Paint Tool SAI and Krita! I used SAI before but I've since switched to Medibang (on phone) and Clip Studio Paint-- and Krita I haven't found the time to try :0

I would've said Ink (and all the skellies), but I think I'm more comfy drawing them after Inktobertale! In general tho, I love detailed backgrounds but I always have trouble drawing them

8. What's an old project idea that you've lost interest in

I had some animatics planned for the MCYT life series (my big hyperfixation before UTMV), but I lost interest before I could finish any of them

Day 31 (21) - Chess 

 Ink is thinking hard about his next move, and Dream is finally resting in silence, but I don’t think this idyll will last long 

 Well, Inktobertale has come to an end (well, October itself too). This time I completed almost all the tasks, not like in the past 2 years, I consider this already a success. 

 At the beginning, it was a lot of fun, there were a lot of ideas, but by the third week I started to get tired, it's probably noticeable even in my drawings, heh 

But mostly it was fun, I even finally sat down at the computer to draw, it's a shock content (for me for sure) I didn’t draw 3 arts, because there were no ideas, and the fourth (hyperfixation) - I was already too lazy to draw, and I don’t have time, but if you want, I can at least show a sketch drawn on paper, but I don’t really like it 

 Wait in the evening Halloween art with Ink, as promised, I will now sit down to draw it, I hope to finish it at least by 20 pm.

I dunno if anyone has asked you about this before but I was going through your inktobertale stuff again and I was curious if you actually do each piece day by day or like, plan and prep them in advance and then finish them before you post? Ive struggled with doing more than two days for a month long art challenge like that so i was curious how you tackled it!

Well, I technically have one Freshuary (Fresh-themed month challenge), two Inktober, two Inktobertale and one random August challenges — all of them completed successfully, so... Not just this year's Inktobertale.

I never start drawing these challenges before the month actually starts, but I do often work a little in advance during the month. It helps to work around unexpected circumstances or extra-busy days.

Best practice I can recommend for actually succeeding... Before you attempt a challenge, consider what the minimal requirements for your filled prompts are. Like, we're talking absolute minimum.

Example: for Inktobertale, my personal basics this year were: 1) features Ink; 2) inked; 3) fulfills prompt in some way. I mean, it would be cool to have detailed backgrounds, complicated poses and/or comics every day, but realistically? As long as the main three rules are fulfilled, it's good enough.

There are no real tricks other than that. Well, unless you count "challenge first, other leisure activities later" attitude a trick.

WOW! Oh, my lord guys, that happened a lot faster than I expected! I honestly am blown away by the amount of support I've gotten. Like day 7 from InktoberTale blew up, comments on my fics have been getting more frequent, and even my ask box has gotten some attention!

All 200 of you (203 apparently wtf) are amazing. I remember dreaming about starting my own AUs and getting fan art. I'm starting to feel like completing this stuff is actually possible. Hiatus canceled?

Edit: Great news! I've managed to catch up a bit, and if life allows me to stay on this path, it'll be as if there wasn't any hiatus! :D Well, for Underwatertale. I still didn't post anthing of other AUs this week. Anyway, we'll see how it goes ^^

Yo! I’m letting you know that I’ll take a break. My family is going through some pretty tough time and we all seriously need some rest. I struggled to follow my posting schedule, so I’ll stop posting art to catch up. I’ll still post tomorrow INKtobertale prompt that’s ready, as well as the @underwatertale ask and page this weekend. The next page will be available for +5$ Patrons (My Patreon here!), and will be publicly posted when I’ll be back on track. Where’s my Inktober? + INKTOBERTALE

I usually upload my Inktober drawings by batches of 5 on tumblr, but I was so unsatisfied with my work this year that I decided that I did not want it on my art blog @myebi lmao. You can find it all on my Instagram mye.bi if you like, though! I post most of my traditional art and doodles on here!

