Betty seemed very excited to watch lil Paprika fledge. even Ana came to watch! both my mons and the lil one's parents seem very proud of them. and of course i'm proud too!! they grew up so fast...

just woke up, saw Ana sleepin next to me, and you'll never guess what was on top of her. that's right! a lil joltik with popcorn in its mouth. i swear it knows no fear

Ana's doin fine. i'm still so sorry about that!! i should've kept a closer eye on her, but the forest gets her all excited, and Betty couldn't keep up either and,,, yeah,, i hope your lil breloom is doin alright too.

you wanna give er a snack? i'm sure she'd love it but,, shouldn't i be the one makin this up to you? well either way i think i wouldn't mind there bein a next time to our meetin. i didn't make a great first impression but,,, you seem alright...

Ana loves gliding down from trees in pinwheel forest. she's actually pretty fast... luckily i have Betty to run after her so she doesn't get lost. when she catches up with her, they share some berries that Ana finds in the trees :>

i bought Ana many chew toys of different shapes and sizes, but she insists on chewing my pillow

makin holiday tree decorations out of dried oranges...

Ana has been taught not to attack bugs, but i should've taught her not to attack fruit either. barely any of these will be makin it to the tree at this pace

how do you guys tell apart your pokemon from others of the same species? :> do they have anything unique about their appearance? or maybe an interesting behavior? :0

for me, Betty has a slightly shorter crest and beak and Ana's feathers are a little bit curlier than those of an average archen :>

Ana's no bug bitin trainin is goin well. today she saw a sewaddle and she just... intensely stared at it...

Betty tried to touch foreheads with the sewaddle but it was too shy, which is fair enough. smart girl anyway

Betty has been very sweet to Ana. i saw her preening her feathers the other day. Ana seems to have picked up on it being something nice to do, so she TRIES to preen Betty's feathers too, but it's not as easy with a huge beak and sharp teeth. Betty tolerates it and preens all her feathers again when Ana isn't looking.
