chubby reader who is discouraged cause they’ll never experience a belly bulge meets demise when their boyfriend eavesdrops their call with a friend, worried that maybe that’s something they (the boyfriend) would be into
his cock so far up bullying your cunt as you need to open your mouth to try and breathe while your eyes roll back with the pure raw strength that is fucking you against the bed, you’ve lost count of how many times you’ve come, but he doesn’t care, all he cares about is the way your ass feels and looks as he thrusts into you and the perfect rhythm of the squelching lascivious sounds as he pistons inside you.
“you shouldn’t worry about stupid shit like that, i will fuck you so deep and good that you will feel me inside you for days”.
why is this toji, and bakugō and gojo in a way more condescending approach, and also porco, cause you know he’s savage, also eren cause he lacks delicacy and of course yaku cause he has no filter and no intention of letting you say something like that ever again.

doing groceries w/ the msby four
Tumblr media
character roster: sakusa kiyoomi, bokuto kotaro, hinata shoyo, atsumu miya
genre: fluff, just a little angst (in bokuto’s part), established relationship
a/n: i broke my glasses today, so i had to go out and get it fixed, but my favorite eye glasses store went MIA. so not only am i blind, but i’m also sad as hell. but i was able to think of a cute lil one shot while i was walking around the grocery store.
also please don’t mind if there’s a few grammar errors uwu
Tumblr media
-- sakusa kyoomi
the exact same way your mom holds your hand while wandering around the store is exactly what he’ll do to you
he doesn’t want you wandering away from him or accidentally break something he’ll have to end up paying for
the latter can be blamed on the one (and only) time he and bokuto did groceries together; tiny baby couldn’t stop touching things, he ended up breaking a vase
he also doesn’t want you catching other people’s germs
the whole ordeal gives him anxiety
“Kiyoooomi~,” You whine, trying to slip away from his grip only to have him tighten it. You grumble your distaste for your boyfriend’s attitude.
It’s been a whole hour since you’ve stepped into the store and he hasn’t let you go since. And though you usually wouldn’t mind it, the urge to pee comes to you in a surprise and you’ve been wanting to go to the bathroom for the last twenty minutes.
But it’s not like your boyfriend cares enough to spare you a moment alone to alleviate yourself. He’d rather you wait a little longer until you get home, but his painstakingly slow pace down the aisle has you internally screaming.
He’s got one hand tightly threaded between your fingers and the other pushing the cart. His eyes scan over the many canned vegetables before him, ignoring your protest and complaints.
“You’re usually annoying about wanting to hold my hand,” He says through his mask, sighing deeply. “I’m hurt you all of a sudden wanna let go.”
You glare at him and his cheap attempt to make you feel guilty. “You and I both know exactly why you’re holding my hand, and it’s got nothing to do with affection.”
You squeeze your thighs together, doing a little dance to calm the urge to pee. Your eyes burn holes into your Sakusa’s skin and you hope its enough to make him uncomfortable, but he takes it well.
“We’re almost done,” He tells you, taking a can off the shelf with his free hand. “I just need to get tissues and then we’re--”
“Sakusa Kiyoomi, if you don’t let me go right this second, I’ll pee on your hand right here, right now!”
Without a second thought, he slaps your hand out of his hold, grimacing at you and your threatening words, muttering words of disgust beneath his mask as you sprint to the nearest restroom.
-- bokuto kotaro
you have to remind bokuto not to touch things before you leave the house AND before you get into the store
mans will touch every thing he sees without QUESTION;
shiny pan? cute little bear shaped spoons? anime themed plates? he’ll pick it up, bring it up to the light to inspect it, and because his hands are naturally sweaty, he might break a few
and you’re wallet runs dry by the time you walk out of that store
“That’ll be an extra 2,581 yen.” The cashier holds her hand out as you place your money onto the palm of your hand. It takes everything in you not to grab a shard of glass and dig it into your boyfriend’s thigh.
You nod curtly before grabbing the rest of your bags and exiting the store.
Bokuto shadows over you, but still gives you enough space to breathe. He’ll hover his hands over yours, trying to taking a couple of weight from your grasp as you walk back to the car but you shift away.
He pouts. The rest of the walk is dead silent, but even you can hear the little whines in his heart, all the mental kicking he’s giving himself for doing exactly what you told him not to do.
He’ll help you pack the groceries into the car, and you leave him to do the rest and get inside the car, sitting in the passenger seat. You feel the car wobble when he closes the trunk and sits beside you soon after.
Like a dog with it’s ears, Bokuto’s hair falls down to his face. You begin to feel bad for giving him a bit of the cold shoulder, but you told him not to touch the plate, to put it back. But Bokuto being Bokuto, he couldn’t help but pick it up, inspect it, and even scratch the little paintings of the oranges to check if there was a scent.
And because he’s clumsier than ever, he dropped it while twirling it in his hands. Which leads you to now.
The soft hum of the car fills the dead air between you both. Bokuto shyly glances at you, still pouting. You take a deep breath, closing your eyes as you rest your head back.
You feel him take your hand, tracing circles over it before he brings it up against his cheek. He presses little kisses onto you skin, mumbling a string of apologies.
You turn your head, flicking your eyes open to meet his eyes, tears brimming at the waterline.
You bring your other hand to cup the other side of his face, your smile lopsided as you feel your boyfriend trembling in your hold.
“Are you still mad at me?” He asks, eyes averting away from yours and not the material of your jeans. “I’m really sorry for breaking something again...”
“My little love,” You sigh, your warm breath fanning against his blushing cheeks. “What am I gonna do with someone as clumsy as you? You’re gonna make me broke, Bo.”
He smiles at the nickname, assuring him he’s still within the safety of you love. “So you don’t hate me?”
You bring his forehead close to yours so he can hear you loud and clear when you say, “I’ll never hate you, but if you end up breaking another thing, I’ll cut up all your volleyball jersies. Understood?”
Its a shaky laugh that leaves his lips, but he nods his head. “Understood.
-- atsumu miya
you’ll find him in the fresh produce section
he’s knocking against the watermelon with a tight fist, and you think its pretty cute of him putting effort into looking for fresh fruit
but in reality he has no clue what he’s doing
he’s seen osamu do it before and he’s always wanted to try
you eventually catch onto the gimmick when he starts slapping the mangos, too
You chew onto the bottom of you lip, using all the energy you have left from wandering around looking for Atsumu to bite down your urge to laugh.
