Summary : In order to be the grateful daughter, you have to comply with your father's request. But what is it?

"WHAT!?!!?", you stand up abruptly, question whether you had misheard the sentence.

"Y/n, you're gonna listen to your father, we're not going to argue over something as trivial as this". Your stepmum, Ryona, interjects rudely as she pulls a chair and sits down.

"TRIVIAL?", you exclaim.

Why did she care, you ask? Nope, I don't know either.

"Dad, why are you doing this? I mean give me a proper reason at least. You can't spring up a topic this serious and tell me to go with it." You try pleading with your dad, but he remains unfazed at your outburst.

"We've always wanted the best for you y/n. I've given you everything you wanted, done everything you asked me to. And when I tell you to say yes... You question me as your father?"

Your eyes drop to the floor. It was true. Your father was an amazing man and an even better parent. A sense of shame crawls through your spine as you realise just how much you owe him. He had done so much for you, yet you couldn't agree to one thing he had asked?

"Dad please, this is so stupid. I don't want to be married right now. I just started my career-", you reason.

"Making little videos isn't a fucking career, Y/n. Maybe you're pulling a few hundred dollars here and there, but that doesn't mean that this is a stable job. Do you even know how embarrassing it is to tell people that our daughter makes 'videos' on the internet. I mean even the phrasing of it is absolutely hysterical and shameful!" Ryona finishes her comment with a quick glance at her husband, motioning for him to speak.

"Y/n, please... ", Your dad looks at you with hopeful eyes. What you failed to notice was how that man's eyes filled up with tears as you sighed and started walking towards your room.

The following week was uncomfortable. Whenever you came down for breakfast, they'd stop talking. They'd drop whatever the hell the were doing and wander off somewhere else. I mean, you were used to Ryona pulling shit like this all the damn time, but not your dad.

He avoided you like the plague. This had gone to such an extent that the old man couldn't bear to be in the same room with you, avoiding your eyes everytime you tried to speak.

Perhaps it was how they treated you, or perhaps how that bizarre idea had implanted itself into your head. You weren't interested in anyone, and god forbid to say that you didn't have any personal goals to hit. You'd love to have a family, you'd love to have someone at home, just for the sake of it. You'd build the family you could never get as a child.

But how?

The were talking about marrying you off.

Or that's how you heard it.

But how does an option like that sound so much better than living in this hell hole.

"I'll do it". You state, matter of factly, raising an eyebrow as your 'parents' turn towards you. They weren't gullible, they knew what you wanted to say.

"Y-you'll marry him? You'll marry Nikolas!", Your dad pulls you into a bone-crushing hug which you don't return. How could he be so happy at the thought of his wife sending their child away to a man they don't even know.

Well, they know him. You don't.

He's the son of your dad's bestfriend. Of course the know each other to an extent.

Whatever.

You had dug your own grave, might as well get it over with.

"But, I can't just say that I'll get married to him? He has to agree in order-".

"The boy has agreed a month ago. It was YOU who kept stalling the wedding. How long were you planning on doing this? Don't you see that we have an image to maintain? Now stop your wailing and mentally prepare yourself. You'll both get married in a week's time. I'm calling the Omilanas and confirming". Ryona makes herself very clear, making it painfully obvious that they were going to get you married forcefully if you didn't agree otherwise. Or else how could they manage a whole venue within such an acute time frame?

You nod weakly and head back upstairs, feeling defeated. Your future was written already, your yes meant NOTHING.

you gave birth to your son at fifteen, your parents immediately kicked you out without even letting you think about getting an abortion.

you ended up in your sisters spare room, before moving out into a two bedroom flat when you got a stable job.

ziggy’s eighth birthday was coming up and he had been a fan of the beta squad since covid started. you had decided to sign up for the next beta squad video, ‘guess the parent’ in hopes of him meeting his favourite youtubers for his birthday.

plus, you’d get some money from it.

two weeks after you’d signed up, an email came through saying you’d been accepted. ziggy was so excited, and thanked you countlessly for the next couple of days.

it was a half an hour drive to get to the studio, and the whole time ziggy was bouncing with excitement, so much you thought about taping his mouth shut.

you got there a little bit early, and ziggy even got to get to know the beta squad a little bit.

then it was finally time to start filming. you watched with a smile as ziggy talked to the squad on camera.

you were standing with four other people. one who looked like albert einstein, and three other normal looking people.

“let’s meet the parents” one of the beta squad members, who you know as sharky, exclaimed, clapping his hands together.

then you were directed in set, in a line and standing in front of the table, where they were all sitting.

you hoped you wouldn’t be voted out the first round. any other round was okay. but the first would be a smack in the face.

one by one, every one introduced themselves. then it was your turn. “hi, i’m y/n. i’m twenty three and i had ziggy when i was fifteen.”

“she copying number one’s story” niko laughed with the rest of them.

“no” you laughed. “not my fault i’m last in line. anyways, so, my parents kicked me out and i was taken in my older sister, then we moved out when i was able to provide for the both of us.”

“nah she making this all up.” aj said aloud. “what’s your sisters name?”

