Ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, shredded cheese.

Instructions: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove dirt. Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking. Rub olive oil over the potatoes, ensuring they are well-coated. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the oiled potatoes, coating them well. Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them for even cooking. Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly. Check for doneness by inserting a fork or knife into a potato; it should go in easily. Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve your air fryer baked potatoes with optional toppings like sour cream, chives, or shredded cheese.