Your boyfriend looks quite serious, gaze fixed at the mango cradled in the palm of his hand. He slaps it a few times before bringing it up to his ear, listening to it as if there’s a whole ocean speaking to him.
He’s oblivious to the judging glances and amused stares, too absorbed whatever it is he’s doing.
You want to stop him, call his name so you can both head to check out. But the scene unravelling before you is too funny--even more so when he puts the mango down and reaches for the apple, slapping it as well before pressing it against his ear.
You know you shouldn’t, but you pull out your phone to take a picture, immediately sending it to Osamu. You quietly accept the fate of future you before calling out to your boyfriend.
-- hinata shoyo
he’s kinda like bokuto except he knows not to test you
but he is the type to add a bunch of things in the cart that you weren’t planning on buying
you won’t even notice until you’re at the check out counter
and he’ll justify every single thing he’s put in the cart
“Shoyo, no.” You glare at him, resting your hands onto your hips as you scold him in the middle of the check-out counter. The poor cashier tries to mind her business as you and your childlike boyfriend bicker over which items go and which stay. “Why the hell do we need a glow in the dark flashlight? We have still have a perfectly good one at home!”
“Yes, but this one’s my favorite color!” You feel your eye twitching at his counter argument, not entirely sure if you’re talking to a kid or your adult boyfriend. “AND how are you gonna find the flashlight in the dark? If we get the glow in the dark one, it’ll be easier to find!”
You hear a quiet mumble of agreement coming from the cashier and the people behind you. A very soft, “Well, he’s got a point,” hanging above you.
You pinch your nose, sighing heavily as you near your defeat. But you don’t want to give in just yet. “Shoyo, we can’t buy everything in this cart. This is all way too much.”
His smile falters and you roll your eyes. You pick out the foot cream from the cart, “Why do you need this? You already have one at home.”
“But they didn’t have coconut before.” He replies, not at all sensing your irritation.
You dig your hand back into the pile, reaching for anything random. You bite into your cheek when you see what’s in your hand. Hinata opens his mouth to protest, but you speak before he can even mutter a sound. “No.”
“But--”
“Absolutely not.”
“But it’s so cute!”
“Hinata Shoyo, I will not bring another cat themed item into my house just because your best friend tells you to!”

Sakusa, Tsukishima and Kenma when their s/o gets a wound
requested: sakusa, tsukki, and kenma with a s/o who gets a wound? maybe they went to do an activity and get their knees scraped bad and the boys find out? how would they take care of their s/o?
Sakusa was such a good pick for this oh my that’s probably why his is a bit longer please forgive me I am weak for him ok
Sakusa Kiyoomi:
Tumblr media
There were not a lot of things you could do as dates, since Sakusa declined most of your suggestions saying that it would be too unhygienic or too much work making sure everything would be clean.
But when you came up with the idea of going wandering on a mountain trail, where only mostly elderly people where, he was all for it. Of course he also didn’t liek staying insiode all the time, and a place where anybody went while being in nature sounded like music to his ears.
However you regretted your decision soon after you guys started your trip. You were breathing heavily and your legs already felt like spaghetti and you werent even halfway up the hill. Sakusa however, with his amazing sports stamina was walking ahead and barely notived that you fell way behind, until he wanted to talk to you and you didn’t respond to his words. He turned around wondering where you were. Did you maybe get lost? But then he saw you hanging over, your hands placed on your knees and you looked up to him smiling, but you couldn’t hide the exhaustion.
Your boyfriend couldn’t help but chuckle seeing you like that. He walks to you and stops in front of you, tilting his head while he observes your heaving figure. “You know, we can just return if you want to. But the air up here is really good and I guess it’s even better at the top.” You just shake your head, insisting on continuing this trip because it hasn’t been often that you saw Kiyoomi this careless. You were determined to make this an enjoyable trip for the both of you, but especially him. He deserved a pause from his hectic life.
So he grabs your hand and walks slowly beside you for a while, both of you enjoying the nature around you and the fresh air sweeping through your lungs. When you’re finally at the top you have a nice picnic while enjoing the view over the land, watching leaves dance in the wind and tumbling around you, taking in all the scents of exotic flowers and birds chirping somewhere in the tree tops.
You feel a lot better when you get back down. Walking down on a mountain is a lot less exhausting than walking up, after all. Your steps fly more easily. Too easily. You’re more careless with your steps and before you can stop it you stumble over a big rock in your way, landing on your knees before Sakusa can grab your wrist. However he’s quick to help you up again and you flinch and hiss when you shift your weight on your left leg again. Your knee is totally scraped, a small rill of blood running down your leg. Some small stones still stick to your skin and Sakusa is quick to pull out a small package from his backpack, because this man never goes anywhere unprepared.
He helps you sit down on a tree trunk next to the path you were walking and he looks at you with slight amusement but also worry in his eyes. He sighs before leaning down and placing a kiss on the top of your head and then kneels down in front of you, taking care of the wound. “What am I gonna do with you? You’re so clumsy...” he mumbles and you have to smile, though your knee still burns badly. Sakusa takes care of it perfectly, even kissing the bandage on top of your knee after he’s done. However, he doesn’t let you walk down again, he carries you down all the way on his back and you’re not complaining.
You just cling onto him and cuddle into his back, burying your face in his neck and stroking his hair occassionally, thanking him for taking care of you so well. He smiles to himself when he feels you pressing to him, feeling your breath so close on his skin.
After the trip he still checks up on your knee everyday, even when it’s not a wound that serious. He still claims that it shouldn’t get infected and that he’s the only one besides a doctor that can take proper care of it. Always kisses your knee after every check up! A true cariing cutie, I am way too soft for this man
Tsukishima Kei:
Tumblr media
It was hard to get Tsukishima thrilled of the idea of going somewhere special to hang out. He was more of the stay inside kinda person, preferring just cuddling up to you in private.
You accepted his choices (even though you still got him to go to certain places sometimes) and that’s how you transformed everyday situations into little dates. Like lunch in school or staying in your garden instead of in the house, sometimes you’d even join his practice and watch him there. Even though he would never admit it, he enjoyed it when you do that. It always makes his insides all giddy and warm because you care for him so much!
