I've decided to start this year's coining sesion by adding to more terms to my "Let's put a name to every specific type of outherine experience" list.
Today is the turn of "Distinct, but comparable to pre-existent gender qualities" and I'll focus on those gender qualities that while being their own thing, they can be comparable to midbinary qualities.
Umbininity
Umbine genders and qualities are those that, while distinct and different from femininity, masculinity, androgyny, epicenity and femmulinity, still can be comparable to those concepts.
Examples of umbine qualities could be:
Ainulinity (when it's seen as a distinct quality) - A quality comparable to masculinity.
Aineminity (when it's seen as a distinct quality ) - A quality comparable to femininity.
Altraeninity - A quality comparable to androgyny. Made with genders defined by "pure androgyny" or "third gender androgyny" in mind.
Ambigui(ni)ty - Can be considered umbine, because it's a distinct gender quality that's comparable to both androgyny and epicenity
I also consider that, when viewed as a distinct quality and not just as a term for femme manhood, effemininity/effeminacy could be considered umbine, because it's "distinct, but comparable to both femininity and masculinity". At least, that's how I define it for myself.
Umbine comes from "umbe" an obsolete English preposition meaning "aroud, about. After"
I haven't made a flag yet.
P.S: I'm thinking on also making a label for outherine qualities that can be comparable to non-outherine abinary qualities, but I haven't think of a term yet.
I might create subsets in the future to classify umbine qualities further depending on the midbinary quality they can be comparable to. But for now, there's just this one generic term.

altraenine | ainuline | ainemine
anon asked for an alternate altraenine flag and i decided to also make alternate ainuline and ainemine flags! the originals can all be found here.
since these describe outherine gender qualities that are distinct from but comparable to androgyny, masculinity, and femininity respectively, i took some inspiration from the outherine flag for the top three stripes of each, specifically using colors that were different from the bottom two. the bottom two stripes represent the gender quality they can be compared to, desaturated to represent not exactly being that quality.

I know a lot of people have question about the different between the different outherine genders/qualities, so I'm making this post to explain them as much as I can:
Aporinity
[PT: Aporinity]
A quality for genders defined as being separate from male, female, and anything in between, while still being a strong and specific gendered feeling.
It can be both a specific quality or an umbrella term for qualities that are comgender and abinary.
It is not:
Feminine, masculine, epicene, femmuline or androgynous
A lack of gender
Beyond the concept of gender
Aporagender can be:
Comgender neutral (and when it's purely neutral is not outherine)
Relative to neutrality and other non-outherine abinary qualities
relative or comparable to femininity, masculinity, etc
Born of the combination of a brand new quality and a neutrality or of one of those with one of the main qualities.
Some specifically aporine genders are:
aporagender
Aporaique
Aproxora
Maverinity
[PT: Maverinity]
A quality for genders, like maverique (from which is derived) characterised by:
Gender autonomy
A strong sense of gender
The lack of any kind of connection to pre-existent qualities
It's not:
Xenine
Beyond the concept of gender
The lack of gender
A combination of genders
Derived from pre-existent midbinary or abinary concepts
Some maverine genders are:
Maverique
Gendermaverick
Maveresque
Mavraen
Proxveri
Autonominity or gender autonomy
[PT: Autonominity or gender autonomy]
This quality refers to genders characterised by:
Independent.
Self-determination.
Being defined by oneself, without the imposition of outside structures and authorities.
The re-definition of pre-existent qualities, gender and roles through a personal, individual lens.
In this last point lies the difference between this quality and maverinity; while maverinity is only itherine, autonominity/gender autonomy can be umbine or preterine too.
This can also be used as an umbrella term for all the qualities charaterised by autonomy, including maverine genders.
Some autonomine genders are:
Autonomique
Egogenders (autonine)
Maverine genders
Alithix (As it's defined by personal authenticity)
Ilyaginity
[PT: ilyaginity]
It refers to genders, like ilyagender (from which is based) with:
A tangible presence of gender
Fully disconnected from pre-existent qualities/concepts
Some ilyagine genders are:
Ilyagender
Proxilya
Ilyaen
Autoninity
[PT: Autoninity]
It referse to qualities an genders characterised by being exclusive of an individual person (or system)-
These genders are collectively called egogenders and are characterised by:
Complete autonomy from pre-existent concepts
Individuality and personal autheticity
Relation to one's personhood or systemhood.
Self-determination
Perainity
[PT: perainity]
A quality for genders characterised by:
A complete disconnection to the fem/masc/neu trinary
The presence of gender
The lack of confusion or apathy regarding one's gender.
It's not:
Feminine, masculine, neutral or any combination between them.
Agender or quoigender.
Some peraine genders are:
Péra or Peragender
Peraique
Proxpera
Atraeninity
[Pt: Atraeninity]
This quality exist in relation to both masculinity and femininity, but rather than existing in between or as a combination of them, as it's the case of androgyny, epicenity, effemininity or femmulinity; it exists in opposition and confrontation to/with them, as if forming a triangle.
Here a quick graphic I made visually explaining the relation between femininity, masculinity, androgyny, epicenity and altraeninity:
Tumblr media
Altraeninity is characterised by:
Being midbinary.
Being described by a sense of "pure androgyny
A feeling that your gender "matches" femininity and masculinity or male and female, while not being derived in any way from them
A sense of gender
There are also qualities, like Ambiguity/ambiguinity, pandrogyny, ainulinity, aineminity, etc that can be considered ouherine or not. I'll put them in a different post.

