn't stick around for long, basically just long enough to get confirmation ellanis is on his way. even tho he misses varric this isn't his place

adamant goes down wicked different bc ellanis is the fucking HOF. by this time he's developed his magic enough he can pretty much take down all of the wardens within a good 300 foot range just nearly instantly. (a combination of his blight cure research and his natural entropic aligned magic hohohoho) so he makes it to clarel Fast. instead of falling into the fade ellanis (anyone else remember just fucking punching rifts closed in awakening? lol) works with da'ean to open up the rift in the main courtyard and suck the nightmare into the real world. and then he fuckin annhilates it bc he can

WEWH is also different but this time its bc of attie (and morrigan's different now too bc she's been dragged into things by her wife) briala's at the palace yeah, but now she's also got attie waiting in the wings. instead of getting stuck in place by the quizzy attie is able to manuever things to implicate gaspard and celene alone (mostly bc i hate the blackmail on briala it just doesn't vibe well with her character to me). so instead of the shitty options of 'gaspard rules with briala shadowing him' or 'celene and briala end up back together' its 'celene gets put in place by briala and now briala calls the shots'

idrilla romances solas, and as a dreamer she's sure something is fishy but can't figure out what exactly. (until trespasser that is, when she figures it out at the murals) but she provides a good foil to his asshatry and as offical magical advisor steers the inquisition with morrigan's info about the arbor wilds. she knows the rituals and the magic bc she's first and they make it through far faster than in canon, making a quick alliance with the sentinals and beating samson well before the canon battle area. 

(linayel romances cass but their story is still quiet and vague as of yet but linayel mostly remains in skyhold to help train and strategize)

Before describing about treatment of breast cancer we need to not only look at the stage of breast cancer but also at different prognostic and predictive biomarkers.

Apart from the stage, these biomarkers tell us about the probability of relapse

So, we divide breast cancer according to stage and according to the hormone receptor status and genomics. (By looking at genes we can also say that what kind of genes are driving cancer and how aggressive these genes are).

Breast cancer can be divided   into subtypes   that respond differently to various types of treatment.

Subtypes according to Hormone receptor status

A, Hormone receptor positive – Estrogen receptor positive (ER-Positive), Progesterone receptor positive (PR-Positive) and Her2 Neu receptor negative are good biology tumors where chances of recurrence are less because they are good biology tumors. These breast cancers are 98% curable if diagnosed at early stage.

Can we avoid chemotherapy for such patients suffering from breast cancer?

Does that mean treating breast cancer without chemotherapy-Yes but not for all breast cancer patients

Yes, more breast cancer patients can avoid chemotherapy. With the help of genomic recurrence scores in breast cancer we can tell now who will benefit from chemotherapy. Not only in early-stage breast cancer, we can avoid chemotherapy in node positive breast cancer as well. From last 3 years 30% of our patients did not not receive chemotherapy after surgery for breast cancer. Now we can have better informed discussion with patients explaining why they are unlikely to benefit from chemotherapy in early-stage breast cancer.

This allows women suffering from Breast cancer to get through their cancer treatment faster and back to their lives sooner.

Cost remains a concern for such tests but in coming times it would go down so everyone can afford these tests.

In young breast cancer patients with advanced stage who are high risk for relapse ovarian suppression 

 B, Her2Neu positive Breast cancer – These are more aggressive that hormone receptor positive breast cancers. Such types of breast cancers are driven by Her2 Neu gene.

How are breast tumors tested for HER2?

By simple method called immunohistochemistry-IHC

If the IHC result is 0 or 1+, the cancer is considered HER2-negative. These cancers do not respond to treatment with drugs that target HER2.

If the IHC result is 3+, the cancer is HER2-positive. These cancers are usually treated with drugs that target HER2.

If the IHC result is 2+, the HER2 status of the tumor is not clear and is called “equivocal.” This means that the HER2 status needs to be tested with FISH to clarify the result.

If IHC report is 2-equivocal, it should be confirmed with FISH- Fluorescent in situ hybridization.

How to treat Her2 Neu positive breast cancer?

Chemotherapy cannot be avoided for such type of breast cancer unless tumor is less that 1cm. These are aggressive types of breast cancer and need targeted therapy along with chemotherapy.

Now different types of targeted therapies are available for such type of breast cancer and prognosis has improved with  advent of targeted therapies like Trastuzumab, Pertuzumab, Trstuzumab Emtasine (TDM-1), Lapatinib, Fam-Trastuzumab, Tucatinib, Enhertu (chemical name: fam-trastuzumab-deruxtecan etc.

C, TNBC-Triple negative Breast cancer- Tumor which is ER Negative, PR Negative and Her2Neu negative are called triple negative breast cancer. Triple negative Breast cancer is an aggressive cancer and has more like spread at the time of diagnosis and is more likely to come back after treatment.

In early stage 5 year survival rate is 90%, for breast cancer patients who are locally advanced (Stage II, Stage III) 5 year survival is 60% and for stage IV triple negative breast cancer patient 5 year survival is 10%.

These cancers are usually associated with BRCA 1 and BRCA 2 genes and other hereditary syndromes as well. So such breast cancer patients are diagnosed at early age. Some body diagnosed with Triple negative breast cancer should be screened for Hereditary syndromes after proper genetic counselling.

Treatment has not changed much as no targeted therapy is available for treatment of TNBC breast cancer patients. Immunotherapy is a new tool which is showing promise.

