It makes sense, really

He always seems to be cold: frigid, long fingers that are often stiff and difficult to move; goosebumps raising the skin of his arms and the back of his neck whenever he walks through the drafty halls of the dungeons; even his eyes, he has been told, are reminiscent of ice. They are apparently quite unsettling.

His whole life has been defined by punishments and sometimes he preoccupies himself with the thought that it is the only way he can view the world. Some of the punishments are manifested in curses he inherited from his family. (His parents and Marvolo insist that they are gifts, but Ominis begs to differ.)

But like Bill fucked his chance of having a really interesting study!! I know he wanted a control group first, and for the 50s that meant cishet men and cishet woman having penis-in-vagina type sex. But if he really wanted to study human sexuality and what the body goes through and all that he had the perfect chance!! In just one episode he got a woman who could only reach climax by being spanked, three gay men one of which was a bottom so Bill could have added anal sex to the study.

It would habe been so interesting to see and compare the different things that make different people reach climax. And see if the reactions are the same or not both in the brain and the body.