You also always walk home together, talking about anything on your way or just quietly listening to music while enjoying each other’s company, silently holding or hands or sometimes he’ll just sling an arm around your shoulders and pull you close to him, walking like that for a while.
Today however you were “balancing” on a wall next to the sidewalk while talking to Kei and rambling about your day. It was fun to you focusing on taking the right steps, even though the platform you were walking on was not that small. You still had to be careful about where you placed your feet, because there were roots and other plants growing over and through the stone. “Ugh anyway, and then our teacher just made us write a test, and it was fine I guess but still sucked.” you ended your little rant.
“Y/N, are you really sure you should walk up there? Don’t you think it would be safer down here? You’re gonna get hurt if you don’t look out.” Tsukki just says while looking up to you with a vague face. You almost laughed seeing him like that. Was he actually worrying about you? Contrary to you always worrying about him at games, this was a nice change.
“Don’t be silly Kei, I’ve been balancing on things since I was a child, literally nothing will happen-” And that’s when you literally cursed yourself, because just moment later you stumble over a root and fall down, though you manage to cushion your fall with your hands which got the most damage.
Your boyfriend is right next to you in no time, helping you up and scanning your body for any injuries, but luckily only your hands got injured and your elbow felt weird, making your whole arm feel like some sort of pudding. Tsukki is just shaking his head while taking in the scrapes and cuts on your hands. You flinch when he softly touches your strained skin and he looks at you with disapproval. His eyes literally tell you “I told you so.” but fortunately he has enough tactfulness to not say it out loud. He accompanies you to your house, constantly shaking his head when you whimper and pout because your hands hurt.
He reluctantly helps you clean your hands, because he claims he’s not good with that kind of stuff and he only helps you bandage the wound because you don’t want to move your hands too much. Quiet sounds of disapproval still leave his lips as he does, though. Something like that could never happen to him, he says. Still, the look in his eyes is loving. He appreciates your playful side a lot. Without it, his life would be pretty plain. Without YOU it would be.
He loves you, but please prepare for a bunch of teasing after the incident. He will never let you climb on something or balance somewhere every again for a long time because honestly? He cares about you a little too much and he can’t bear to see you hurt in any way.
Kenma Kozume:
Tumblr media
Kenma always seemed to be busy with some things. In the morning it was school, in the afternoon volleyball practice and in the evening and at night he was usually gaming.
You tried you best to insert yourself into his routine. Walk to school with him, spend the breaks at school with him, game with him, watch him at practice. You were fine with it, really, because you noticed how over the time he got more cooperative and sometimes skipped volleyball practice to hang out with you, or he was starting to game a bit less in order to go to the cinema with you etc.
But you still treasured the time the most when you could hang with him normally, like at practice. You could actually spend hours watching him do something else other than hanging over his console.
And the other members loved you, too. They appreciated you being at practice, it was like having another manager. You also took care of them and told them everything you observed, you brought snacks and cheered for them in any game. Sometimes you’d even join in during training camps and get along with other teams, as well.
You normally used your time during practice to do homework or work on other things, but today you helped out as the “ballboy/girl” basically and ran around the gym catching the flying volleyballs and collecting them for the boys. You’d throw them back to them or helped them to serve the ball, but you were always just moving around the whole time. You didn’t mind, though. It was actually very fun, the boys were constantly joking around. But Kenma didn’t look all that amused whenever a ball just closely missed you or when you almost fell in an attempt to catch a ball.
You watched as him and Yaku were talking to Lev and teaching him how to do a proper serve. The first year was listening eagerly, moving his hands and arms around enthusiastically and you found yourself grinning when Kenma moved his hands over his face in frustration.
Then it finally came to Lev putting all the tips into something and he was standing at the end of the field, ready to serve. You watched him fail a few times until he hit the ball with a loud bang and slammed it over the net, right to where you were standing. No one had enough time to react properly and before you could even think about diodging the ball landed straight on your chest and you fell backwards, hitting your head on the floor hard. For a moment you couldn’t see or hear anything, just darkness and dancing light in front of your eyes and a defeaning beeping in your ears.
Someone helped you to sit up and you slowly began to see contours of people around you, and their voices were still incomprehendable to you. You felt hands on your back and then on your face and you looked into your boyfriends face who had widened eyes and looked very pale.
Then he turned around and basically chased Lev through hell for doing this, giving him the lecture of his life even though you weren’t hurt that badly. there was a small wound at the back of your head and just a little bit of blood came out.
Kenma was by your side the whole time, flinching a lot more than you when you got a bandage around your head. You got some medication from the doctor and while you were tripping a little bit he still stayed at your side, giving you his console so you can play and distract yourself from ther pain
Literally really won’t leave your side, will stay at your house until you can go to school again and he just spends the days next to you in your bed, pouting when he sees the wound and carefully stroking your hair. He’s a big cuddler during this time and literally won’t led you near the gym anytime soon. He always gives Lev death stares when he gets near you, like a hissing cat.