“sienna, but ziggy calls her auntie cee.” you replied.

aj looked towards the camera, before back at the group. “can i try something?”

they all shrugged. aj got up and walked towards you, bringing you more in ziggys view. “listen, even if you are ziggys mum and that, i’m ready to be a dad so , what you saying can i get your number?”

the beta squad laughed. aj glanced at ziggy, who glared at him. he gasped, “do you see his face? that boy look like he bout to jump me.”

“he probably could as well.” you laughed, standing back to where you was, among everyone laugh.

“wait, was that a no?” aj replied.

you quickly looked at your son before back at aj mouthing, “we’ll talk later.”

you got voted out the third round, which wasn’t to bad. they just didn’t believe it because aj was too busy flirting with you , and you seemed to ‘leng’ to be a mum, as they called it.

they had said that number four was the parent, and you were all brought back out. kenny tutted, “you man are so dumb, it’s clearly number five.”

“nah, it’s number four.” aj replied, “well. I hope so otherwise i been trying to get his mum the whole vid.”

“okay.” sharky laughed. “we believe it’s number four, will the real parent please step forward.”

you were told to wait a few seconds to make it more dramatic, so after five seconds you stepped forward with a smile. the beta squad gasped, aj even got up to walk around a little bit.

they begun apologising and making ziggy hug you. ziggy laughed, and hugged you, picking him up.

they were all still in disbelief.

“okay, so why did you sign ziggy up for today?” they asked, still in shock.

you smiled, “uh, well he just turned eight, and watched your videos everyday so i thought it would be nice present.”

aj , who was still standing up and apologising, came up to you and ziggy, giving you a hug. ziggy rolled his eyes, stepping in-front of you protectively, making them all laugh.

there was silence until you hear a snicker come from aj’s mouth making you push his arm.

“AHHHH!!” his laugh being muffled by his hand.

Hey I'm Aj Shabeel, weird name init? It's 8:00 pm, me and Niko are setting up snacks and blankets in the living room because the beta squad decided that we should have a movie night, since we don't live together anymore. It was exactly 8:30 when everybody arrived at our house.

"Wagwannn, happy to see everybody again!" Chunkz says dapping all of us, "yeah fr, yall got even cuter!" I say laughing, "wait what the fuck?" sharky says laughing while also being confused. We sat down on the couch, sharky decided that we should watch creed 3, we all agreed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    || 30 minutes later \\

NIKOS POV:

We were 30 minutes into the movie when I felt weight on my shoulder, I looked to my left to see Aj's head on my shoulder, I smiled and wrapped my arms around him. The movie ended, I looked around the room, everyone was yawning, stretching n shit. I looked to my left still seeing Aje and hearing his little snores. "Man, you got a problem!" Sharky says semi yelling, "Don't worry. Imma carry him to his room." I say adjusting my arm position. "Yeah, uhm we goin' go now, good luck with the man." Sharky says as they put on their shoes, "Yeah yeah, whatever, bye." I say rolling my eyes. Once they left, I got up from the couch and placed my arms under Aj's body picking him up from the couch. Once I got to his room I placed him on his bed, I was about to leave when a pair of hands grabbed my wrist pulling me back, "Please stay with me." Aj says tugging on my arm, "Are you sure?" I say, because I know that he doesn't like physical touch, "Yeah, I won't ask you if not you schmuck!" Aj's says scooting over making space for me to climb in, I smile as I climb in, once I got comfortable, I wrap my long arms around him place my head on the crook of his neck.

AJS POV:

I woke up with the sunlight in my face, I rubbed my eyes as I try to sit up, once I'm sitting up, I try to stand up, but when I try to stand up, I feel a strong pair of arms pull me back down. "Stay, it's too early to get up, it's like 9" Niko says gripping my waist pulling me closer, I grab my phone that was under the pillow to see what the time actually was, I turn on my phone to see that its.... 2:34!? "Nik, its 2:34, you're way off and we need to get up!" I say turning to him placing my hand on top of his cheek rubbing it, "can we please just stay for a little bit, we don't have to go to sleep, just stay here and cuddle." he says rubbing my waist, "ok fine, just promise you won't go to sleep." I say scooting closer to him while I rub his cheek with my thumb.

After a while, Niko finally gets up from the bed, that leaves me by my self, now I kinda want to stay in bed with him and not get out. "What are you waiting for let's go!" Niko says walking out of the bathroom, "not yet I want to stay here in bed with u!" I say puling the blanket over my body, " see now you want to stay in bed, come on Aje lets go." he says walking over to me, he slides his arms under my body picking me up, I smile while blushing, but I hope he didn't see me.

Once he picks me up, he carry's me downstairs to the kitchen. Once we got to the kitchen, he places me on top of the island, he lets me go and walks to the fridge. "What do you want Aje?" Niko says opening the fridge grabbing yogurt, I just shrug while he grabs a spoon from the drawer. "Oh, by the way sharky just texted me saying that we have a shoot today so go take a shower and get ready." he says eating a scoop of yogurt, I drag my hands on my face while jumping off of the island while I head upstairs.

