Whew! Looks like it's time to talk about Genos. :')) I recognized his ch72 webcomic lines this chapter and I was like 'aaaa here we go, it's happening; time to brace for his dark intrusive thoughts.' ;o;  

(Webcomic Tatsumaki is also much more callous, while manga Tatsumaki's practically pleading to Genos to run away and save himself. ;o;) Ch73 while Genos is laying there limbless (and practically helpless) on death's door, he also considers blowing himself up, but declines because he doesn't want to drag the other heroes down with him - calculating it's too soon to do that (when King is still here.)

Meanwhile, here's manga Genos:

"If it means power to destroy my enemies...am I actually becoming stronger?"

The...difference in DESPERATION displayed as he still takes action with all he's got left, even while limbless, to bodily shield Tatsumaki. (Wc Genos basically became immobile once he lost his limbs and that was it.) Yet while he's doing all that...his internal struggle and crushing self-doubt rears about what it means to be strong. Thinking about it in terms of Saitama's version of strong. (So ahh, he's still comparing himself and feeling so inadequate. ;o;) But here, manga Genos at least admits & acknowledges how his old self would've self-destructed, even with the other heroes present, without hesitation. D: (Holy shit) Amazingly, after everything he's learned and internalized from Saitama, that is a sign of how much he's changed!

The fact that he's still not giving up his mission to protect, or giving in to his old self-destructive impulses either...now that tenacious spirit to keep going without giving up - that is strong. Which is a trait Garou shares. Only the angst is too real, because Genos feels those regretful constraints - how the spirit of all he has and wants to give is limited by his cyborg body. And because of that...aaaa ;A; he's still so hard on himself up and doesn't even consider where else (beyond physical might like Saitama) he's actually strong!! God, it's so sad, because he's thiiiis close to seeing it, only for those creeping doubts & despair to kick in again, preventing him from realizing where his value/strength matters. :')) It's like he throws his own merits and achievements under the bus, never actually seeing the type of strength he's actively demonstrating - to US, right here on the page!! 8'D Aaaa Genos ;o; it's like he's fighting so hard, held back & at war within himself, that...hhhhggh yes, if the manga continues expanding more scenes with his inner thoughts, I hope we do get to see more aftermath/post-arc scenes with him and Saitama or Kuseno. Cause I’d love to see Genos get some positive feedback and acknowledgement/affirmation of how far he’s come somewhere. :’D