A protective boy, 11/10 would love and cherish

Tumblr media
Bokuto:
Everything felt like it was on blast all around you, the sounds were so excruciating. The bright flashes of lightning, the low, heavy booms of thunder, the winds blowing through the branches of trees, making them bang against the side of the house
It sounded so loud, you wanted to mute everything until your migraine passed
You curled yourself up in bed on top of the blankets, holding pillows to both sides of your head. The sharp searing pain in your head made it feel like it froze your body, rendering you immobile
You squeezed your eyes shut, wanting it to stop, wanting the feeling of someone repeatedly and forcefully squeezing your head to stop
The storm was predicted to be one of the strongest ones of the season and it unfortunately lined up around the time you had your migraines
It was terrible
The spacious room was dark and dim from the gloomy clouds that rolled over the sky, concealing the warm sun behind it
The power was blown out not too long ago but Bokuto still showered
He didn’t really care much about the storm outside, not thinking too much of it. In the moment, all he could feel was how good the hot water felt as it washed over his body, relieving his tight muscles from practice
You massaged your temples the best you could, making sure the pillow resting on top of your head wouldn’t fall off. You did the best you could and took deep breaths, your breaths shaky as you grit your teeth through the pain
Rubbing his head with a towel, his upper half was bare while he wore a pairof his many shorts for practice
Seeing your figure curled up in bed, he was beside you in a heart beat
“Y/N?” He asked just a bit too loudly, realizing when you let out a little grown, waving your foot to him. “Oh sorry,” he whispered
“I’ll go get you some water,” he whispered yell, giving you a quick rub on your leg as he left the room but you didn’t really hear him
He was still new to your frequent migraines but he was going to make sure he did his best. Akaashi even gave him advice after mentioning it in conversation
He wanted to do more for you, so he did
From what he was able to gather, your migraines mostly came from loud noises. He didn’t think the storm was too loud but it must have been for you
He poured a warm glass of water and brought up honey and water, knowing how you would sometimes ask him to get some later on
The bed shifted to his weight as he sat beside you, pulling a corner of a pillow slowly upwards
You covered your ears with your hands, your eyes firmly shut, trying to focus on the sound of your heart, breathing as steadily as you could
“Y/N,” his usual roaring voice diminished to almost nothing for you. He rubbed your hand, making your eyes slowly peek open to him
He helped you sit up but you refused to move your hands, not yet at least
“Honey?” He mouthed, holding up the bottle to which you shook your head. He brought the warm mug to your mouth and helped you drink
A few gulps later, you could feel like your mind was being released from the visions grasp
When your head was tolerable enough to endure, you slowly removed your hands, hovering them over your ears in case you had to cover them immediately
“You okay, bun?” He whispered, his hand cupping your neck and cheek right below your ear, his voice low and just above the sound of the rain. The thunder and lightning moved on into the distance, leaving behind only the soft putterings of rain tapping the roof
Your heart released a warm spread through your chest hearing the nickname he gave you, unsure of where it came from in the first place, your head dizzy from your migraine
“I think so... can we lay down?” You asked, bringing your hand to his arm, his skin and body still hot from the shower
Without even answering, he didn’t even you to ask. He lifted your body into his arms, laying down in the center of the bed with you on top of him
He wrapped his legs around you, squeezing you close to him but not tight enough where it bothered you
Your head was pressed close to his body, hearing the beating sound of his big heart
Tumblr media
Tendo:
It felt like the room was spinning and nothing was going to stop it
You could hear the faintest sounds of rain tapping on the roof of the house, the room dim with little to no light
Your head was throbbing inside and you just wanted it to stop
Your body felt so drained and empty as you sat up in bed but the thing was, the last thing you could think of was the way you were sleep deprived on the couch
College was beating your ass and there was little to no fight left in you
Trying your best to stand from bed, your knees buckled beneath you, your legs unable to suddenly hold your weight
You reached your arms out only to feel the plush fabric and cool smoothness of the wall against the palms of your hand
Your body made a loud thud as you collapsed to your knees on the ground beside the bed, half of the blanket pooled around your form as you leaned your body on the bed
A warm touch held your arm and wrists not a moment later
Tendo knelt before you, panting and heart racing in his chest from sprinting up the stairs from the kitchen when he heard the thud
His hair was down but pushed back with a little headband, his hand reaching up to hold your face. Even despite all the spinning and occasional blur of your senses, you could see the hints of concern glistening in his eyes
A light layer of sweat beaded your hair line and all the color was drained from your face as you breastfed jaggedly. You wore one of his shirts but you couldn’t even remember if you were wearing this last night or not
But none of that mattered
Doing the best he could, he lifted you back into your spot in bed, bringing up the blanket up to your waist. The smell of him was all over the bed and pillows, surrounding you but it didn’t make your migraine worse thankfully
“Drink this,” he spoke quietly, bringing a water bottle to your lips, pouring it gently into your mouth
The cool liquid was able to ease your head just a little but the room still spun. The lights remained off and you did your best to ground yourself, staying hydrated, focusing on the feeling of the bed pressed to your body, the sound of the gentle rain on the roof, the warmth his hand emitted holding yours
“I’ll bring the soup up,” he said as he stood when you were able to hold the bottle on your own
“So-soup?” Your voice croaked as you spoke, doing your best to focus on tendo’s face in the dim room but you spoke too soon. The bitter, acidic taste of bile rose from your stomach and up your throat, burning the back of it. It made you clench your jaw to stifle the urge to vomit
He sat back down on the edge of the bed beside you, rubbing his hand down your back. It wasn’t the first time he had seen you suffer through a migraine, but deep inside, it twisted his heart to see you suffer like this- he could imagine the pain your body must’ve been going through each time
“You didn’t eat anything at all yesterday,” he gave you a playful glare, lightly poking his finger into your cheek. This fact of course didn’t go unnoticed by him
then it hit you. You really didn’t eat at all yesterday and you barely drank anything too
The late hours and hectic schedule you made for yourself, trying to get as many credits as you could in your early years of uni so you could have an easy last year with him, but unfortunately, you bit off more than you could chew
you mentally cursed yourself for bringing this upon yourself
With your eyes squeezed shut, focused on the darkness, you didn’t even notice him slipping away, only realizing he did when the aromatic scent of chicken noodle soup was brought up with a side bowl of rice and small side dishes
He made sure you ate as much as you could without making you feel worse, making sure the foods weren’t too heavily scented with the smells of oil or anything of the sort that could’ve triggered your migraine worse
Tendo adapted to the times you began to get too stressed, migraines occurring every so often. He looked up on his phone or during his free time while you were out at class and he was back home to research, but not too deeply. He wanted to adjust to you and he did
He was known as miracle boy for a reason
Tumblr media
Ushi:
You had seen all the signs, especially the biggest sign that always told you a migraine was coming: more frequent yawning but when it came to sleeping at night, you couldn’t even fall asleep until the night was halfway over and just a few hours later, you would feel Ushi shifting in bed, waking up
Your head was the biggest pain in your life and you hated it. The way one half of your head would throb and go through surges of sharp pain, it made you see stars but this time was a bit different
It was worse
You pressed your pillow over your head, pressing the soft and silky fabric into your face, biting your lip down to stifle your cries to not wake Ushi beside you
You already felt like you were a burden to him since he was new to being in the relationship scene but he was willing to learn if it meant he could be with you since he felt some sort of gravitational pull toward you from the beginning
You felt so sick and your eyes burned whenever you closed them, tears glided down your face and into your hair as you laid in the dark, suffering alone, silently
The feeling of pins and needles began to prickle in your hands as you continued to press the pillow into your face, a small yelp escaping you but into the plush pillow
You shut yourself up as fast as you could, essentially holding your breath to hear if he had woken up or if he stirred
But then you felt it. You felt a first grasp from a kind hand loosely wrap around your wrist in the dark, tugging it gently
“Y/N? Is it another migraine?” Ushi’s voice was deep and rich with sleep. You gathered yourself and carefully lifted the pillow, revealing yourself
The gentle light of the lamp post shined in through the window through the blinds, the dim white light revealing your teary eyes to him
“What happened?” He woke up a bit more, bringing his hand to your face, using the back of his middle and index finger to brush away remaining tears
“It… it hurts and I can’t sleep,” your voice was so weak and frail, just above a whisper. You just wanted to sleep deeply, being washed away by the dreams of the sand man, to be overtaken by any dreams he could show you tonight but you saw nothing
Careful not to make things worse for you, he lifted the blanket and opened his arms, inviting you in
You inched closer until you were laid beside his body, your feet tangled with his legs. He closed his arm around you and turned just the slightest so he laid on his back, your head on his shoulder beside his chest
With one hand, he held yours, resting them on his stomach while the other that wrapped around you from behind reached up to your head, massaging your scalp
He could remember the first time when the two of you became a couple, how “awkward” as others said he was around you but he could care less. He knew he had feelings for you and cared about you in a way that was different from family, friends, and volleyball and it was enough for him
He was very unsure of what to do when you had your first migraine around him, not knowing what to do or who to call until you were able to instruct him a bit after easing yourself temporarily
You were able to bring him out of a shell he didn’t even realize he was in himself and he yearned to grow with you, so learning how to help you when you had your migraines was a step out of many others he was willing to take
He laid awake, quietly hushing your cries away, continuing his ministrations until you were asleep, not sleeping a blink until you were first
Even if it took you all night to sleep, he was willing to stay up all night for you

Sakusa:
Sundays were bittersweet days to you- they were the days Sakusa was home all the time, unless he had a rest day on other days of the week too, but they were also the day he deep cleaned the house
This meant dusting, vacuuming, washing sheets and clothes, doing the dishes, washing and cleaning every inch of the house and car inside and out (though only washing his car ever few months than every week)
But the thing was, this meant every Sunday of the week, you were prone to migraines cause of the heavy smell of chemicals
Sakusa was very aware of your frequent migraines and did his best to air out the house without letting germs in, buying and using non scented/ less heavy chemical scented cleaning products
He was pretty busy during the week so he didn’t even notice that he was running low on the non-scented/ lightly scented cleaning products so when Sunday, today, came, he had to use the heavy smelling one
He warned you before hand when he realized this, mentally cursing himself
You were already feeling a little sick yourself since your body was used to feeling a little dizzy every Sunday from the smells
He turned on the cleaned and dusted fans as he cleaned throughout the ground level of the house while you were out to pick up some groceries, hopefully it would be enough
But he was wrong
When you came home, the house was wafted all over with the heavy smells of chemicals, it burned your eyes a little
The smell was so sharp but it didn’t compare to the sharp pain as if someone was slowly torturing you
You weakly brought to the groceries to the kitchen and poured yourself some water as Sakusa busied himself vacuuming in the living room, the cleaning materials he needed to wipe and dust every surface and corner he could see
The fans over the stove were on, set on the highest settings and so were the various stand fans in the living room. From what you could hear and see, he turned on all the fans he could to air out the house the best
But the smells were still too strong
The water helped but you quickly concealed your mask over your mouth and nose, bringing up the collar of your shirt over your mask
You pressed your shirt and mask over your face, getting rid of the smells and Troyes to ground yourself back down to the smell of yourself, going upstairs
The house was bright and of course everything was spotless, he wouldn’t have it any other way
Sakusa didn’t even notice you were home or you going upstairs, too engrossed in what he was doing
Going upstairs, the smell was thankfully a lot less potent and more fans blew all through the rooms and halls of upstairs
Your shared bedroom was brightly lit with the sun shining in, glowing off the white walls, warm against your skin
The pain was bearable, you were grateful you kept your mask on and he had fans on but wish you got a heads up
The bathroom had little to no scent at all to your relief after you cautiously lowered your shirt and mask, smelling nothing
But even though there was no strong smell, you still felt very nauseous and sick
Your shower wasn’t too long but I twas enough for you. All you wanted to do was lie down and rest so this was your current mission
Drying off, you wrapped the towel around yourself and went into the closet, dressing yourself into one of Sakusa’s jumpers
You could already hear the hissy fit he would probably throw since he wasn’t the fondest of having others wearing his clothes but you figured it would make things equal
You crawled into the crisp fresh sheets of the wide bed. You surrounded yourself with his scent- a clean one but not like any of the cleaning products
You fell asleep, hugging one of his pillows close to you, your face nuzzled into the plush thing when you felt the bed shift, stirring you from your sleep
Arms slowly wrapped around you, pulling you closer after a moment
“Sorry about the smells, are you okay?” He asked, resisting the urge to snatch his pillow back but he pushed it aside, his attention on you
“Mmhm,” you hummed softly, turning in your sleep and released the pillow, nuzzling your face into his cleanly washed shirt and chest instead

Hey everyone! Ok so first off, I’m really sorry for being hella inactive, it’s been a rough few months with exams and stress and seasonal depression HAHA but i’m better now! Unfortunately tumblr decided to delete a lot of my requests so I’m opening requests up again, so please feel free to drop by!!! This was a fun story to write, and I personally really love Sakusa’s character. I was heavily motivated by @sachiwrites‘s take on his character so hope I did u proud >.< I was also gong through a really stressful time while writing this so I thought it would be interesting to see how the reader’s own stress and depression would affect her relationship with Sakusa, someone who already had his own setoff problems. Anyway, hope y’all enjoy!