As for Inktobertale, thank you SO much to everyone who participated and congratuations to everyone who completed it! I only managed to see glimpses of it seeing I had so many things to do, but I’m considering going over the tag again to reblog my favorite pieces. I do appreciate unique ideas often more than high level artwork, and yet so many were both!! It’s incredible!! Thank you for making this challenge possible each year!! <3 ;__;

With Delta Rune being released, I have a feeling that the Undertale fandom is going to know a new wave of energy. I’m looking really forward to it! Stay inspired! <3

Ink (Warm-up) Inktobertale Day 1

So, I’m bad at art, of any kind, so I used the Inktobertale prompts for writing. This is also going to be on my AO3 account, soo, yeah. 

Ink belongs to @mybei / @comyet  (didn’t know which one to use)

Ink was splattered all over the room, looking like a paintball had been shot. Which, to be fair, isn’t that far from what actually happened.

Ink didn’t mean for it to happen, he just wanted to try splatter art! Though, with his track record? Probably should have made sure to put up something to protect his other drawings and paintings alike. Thankfully, none of the ink seemed to get on them!

Why did you do it with ink? Isn’t it supposed to be paintsplatering?

“Well right you are, Creator! Buut...why not do it with my namesake?!” in the safety of his own home the Protector of AU’s was able to communicate freely with the creators of his beloved Au’s. Whenever he answered them anywhere else, people tended to look at him funny. Not that they don’t alreading, but, to make people believe I’m less crazy than I am.

The finished project of Ink’s was colorful, and currently not dry, and unless he wanted to watch ink dry he now had to find something else to entertain himself with.

He decided to finally do the line art on one of his drawings of a battle that happened a few months ago. Funny thing about Ink’s memory is that, while it is short-term and he forgets stuff a lot, he tends to remember the most random parts of things. Say, if he was told someone was over five-hundred years old, and their Au was a medieval one, but somehow had cameras. He would remember that said hypothetical persons Au had cameras, but not that the Au was medieval, and would assume that the person wasn’t from a medieval Au. This scenario is hypothetical, of course, of course.

Pulling out his battle sketchbook (because, yes, he has different sketchbooks for different things, what artist with memory problems doesn’t?) he flipped to the scene that he was thinking about and pulled out his line art pens. He started with the people that were in the sketch. It was from his perspective so Dream and Swap were only partly there. The Bad Sanses and Error were on full display. Apparently Error had teamed up with Nightmare for this battle. Doesn’t normally do that, now does he? He suspects that those two don’t normally team up because of the opposing ideas they both had about the multiverse. One wanting to seemingly bathe the multiverse in everlasting negativity, the other wanting to abolish all Aus in existence. It doesn’t make for a good friendship, now does it? Then again, neither would a protector or a destroyer , and here I am, trying to make friends with him.

He started the line work on Error, using his black pens for him, instead of the teal he would later use for Nightmare’s lines. He often wonders what made Error look like that, he knew why Nightmare looked the way he did because of Dream, but he never knew why Error was dark-boned. Most skeletons aren’t. By the time he was done with the line art of the battle scene his painting had dried. He took the tape off and admired the version of Outertale he had painted.

I found type and wormys dreammare vow or never fic and I justtttt ahhhhhhhhhhhh! I can't take itttt. So incredibly amazing. And then also the Kross one as well, making Killer the ship for a change XD

I've been spending alot of my time 'thrifting' as tik-tok calls it. Me and mother went to a car boot sale yesterday, and I've been hunting for cuddly toys, as I've mentioned I collect them :) and today we visited some charity shops as well. Do you ever go 'thrifting'?

Today I also got a new passport photo taken, and I look like a right stroppy cow XD I've gotta get that sorted for the trip though.

Mentally it's been abit better, but there are some highs and lows, I have to say I enjoy looking at your inktaletobler artwork.

I have good news to! The second part of the Twins story should be tomorrow (if not Wednesday) so that's coming sooooon!

Drawing as been going really well! 2 comics and working on a 3rd! I think I'm stealing your powerssss hahaha.

I also completed my final piece for killercreammare week! Ans now I'm happy to put that behind me till next year. Gotta get ready for Dark-Cream week next!

No I didn't know about it! And I'm so sad because it was glorious. I am fan arting it so hard right now because I can't stop thinking about it. Forbidden dreammare is my favourite kind.

The idea of the curruption being a illness is something I've seen before! But never quite like this! The way they wrote it was amazing.
