While I typically don’t care about rugby, this is an important moment, one of the things that’s been discussed for many years as a milestone we might eventually pass. For decades the All Blacks have been idealised as role models of Kiwi masculinity, so for any of them to say publicly that he’s gay is kind of a big deal.
(Women’s rugby meanwhile is simply teeming with lesbians, and good for them.)
all blacks v springboks final !! southern hemisphere grit, determination and depth to grind is what makes the difference. all blacks did it last week against the irish, springboks have done it two weeks in a row against france and now england.
unimaginable is the southern capability to dig deep (into their blackness - aye ardie 💀🤣) and push on to come out with a win is just something the northern hemisphere need to learn if they want to understand what winning the webb ellis cup feels like.
Well, what a game. Some dodgy calls and really high blood pressure. Overall it wasn't too bad of a game. TMO was nitpicking at us. Though seeing how we had to play 50 minutes with a man down and the score was close. Shows just how good our country is.
Great job South Africa, you played amazing. Better luck next time boys. Go the All Blacks 🇳🇿