Original request: Hiiii ! lately, sakusa stole my heart >< so iy would be nice of you to write something about him !! Like something angtsy but with a fluffy end please, love me some emotional rollercoaster ride ^^
Truthfully, Sakusa Kiyoomi was indebted to you. He was acutely aware of how difficult he could be to handle. In fact, he had fully prepared himself for a life of solitude by the time he graduated from middle school. Who would want to spend the rest of their life with a person as complicated and fastidious as him? More so than that, Sakusa could not fathom having to care for another person so intimately. While he would like to pretend that his reasons for never taking interest in the pursuit for a lover were entirely born out of his insecurities about himself, the truth was that he was honestly just entirely too selfish to bother with a committed, loving relationship. He was not prepared to nurse any potential lover if they ever fell sick, or to have to go on spontaneous and wild dates just to please them. There were too many compromises that made a healthy relationship and Sakusa was not interested in making any of them. Life was too much of a burden as it already was; there was no need to worsen the weight of it.
Which is why he was so surprised when you whisked into his life, dancing up a storm in his heart. When he had first met you, he was utterly and completely blown away. He had been alone at the back of his school’s building trying distressingly hard to slow his breathing. He was panting-- no, hyperventilating. It was a panic attack of course, something he had gone through many times in his life, and something he thought he should be used to. However, the frequent occurrences of this attack on his lungs did not prevent him from feeling like he was on the edge of death everytime they came. This is it, this is really it. He heard himself think, his inner voice booming against the walls of his skull. In his crouched position, he saw the movement of feet through his peripheral vision. Too preoccupied to care, he ignored the actions of this unknown person and continued to focus on getting his breathing back on track. He noticed them, a girl maybe, reaching into her bag and pulling out a small bottle. It looked like… sanitiser maybe?
“Hey, eyes on me okay?” She spoke, her voice coming out muffled and soft against the loudness of his own heartbeat. Stressed and confused, he looked up at her as she carefully applied the liquid on her hands. Her thorough and smooth movements somehow helped him as he realised his vision had started becoming a lot less blurry. She came down to his level, and gently took his hands into hers.
“Breathe, 1, 2, 3. Exhale, 1, 2, 3. Come on, I’ll do it with you,” She spoke again, her voice confident and commanding, as she rubbed small and firm circles around his hands with the bud of her thumb. They stayed that way for nearly twenty minutes before Sakusa’s breathing finally came down from being erratic to somewhat normal. He was still panting, but he could think clearly now and he no longer heard his own heart beating in his head. She had stopped holding him by then, thank God. When he finally mustered up the effort to speak, all he could say was, “Who?”
With a small smile you replied, “Y/n! I’m in the class next to yours and we’ve never really met but I remember seeing you around quite often, Saskusa.” He was quite surprised when he realised you remembered his name. In all honesty, he had never seen you before. Maybe he had but he normally couldn't care less about other people. He didn’t even remember the names of some of his own classmates so why would he bother with a stranger next door? Still, she had been kind enough to help him. Not only that, she seemed to be aware of his phobia and had accommodated to it, which was incredibly moving for him. In that moment he felt the rare feeling of gratitude grow in his chest.
“Thank you, you must be really attentive to have known to be so careful,” he whispered, voice still raspy.
“Not really, it’s kind of obvious,” she laughed nervously, as if she was trying not to offend. He wasn’t offended.
“Anyway, see you around!” She said cheerfully, after a couple of awkward minutes. “Don’t be a stranger,” she added while walking away. He didn’t bother gracing that with a response.
Your persistent personality was a catalyst for your friendship. The daily greetings and small-talk had forced him to get to know you better and, interestingly enough, he was not repulsed. He found out about that new book you were reading, and actually enjoyed it when he decided to give it a read. Also, it was a pleasant surprise when you told him that you used to play volleyball. So, your conversations grew longer and meetings became more frequent. Soon, he was meeting you after school on days he didn’t have practice and even spending his lunch breaks with you. You started to inch closer to him and began leaving soft, subtle touches on his skin. You were obviously trying to be discreet, but he was a person who was so painfully aware of everyone around him that of course he noticed. The surprising thing was that he didn’t mind. He knew you were hygienic enough for him to be comfortable so he began to let himself enjoy your affections.
When you confessed your feelings for him, he was not surprised. He knew from the beginning that you had a little crush on him and he even found it quite adorable. Had you asked him out a few weeks earlier, his answer would have been a hard no. However, getting to know you over the past few weeks had really changed his entire mindset about relationships. For the first time in his life, Sakusa felt like he could open himself up to someone. You had been kind enough to cater to his obsessive and exhausting personality. You were also completely comfortable with taking things slow. Above all that, you had an absolutely endearing personality. It was as if fate had intentionally sent you his way after torturing him for the past years, and he wasn’t one to let blessings like this slip away. So, when you confessed your feelings for him, he was not surprised. But you were, when he said yes.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dating Sakusa was going to be hard and you knew that from the very start. You weren’t naive, despite what your boyfriend might have thought. You paid him a lot of attention during the earlier stages of your friendship. You knew what he liked, what ticked him off, his pet peeves and at that point you could even tell his emotional state just by looking at the way his eyebrows moved when the rest of his face was covered by a mask. You also knew that the effort Sakusa put into your relationship was unparalleled to everything you had done for him. But, that was what you had signed up for. He had enough problems on his own trying to deal with the world with his own personal struggles so you strived to make life just a little bit easier for him.
However, after a certain point, you had to come to terms with the fact that you were your own person too. You were human too. It was easy to forget about yourself when you had been so invested in another person. The most difficult part of it all was being unable to see the fruition of all your efforts. You knew deep in your heart that Sakusa loved you. He let you kiss him, touch him and even let you sleep in the same bed as him at times. Despite that, you felt incredibly lonely in your relationship. Interacting with Sakusa started feeling almost burdensome. While your relationship had been quite a ride, built by reckless passions with bursts of feelings like joy, anger and love, you couldn’t help but feel a sense of staleness develop after a while.