Continuing with the explanation of the different outherine qualities, in this second part I'll talk about those qualities that could be considered outherine in some circumstances, but sometimes are considered to be something apart.
Ainulinity
[PT: ainulinity]
Ainulinity is an aporine masculinity. An abinary quality that shares characteristic with masculinity while having no connection to aptobinary and midbinary ideas of gender.
Because it's aporine, ainulinity can could be:
A neutrality that can can be comparable to masculinity.
A brand new quality that can be comparable to masculinity.
A mix of both things above.
It's in the two last case that Ainulinity can be considered and is outherine.
Ainuline genders:
Herrlein
I also experience viresque (a term I coined. A kind of abinary proxvirhood) and proxvir as ainuline genders. But that's just my interiorisation and usage of those genders, and not something those two genders inherently are.
Aineminity
[PT: aineminity]
Aineminity is an aporine femininity. An abinary quality that shares characteristic with femininity while having no connection to aptobinary and midbinary ideas of gender.
Just like with its "masculine" counterpart, the abinary aspec of aineminity can be:
solely neutral
Solely a brand-new quality
A mix of both things
And just like ainulinity, it's only outherine in the last two cases.
Madchen (herrlein counterpart) hasn't been defined as ainemine the way herrlein is ainuline, but it could be internalised as such.
Same goes with lieresque and juxera, counterparts of viresque and proxvir respectively.
Gender ambiguity / ambiguinity
[PT: gender ambiguity / ambiguinity]
Gender ambiguity as has been signified in this post, is defined as:
"Having a gender expression which draws on neither femininity, nor masculinity, and exists independently of all other forms of expression as well"
(...)
"If androgyny is a mixture of masculinity and femininity, then ambiguity is entirely opposed to the two."
In this last sense, gender ambiguity is similar to altraeninity, in that both qualities exist outside the fem-to-masc continuum, while being in "opposition" or "the counterpart" to both.
It's in this similarity with altraeninity that I consider gender ambiguity to be outherine.
But ambiguity has another meaning: something that has multiple interpretations. Following this meaning, ambiguity is:
Paradoxical
In between identities
Obscure
Ambivalent
None of these characteristics make a gender quality that could be considered inherently outherine.
Some ambiguous/ambiguine genders:
Ambigue
Ambinique
Ambesque (coined by me)
Ambiguine
Ambix
Ineffalinity
[PT: ineffalinity]
With this last one quality we find ourselves in some kind of paradox.
Ineffalinity is defined as: "the quality of a gender that cannot be categorized or defies all forms of classification. No currently existing label or category fits and any attempt to label or classify an ineffaline gender will fail or be rejected. An ineffaline gender is adamantly not masculine, feminine, androgynous, neutral, outherine, xenine, or any other existing gender quality, and it is not in between or related to any existing gender quality. It is also not necessarily genderless. (...) An ineffaline person can be strongly gendered, and fully confident in their gender, but all labels or descriptions that exist do not seem to fit."
And now you're thinking "well, it's says it's not outherine", and you'd be right. The problem here is that in this definition outherine's been used as an specific gender quality.
But outherinity isn't an specific gender quality, at least not the way femininity, masculinity, androgyny, neutrality, etc are. It's a category for gender qualities that cannot be described as fem, masc, andro/angi, neu, epicene, etc, while still being neither xenine nor genderless.
Potentially the number of gender qualities that can be considered outherine is infinite and there are (potentially) outherine qualities we aren't aware of/haven't coined yet.
This fits ineffaline, even if it has no connection to other genders and qualities that are commonly associated with outherinity, and so we could consider it to be somehow outherine.
But, if the rejection of pre-existing terms that characterises ineffalinity is as infinite as outherinity, then it cannot be say to be fully outherine, and could be classified as a quality or characteristic of qualities that goes in parallel to the different outherinities.
How an ineffaline person defines it, depends on the person themselves. It's not my place nor my intention to force them to consider themselves outherine.
What I do believe is that, regardless of how they consider their gender quality in regard of the outherine gender quality umbrella, outherine people (of any kind) and ineffaline people have a lot of experiences in common, and ineffaline people are more than welcome to share their experiences here*. And so are people of all the "not inherently outherine" qualities mentioned here or any other quality that could be, but not necessarily is, outherine that I haven't mention here.
Remember, this blog uses "outherly" because it includes both outherine and outheric (outher-aligned) people. So, if you think your gender, expression, etc is "not technically outherine, but quite" or that it shares similarities with those qualities deemed as outherine, this space is open for you to ask questions and tell your experiences.

Cuancoanic
[PT: cuancoanic]
From the exoplanet cuancoá.
An orientation label for those who are gay towards ainemine gender or genders of any outherine quality that can be compared to femininity, while still being brand-new and distinct from it.
Cuancoá was chosen because the planet is named after the U'wa name for the morning star, Venus, a planet associated to femininity.
Just like Cuancoá is the U'wa equivalent to venus; Ainemininity is the outherine/aporine equivalent to femininity, and Cuancoanic the aineminine equivalent to lesbian.