NIKOS POV:

After a few minutes later Aj finally comes back downstairs with semi wet hair and his phone in his hand. "Ready to go?" he says looking up from his phone to look at me, fuck has so fine, wait Niko shut up you can't have a crush on your best friend, or maybe, ugh whatever, "yeah, let's go!" I say jumping up from my seat grabbing the car keys. We were going to Sharky's place to make another vid for the 'come dine with me' series.

We finally make it to Sharky's place, me and Aj get out the car and head to the door, this place was a restaurant, this wasn't Sharky's house. I open the door and get greeted by a welcoming sharky. "Hey! Welcome to my restaurant!" Sharky says moving to the side with his hand wide open showing the place, "wow sharks, I never knew you had a restaurant!" Aj says smiling. "I have a lot of things that you don't know about." sharky says smiling heading to the counter where he'll give us drinks.

After a while everybody came, and it was time to look at the menu. Me and Aj we're looking at the menu when sea food came up on the menu, I knew that Aj does not like sea food so it's going to be a hard time to make him eat this. "Lemon garlic shrimp, fish" I say slightly hitting Aj with my elbow, "bro, how long has this guy know me, and he's still getting fish? I DON'T EAT FISH! There's going to be no chance I'm going to be eating the food." he says throwing his hands up in the air clearly annoyed, "don't worry Aje, I'll eat it for you." I say whispering in his ear.

AJS POV

"Don't worry Aje, I'll eat it for you." Niko says whispering into my ear sending chills down my spine, fuck this man has a way with his words.

⇒Hard to explain but he's 100% the type to call you "princess" or "my princess".

⇒Gone so far that he even calls you that in front of your parents, his parents and even your extended family. He loves you and he might as well tell the entire world that.

summary: In which Kenny proves himself by winning his fight infront of everyone who has ever doubted him. You and his boys never doubted him for a second, so you run up in the ring and ramble on and on about how proud you are of him.

A/N: this is really short 😭 found this in my drafts and I'm deciding to clear it up by posting everything in here

"...King Kenny!" When this was announced, you could feel your lips twitching into the widest grin, immediately looking at Kenny to see his reaction.

You admired the way he cheered and his lips almost reached his ears. You've never seen him happier than this moment right here. Everyone in the world doubted him for every second, while you, you believed in him. And that's what made you feel satisfied. He did the unexpected.

And suddenly, a thought had hit you.

You wanted to go up the ring. Chunkz, Aj, Sharky, and Niko already beat you to it, but you're walking slowly, still trying to take in the moment.

The crowd was booing you and his mates, but you couldn't careless. Kenny doesn't seem to notice you as he's celebrating his win with his boys, and the way he looked genuinely happy made your heart go warm and fuzzy.

Niko catches you in the corner of his eye and he makes space so you could go to Kenny, and when he does, you hug him you were sure he couldn't breathe.

He places his hands on the side of your waist and hugs you back even tighter.

"You don't understand how proud i am of you! I knew you were going to win." You grin so widely, your lips started hurting.

You kept on rambling on how proud you were of him, not noticing that Kenny was more focused on your lips rather than the words coming out.

Out of nowhere, you feel Kenny's soft lips on yours. You were taken by surpise that you didn't kiss back, your eyes wide at the sudden action.

He pulls away and the crowd was now cheering, but he wasn't focused on the crowd's reaction , he was focused on you.

His eyes are wide and worried, his mouth opening and you knew he wanted to apologize, but before he does, you throw your arms around his neck and pull him into a kiss.

You felt him relax and you both smile into the kiss, his arms snaking around your waist to pull you closer.

"Give it up for my brother Kenny!" Niko yells in the mic that was given to him and most of the crowd was booing, which resulted for the beta squad members to make a joke out of it.

But you couldn't careless about what the others thought, you had Kenny.

This moment, him, and everything. It was all you've ever wanted.

aj lets out a low groan, trying not to make any noise. he wasn’t a clingy man, but today felt a need to keep his arm around you and force you to hide with him.

before you protest, he had dragged you niko’s room, where there was a small door leading to a boiler room.

he was the one who sat you on his lap, as he rested his isosceles head on your chest.

he was the one who begun slowly grinding your body down on his.

he was the one who covered both yours and his mouths to contain your soft moans.

aj groaned, “yeah, that’s it.”

you sped up, grinding harder on his lap, he sucked in a breath, hanging his head down low.

all that was heard was the sound of the ground rutting along with aj, and the noises coming from both you and aj.

“is anyone in here?” you heard darkest from outside in the corridor. “triangle? y/nnnn”

you went to get off aj, but he didn’t let you. aj shook his head, “i don’t care if he finds us.”

not stopping, aj dug his nails in your hips as he moved you up and down while lapping your lips together.

the cupboard door opened, as you finally stopped, laying down on aj’s body to hide. darkest sighed, “no one’s in here.”

when the door shut and darkest was heard leaving niko’s room, aj begun again, this time going harder.

while the forgotten camera continued recording.