It started very slowly. School had been getting ridiculously hard and Sakusa’s practices had been getting more frequent. Engulfed by the stresses of school, the two of you had gone nearly two weeks without properly speaking to each other. While Sakusa had seemingly remained unbothered, the realisation of that had completely shocked you. How could you go two weeks without any interaction with the person you loved, and not even notice it? The thing you felt most guilty about was actually the sense of peace you had experienced over those two weeks. Blindsided by your adoration for Sakusa, you hadn’t realised how draining it was being around him. When the two of you would spend time, you rarely ever took care of yourself. You’d clean the table for him when eating lunch at school because he absolutely refused to eat at those disgusting cafeteria tables, and would rather die than clean it himself. Hell, you’d even do a thorough cleaning of your own house just so Sakusa could come over and spend time with you. That, coupled with the natural angst that grows in you as a hormonal teenager, had caused you to grow more and more irritated with him.
Things you had previously found endearing about Sakusa now made your skin crawl. Even as your interactions grew less, you found yourself wanting to cry out in anger everytime he asked you to wash your hands before touching him. It was incredibly frustrating because all you wanted was some affection, and your boyfriend, of all people, couldn’t give that to you. It hurt because you had foolishly believed that if you could convince him that he was capable of being loved, he’d grow to be able to reciprocate those affections. But you were starting to feel scammed.
“Sakusa, do you want to go to that cafe I’ve been talking about?” You had asked one day, hoping to salvage your sinking relationship. He had to have noticed the drift, right? He’d want to fix it too, right?
“Huh? I don’t really feel like it…” He shuts you down just like that. Your hands are intertwined, as they usually were when you went home together, but for the first time, you untangle your fingers from his.
In hindsight, you realised that not all your feelings had been caused by your dysfunctional relationship. You had suspected that you were depressed months ago, but the problem had never been serious enough to warrant any major action so you ignored it. At least, that was what you told yourself. As time went by, it became nearly impossible to ignore. You couldn’t do your homework, you couldn’t sleep and eventually your appetite began to vanish. The rejection you felt from Sakusa had further sent you down a spiral of self-doubt. You hated yourself for being so selfish and you figured that maybe the reason Sakusa was drifting away from you was because it was you who wasn’t enough, not him.
It didn’t take long for your guilt to morph into anger once again. You had made no mention of your fractured state of mind to Sakusa, but it would not have taken a genius to figure out that you were not okay. Friends and teachers had approached you to check on you but the man you loved with every fibre of your being had never once mentioned anything to you. The two of you went about your days as you normally would. Little kisses hello and goodbye had become almost mechanical, and you cried yourself to sleep every night. You knew you should seek help soon, before it became even worse but you couldn’t bring yourself to overlook Sakusa’s indifference towards you.
You couldn’t brush your teeth. You stood in front of your bathroom mirror and furrowed your eyebrows at your reflection, toothbrush in hand. Why…? It’s just… move your hand…? It had been two days since you last showered. It physically hurt you to move and all you wanted to do was go back to bed. Still, being the responsible student you were, you went to school. You were late, none of your homework had been done but hey, at least you showed up. You knew your boyfriend was disgusted by your appearance because he had been avoiding you like a plague. You didn’t blame him, you looked as hideous as you felt. It felt like the end of your relationship was nearing and you shocked yourself with how relieving that felt. Maybe if you stopped seeing each other you could start feeling at least a little less miserable. Again, at least that was what you told yourself when you messaged him about wanting to talk.
When the two of you met at the rooftop where you had so often shared meals, the atmosphere was tense. It didn’t help that the afternoon sun was unforgiving and the air was humid. Your disheveled state in the heat made you want to claw your own skin out but you settled for subtly digging your nails into the palms of your hands. You had planned the conversation out thoroughly; first ask him how his day was, then let him down easy. The last thing you wanted to do was hurt him. You knew how difficult getting into a relationship was for him and you didn’t want to completely turn him off from ever dating again.
Yet, when you saw the unreadable expression on his face with his fingers impatiently tapping the sides of his legs, your anger triumphed any semblance of civility you had planned.
“Where the fuck have you been?” Your words come out much softer than you anticipated but your voice shook. You could tell he was surprised by the way his eyebrows shot up.
“What do you mean I --”
“Shut up and listen, where have you been? I needed you, do you even care?” You were obviously crying at this point but Sakusa remained stunned to silence. “Screw you, Sakusa. Seriously, screw you,” you interrupt, your emotions clearly messing with your vocabulary.
“I’m your girlfriend, not your maid. I’m not just there to clean up shit for you! I have a life, I have feelings and I have been so miserable and you haven’t said anything,” You’re rambling but it was hard to stop once it started. You felt your vision blut from the tears and felt the snot running down your chin but you didn’t care. If Sakusa couldn't handle you at your worst then he sure as hell didn’t deserve you at your best. You continued your rant and poured your heart out to him. Unwittingly, you express your grievances about your own state of mind to him. You had wanted to keep your condition to him a secret for so long but there was no turning back now. He deserved to feel guilty, to hate himself for being such a terrible friend.
“I warned you about setting expectations. I told you that I’m not that guy. Why are you surprised now?”
His words seemed sarcastic but the genuinity in his voice as he responded triggered you. He wasn’t even trying to be hurtful, you knew that much. It was the fact that he hadn’t even tried to change for you that really broke your heart. Even though you had told yourself that you didn’t feel anything anymore, that the break up would be a relief, nothing in your nearly two decades of living could have ever prepared you for the heartbreak you felt in that moment. Seriously, it felt like your heart was about to fall from your chest, and you had to physically clench your fist against your chest to keep yourself from falling apart. You weren’t crying anymore, and there was nothing left to say. So, you walked away, and Sakusa didn’t bother stopping you.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sakusa Kiyoomi was indebted to you, this he knew for a fact. You had forced him out of his shell and had inspired him to be better. He never knew he was capable of doing something even as trivial as kissing, but with you he had been able to open himself up to so much more. Hell, he had had sex for the first time with you, something he had previously been unable to even fathom. It wasn’t just his comfort zone that you had expanded, you changed him for better. He was less cold towards others and he learned to appreciate the little things.
He remembered going to the beach once while you were on a date. He hated the sand in his shoes and he didn’t even want to think about stepping into the ocean. But, you had begged and begged for weeks and he eventually had to give in to you because, although he would never admit to it, seeing you smile made his heart flutter. You had forced him to take his shoes off and stand in the sand with you. With your eyes closed and hands raised, he watched you smile radiantly at the sky. He was transfixed, staring at you because how could someone be so beautiful and full of life?
