In public, she has to do her best to keep her charming fascade. Oh the things you say are so funny.

But in private, she tells you to knock it off. Yeah you two are close, but she has an image to maintain and you’re ruining it by being a brat to others.

You’re lucky she hasn’t thrown you into her jail (not that either of you know what that is).

After her change of heart, she’ll probably be nicer to you about your sarcasm, still asking you to not use it all the time as she wants to have actual conversations with you.

Futaba

She hears the sarcasm and she’s not amused. You want to be annoying then she can do the same thing!

She’s just dealt with her own head treating her like she’s worthless and gaslighting her so your sarcasm doesn’t help when it’s directed to her.

Now if you’re sarcastic to others then she’s more happy with it. Loves to see how annoying you and Yusuke can be to each other (not that inari ever realizes).

But seriously, she’d like to actually talk to you about stuff and share her interests with you and it really puts a damper on her mood if you’re just sarcastic about everything.

Sumire

Probably takes her a bit to realize your sarcasm before she does her best to smile along with it. Depending on who you’re sarcastic too can definitely change her mood.

She’s just also not in a great place mentally with herself so she’d prefer to not be on the receiving end.

Would like to try to be more sincere with you, especially after her truth comes to light, but it can be difficult when you default to being sarcastic and rolling your eyes at things.

But it’s who you are so she won’t try to change it, just ask if you could be a bit more mindful.

You knew her back in Shujin Academy. You were friends with her, one of her very few friends. 

You were her shoulder to cry on when others would say awful things about her. You were there when she was bullied due to some guy confessing to her.

You were there when she wanted to throw her past behind you. At least, throw away all of her past besides you. 

You were with her when she was given her code for EMMA. You were with her when she started tearing apart relationships. You attempted to talk to her but she wouldn’t listen, just stating that you are going to leave her like everyone else.

After the calling card was sent for Alice, you felt so much relief and hope. You knew the stories about the thieves. You knew how they would fix people and make them confess and attempt to atone and that’s exactly what Alice needs.

Just like you were always there for Alice in the beginning, throughout the police questioning and the resentment from previous fans you were with her. While there were times when your relationship was questionable due to whatever happened to her EMMA, you were going to stay loyal and help her. Because she honestly just needs someone and you’ll be that someone.

Note(s): Yeah no problem! Decided to listen to the jail theme for Alice because I swear she has the best theme out of the others.

Ryuji

Ryuji probably had no clue that you were related to Alice at first. I mean, you definitely don’t go out dressed as wild as she does.

When he does find out you’re her brother then he’s definitely surprised and can’t help but blurt out a “For real!?”

He will be a bit suspicious of you in the beginning. Like he gets that just because you’re related doesn’t mean you act the same, but what if you do secretly act the same? Do you even know how she treats people?

He’ll for sure see if you have a jail yourself. He’ll be very relieved when you don’t and will try and talk to you about Alice’s motives or anything that would help the rest of the group.

Over time he’ll find himself feeling weird around you. Which is odd because you’re just his friend, right? Definitely will take a bit to realize that he does indeed have a crush on you and after he finds out he’ll be very clueless as to what he should do.

You can bet that everyone is surprised when Ryuji eventually announces that he’s dating you. No one expected Ryuji to ever get a date, much less date the brother of an old enemy of theirs. But the rest of the thieve’s are proud and happy for the two of you. 

I can definitely see Ryuji accidentally telling you that he’s a phantom thief. Like you’ll be hanging out and he’ll begin telling you about how he helped steal the heart of some abusive assholes in the past.

Of course you feel a bit betrayed and iffy at first because is he dating you just to find out about Alice? Ryuji is quick to state that it isn’t true because he does genuinely like you.

When Alice does have a change of heart, Ryuji is a bit hesitant as to how you’ll feel. But when he sees the happiness that your sister is back to how she was in the beginning, he’ll be proud and more confident with the decision.
