They believe the women have something that will help them make contact with home and they’ll stop at nothing to find it. 🚀 🚀 I just finished reading A History of What Comes Next (A Take Them to the Stars Novel). It’s a sci-fi book billed as “A darkly satirical first-contact thriller, as seen through the eyes of the women who make progress possible and the men who are determined to stop them.” I loved it. I especially enjoyed the “past lives”vignettes sprinkled in the book that depicted the science and the struggles of the women who lived before Mia. The writing is imaginative and fresh. It was nearly impossible to put down. I can’t wait for the sequel. . . What are you reading? I have Fable by Adrienne Young and Liar’s Dictionary by Eley Williams at the top of my TBR.