“I love the feeling of the sun on my skin, it’s like being kissed by the sky don’t you think?” You had turned to face him, hands still in the air. Your words took him by surprise because Sakusa had never really seen the sun as anything but a source of humidity and a catalyst for disease. But the way you looked at him, the way your eyes sparkled; he couldn’t help but love the sun a little more from that day.
He really did love you, even if he wasn’t the best at showing it. So when you started getting dull, he noticed it immediately. He probably noticed it even before you had. The problem lay in the fact that he had no idea what to do. He figured, if you really needed help you would ask. But he knew that was just a pathetic excuse to avoid any kind of confrontation. Sakusa, for all his self-confidence, was incredibly insecure about his relationship with you. He never expected to cultivate such intense devotion towards you, but he did. And his biggest fear was that one day, you’d realise you were worth so much more than Sakusa could have ever hoped to offer.  You were perfect and ethereal. Everybody loved you and it was almost like the sky became brighter when you were around. As the days went by, he found himself becoming more and more blinded by you. You had inspired him to get help, but he held himself back because of the fear that if you ever did grow wiser and left him, all his efforts would have been for naught. Truly, Sakusa believed that he would never love anyone the way he loved you, ever. The fear of losing you frightened him more than anything and he was too afraid to change any aspect of your relationship in case it ever disrupted the balance the two of you had created.
Things had started to change when you grew darker over time. He saw you deteriorate with his own eyes, but he couldn’t do anything. He didn’t want to do anything. He told himself it was because he was afraid of hurting you even more, but Sakusa felt deep down that it was his selfishness once again preventing him from ever going out of his way to care for someone. He reasoned that you were smart enough to have no expectation for him, that you knew he was a self-centred prick. But seeing you cry in front of him had really sobered him up. He hadn’t expected it to hurt so much when he saw you clutch your shirt as you fought back tears. When you walked away, he tried so hard to move towards you, to stop you, touch you-- anything, really. But his feet were grounded and all he could do was watch. Sakusa was nothing if not proactive, and he knew he had to do something quick, before the damage done was irreversible. With a quiet sigh muffled by his mask, he leaned his head back, face tilted toward the sky and let himself get lost in his thoughts.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It had been two weeks since you spoke to Sakusa. You knew it was over but there had been a small part of you that had hoped he would approach you and you would both talk things out until everything went back to normal. Of course, that did not happen, and you were not surprised either. As much as you would like to believe in the romance of life that the media often tried to feed you, you were a realistic person who knew better than to have faith in some fantasy that only existed in your mind. At the same time, you were also, unfortunately, just a teenage girl whose heart refused to listen to her brain. Which was why, when your doorbell rang at 10pm that night, your heart skipped a beat in hopes that perhaps Sakusa had finally come to his senses and came to sweep you away.
What was more surprising than the fact that even after two weeks you still held some lingering hope that your ex-lover would come back to you was the fact that, indeed, it was him who stood at your front door. For a solid few seconds you could not move or say anything, as you took time to process the vision that was presented before you. Sakusa was wearing casual clothes and he sported his usual mask. However, it had been pushed down to collect at his neck, and you were gifted with the image of his whole face. His dark curls fell gracefully over his forehead and you noticed a slight sheen of sweat. Had he run here? What could he possibly want from you that was so urgent?
“Hello? Anyone home?” He asked. It took you a moment to realise he had just cracked a joke. Regaining your composure, you retort, “What the fuck do you want?” If he was hurt by your outburst, it certainly didn’t show.
“Look, before you say anything, please hear me out, okay?” He asked softly, taking a step towards you. Instinctively, you backed away. There was something different about him but you couldn’t place a finger on what it was exactly. His gaze on you felt stronger than ever, and he had a determined glint in his eyes that you had never seen before. You also noticed his posture. His shoulders were rolled back and he stood tall and proud, like he was so sure of himself. Whatever the source of his newfound confidence was, it made your heart hurt a little bit. You had been an absolute mess after the break up, while he had clearly been thriving.
“Sure. Whatever. Spit it out.”
“I love you, and I’m sorry for being such a jerk. I know I should have said this much earlier but I didn’t want you to think I was being insincere. I had to do something to prove to you how serious I was being,” He started, a small smile creeping on his face. You stared at him blankly, not understanding where this was going.
“Are you proposing…? Because I will say no!” You blurt out, panicking slightly. He blinked at you a couple times, obviously puzzled by your outburst. Then, he laughed. A full blown chortle. It was a rare Sakusa laugh that you had only witnessed a couple times before. With a big, bright smile, he shook his head and responded, “No, dumbass. I’ve been seeing a therapist.” The revelation was shocking, to say the least. But, before you could interrupt, he continued.
“When you left after our argument I realised how much I had been taking you for granted. I’m not good with expressing myself but I knew enough to realise that you’re the best damn thing that could have ever happened to me. You see, I knew this for a long time, I just don't know how to tell you. I don’t like people and I find relationships exhausting but with you, for the first time in my life, I want to try harder. I didn’t want to lose you. I spoke to my mother and she offered to take me to see a therapist. She had asked me before but I never felt the need to see one. But after our fight, I realised I had to grow up. I still generally hate people and I still don’t know how to say what I’m feeling. And I sure as hell still hate germs but, I’m willing to work towards getting better. For you. You deserve at least that. If you’re willing to take me back, I’d be lucky to have you with me while I do this.”
He ends his speech with his eyes still looking into yours, as if he was analysing your reaction. He had clearly rehearsed this, you could just tell. It was honestly quite cute and heartwarming because you couldn’t think of any other time Sakusa had tried this hard with you. Your chest swells with affection you had been repressing for the past couple of weeks as you grabbed his shirt and yanked him down to your lips. The kiss was sweet, and a little salty from the tears that escaped your eyes after his little speech. Sakusa wasted no time wrapping his arms around you as he pressed your body closer to him. You had become an expert at reading him since the start of your relationship and you could feel just how much he had missed you from the way he held you during that kiss. Pulling away, he let his hands slide up your arms and cup your face.
“Does this mean you forgive me?” He asks, breathless.
You weren’t an idiot. You knew things were going to be far from peachy. But for him, you were willing to risk the sun and the moon. You tell him this by taking his hands into yours and leaning up for another kiss.
