Your opinion about the relationship between izaya and kazane?

I find them fascinating

It's always fun when someone can unbalance Izaya, and Kazane is SO GOOD at it. I think they are a fascinating dynamic that is very fun to think about.

That scene where Izaya is trying to play mind games with her, and she is like THAT'S IT. THANK YOU. I THINK I LIKE YOU, only for Izaya to go ????? is soooo good.

The absolute freaks that are the Shinra-Kazane sibling duo getting under Izaya's skin are sooooo funny.

I wouldn't mind if they kissed. Izaya deserves someone who can surprise him, who can poke at him, and Kazane would do it. But I also prefer Kazane/Kasane when it comes to Kazane ships

THE ENTIRE PLOT OF SEASON 1) but for the rest of them we have: akina’s already had his, taizo’s made it clear he doesn’t want his, Masanori absolutely should not be trusted with anything like that kind of power, and… uhhhh the girls can both manage i guess

saw Ferre's post from a few days ago and felt WELP might as well make it official on my end as well~ no worries or concerns, i am merely either working or completely devoid of any creative juices, truly, i stare at my fingers and dramatic music starts playing as i wonder where my writing has gone

i plan on cleaning up around mythvoiced while i take an official break from invading y'all's notifications, and that will probably entail a drastic cut on muses. My parents bought a robotic vacuum cleaner. They're getting on in age, so it's a good addition to the household. It and I met last week, so I asked what its name was. Turned out they'd just named it after our family name. Boring. "It needs a name," I said.

Today my dad says unprompted, "I think we need to give it a different name. Our last name is a bit stupid." My mum says it's fine, but I agree. I'm drawing a blank, though, until my dad suggests the perfect name.

"What if we call it Akina?"

I like to think he's been pondering on this for two weeks.

In the early 2000s, my parents bought a GPS system for the car. I dubbed her 'Akina'. She was named for an AI system in a space ship in the Yoko Tsuno comic album series that I'm still obsessed with twenty years later.

It stuck. When my parents were going anywhere new, we'd say, "Don't forget Akina." "Akina will guide you." "Where is Akina?" I was sad when new cars with built-in GPS systems replaced the old ones. I always kind of felt like she was my baby.

I've missed Akina. I'm glad she's back.

Ranked the 2053 songs. I feel like the overall quality is still good and instead my beef is probably with how similar the songs are. Like I listen to the Asterline songs from the first album but not from the second one (despite putting most of them in the same tier) because they more or less sound the same. But I was positively surprised by Startrail taking a break from Stella Mine's "we have SH at home" shtick and being a great song too.

Is Suo, one look at him and the knowledge that this is anime based around mostly high school student will just automatically tell you he’s gonna be evil

I mean his vanguard is probably shadow paladins (because akina is royal paladins and i wanna be delusional) and appears like this

So clearly evil right?

But I think that’s dumb, I don’t want vanguard to play into stereotypes and I have been obsessed with a goofy little idea ever since they introduced him like this

So screw him being evil

Instead he is just a guy, not even thinking of joining whatever evil side is to come.

Suo wants to do one thing; eat his yakisoba bun in peace. The way he met his vanguard was one day he was eating his yakisoba bun and felt something stab the roof of his mouth. When he went to check, he pulled a card from bun, looking up and finding the vanguard in-front of him in whatever nation his vanguard is from (probably dark nation states considering the color scheme of his vanguard and floating castle). All Suo wants is to eat his yakisoba bun but his vanguard cursed him so every yakisoba bun has a card inside of it until he agrees to be the representative of “the one who seeks the truth within zero” and now while everyone else fights for glory and their wishes, he is munching yakisoba buns in the background in low quality animation. Even as Akina and the main villain have their monologue he is just moving around in the background looking for a trashcan to throw the wrapper away.

The vanguard picked Suo because he looked evil, but Suo had no interest

I think "love" for Elmer is different. Elmer is very... Elmer.

I think Elmer is... gosh.

Elmer is... emotions for Elmer are Fucked. He pretty much spells out he only cares for what others' smiles/happiness makes him feel.

That's the tragedy of Huey and Elmer as well. If Elmer were to die, it'd destroy Huey, cutting away his last thread to humanity. If Huey were to die, Elmer would be fine.

Elmer seemed close to Monica, but he is completely fine with her dying, because she died smiling. Had the same thought about Niki as well, hoping she died laughing, when he thought she also died.

THAT SAID Mask Maker OT4 forever, I love Huey/Elmer/Monica/Niki a normal amount.

Also on Niki's end, Elmer would be a better crush for Niki to have than FUCKING FERMET NOW WOULDN'T IT

Amamiya Akina is a sweet kind person to most, especially so to those closest to her. Though don't think for a second she's shy, no she's far from it actually, she's very forward and will flirt with almost anyone if they aren't taken. She's a firmly spoken person, she won't hesitate to voice her feelings on something at all on most occasions unless it's necessary to not do so.

She's brilliant girl with a shining future due to her smarts and likeability, though... every good girl has her darker side. It's just that it's under lock and key, it takes someone to really get under her skin to make it unlock. ...Or rather, someone messing with her sister or causing her sister harm and especially if someone is making her sister uncomfortable. That's a quick way to unlock it because she is very protective over the other due to being very attached to her. She's become even more protective since her sister's probation.