Immunotherapy for Triple negative Breast Cancer-Immunotherapy has changed the way we look at triple negative breast cancer. Different drugs called immune checkpoint inhibitors are available and are in early phase trials, have shown promising results

Immunotherapy for breast cancer can be combined with chemotherapy especially for locally advanced breast cancer. In neo adjuvant settings   it has shown good results in disease control for the first time in history. Research is going on and different clinical trials are addressing this issue.

Sofa we have seen more complete pathological responses with this approach.

C, TNBC-Triple negative breast cancer;-  Tumor which is ER-Negative,PR-Negative and Her2Neu-Negative.  -Aggressive type of breast cancer with high relapse rates .Now different drugs are available to cure this type of cancer. Immunotherapy is now a major tool to fight breast cancer.

Treatment of metastatic Breast cancer

Stage 4 breast cancer means that it is not curable, but that does not mean that breast cancer patients do not survive longer.

With newer drugs, better diagnostic techniques and better imaging modalities majority patients with stage 4 breast cancer survive beyond 5 years .

Again before starting treatment, we need to look at Estrogen receptor, Progesterone receptor and Her2Neu receptor status.

For ER, PR positive cancer patients and HerNeu negative   there is no need for chemotherapy, these patients can forgo chemotherapy and can be treated with hormonal therapy (Tamoxifen, Letrazole, Anastrazole, Exemestene) and other newer drugs called CDK4,6 Inhibitors (Palbociclib, Abemaciclib, Everolimus, Fulvestrant  etc) .

For Her2 Neu metastatic breast cancer patient newer drugs have shown promise in increasing survival.

For TNBC -Triple negative breast cancer survival remains poor and immunotherapy has shown promising results and more research is needed in this field.

It was another day and another hour of torment as Erik was now in a sleepy state, his hands tied behind his back and a mouth guard around his mouth stopping him front talking. He was injected by the cure withering in pain before blackedout again, he awoke not too long to realise he was back in the room but this was familiar, that he knew this place where he had called his home.

"where.. where am I?" He asked and had realised the mouth guard had disappeared and his hands were freed. He grunted from the pain on his neck but that was about it, he had not known what was happening something in the distance came very clear to him, something that was closer to him than he thought. There in the far corner was Charles his legs working and his hair now trimmed like they were before.

"C..Charles..?"

"yes Erik it's me" he said getting closer to him, his body walking the same steps. He walked with the same stride but what was strange again was the way he talked. It wasn't him. Not again.

Charles moved closer to him his hands reaching him and he took them, closing his distance between them. Charles smiled and sat down next to him his arms around his shoulders pulling him into a hug, then there's that whisper in his ear, a cold hard voice. A cruel one.

"you are a monster. No one loves you. People fear you"

Tears flooded his eyes, the pain, the hurt was all too much. The sound of his voice was a knive through his heart as he tried to focus on the words that he said.

"they aren't true, they were never true"

Thought Erik as he pulled his knees up to his chest, his chin resting on his knee caps.

"oh but my friend they are true and you know it" Charles said before a sharp pain entered him again. He had blacked out the hall disappearing and so was Charles, he only remember his touch which was odd becuase it wasn't him, he didn't dare to think of who else it could be. Erik soon woke up now his eyes diluted and glassy, he arose once more and a voice in his head now.

"We have turned more of different approach, you will now attack Washington, Trask will be there understand?" Said the female voice,her voice echoing in his mind. His grinned slight and he didn't know why he was grinning but he did it any way. He soon heard himself lagugh and had laughed some more as he approached the the exit of his prison. He had outstretched his arms and had almost felt the metal as it hummed slight until it didn't. There was barely a hum now and he frowned at the lost of his abilities as he was baffled by the sudden realisation of that it didn't work. What wasn't it working.

"oh I'm sorry, I forgot to tell you that you are still under the cure, no powers for you" she said in a curel laugh and then the door clicked and with no control of his own he walked forward.

Trask walked into the building his glasses straight on his nose as he walked in long strides.

"where is the mutant now?" He asked and his firm voice echoing the glass walls and ceiling. The receptionist at the front desk eyed Trask carful but ignored the signs as she pointed out the holding cell that would be Erik's own; Trask smiled and walked towards that direction and with one swift turn of the corner Trask was Raven in matter of minutes.

"down Block 6, down the hall to your right" she whispered through a ear piece. Hank responded.

"good, we'll be sending Moria with Charles and Logan, Raven just standby"

"okay"

Moria pushed Charles with Logan by their side as they entered the building.

"escuse me but do you have authorisation to enter these building" said the reseptionist.

"oh I'm Moria MacTaggert, an agent from the CIA, I was asked by Mr Trask for an interview and I've brought along Professor Charles Xavier to talk about his Sentinal Program" She said calmly her hands gripping tightly around the hand bars of the wheelchair. The lady at the desk eyed them all especially at Logan and with sustlity she jestered to press the lockdown button under their desk but Charles stopped her.

"I won't do that if I were you" he minded, fingers up to his temple. She back away and pointed to where he was and said their thank you's and left in the direction.

They walked along and when they reached the corner Raven stepped forward and smiled.

"so how did I do?" She asked gleaming.

"you did wounderfully" replied Charles not looking at his sister. Raven frowned a little and barely moved forward but lagged behind in small steps. They made twist and turns as the flooded in and out through the long passageways until they reached a heavily guarded door and with all in held breaths they watched at it slide open to reveal the unexpected.
