Longan Dragon

`°♡ Longan is pretty pessimistic, I'd think. And even if you disagree with that, it's safe to say they aren't very open to new ideals.

`°♡ Therefore, I propose a sort of sun/moon relationship

`°♡ In which reader is very optimistic and open minded. Not only that, but determined as well

`°♡ Afterall, there is 0 chance of changing Longan's ideals just like that

`°♡ It will take a lot of time and effort

`°♡ Hence why it will definitely be a slow burn relationship

`°♡ Your open mindedness will cause Longan to think a lot more, and the more they think about you, the more they grow fond of you

`°♡ Now whether this fondness is just some odd curiosity or actually love is up for debate-

Lychee Dragon

`°♡ Lychee is an odd one for sure

`°♡ Always insisting that you're in love with them and will bow before them and what-not.

`°♡ Of course, they do with everyone though so it doesn't really mean anything

`°♡ Lychee wants a lot of power and stuff, and most of the time, they can get just that

`°♡ To put it in its most basic terms, I think your ability to resist their charm will catch their eye

`°♡ But of course they won't just hypnotize you

`°♡ That would be much too boring

`°♡ They want you to fall for them naturally!

`°♡ It's like a greed for what they can't have

`°♡ But now, since they can't have you, it only makes them want you even more

`°♡ They start giving you more and more of their attention in hopes of making you finnaly fall for them, and it just ends up snowballing from there

`°♡ Traits outside of... your defiance I suppose, would be your ability to be entertaining

`°♡ Although, I can also see a relationship where you act very poised or calm and Lychee enjoys annoying you

`°♡ Lychee seems to get bored quite a lot, and if you're too boring they probably won't end up working so hard for your acknowledgement in the first place

`°♡ Though, I think they'd appreciate someone else who can match their level of chaoticness a bit more

`°♡ I imaging you two flirt often to try and make the other fall more in love

`°♡ I mean, it works but none of you actually say anything

`°♡ The final nail in the coffin would probably be you suddenly confessing your love in a more serious way

`°♡ Um, a very simple one is music and dance

`°♡ Afterall, they have a dialouge line about it being their only enjoyable pastime

`°♡ So I'd like to assume that if you create music or dance they automatically like you more

`°♡ Though, you have to be at least somewhat creative for this

`°♡ Lotus also talks about wish granting a lot and how they want an 'interesting wish'

`°♡ I don't exactly know what they mean by it, but if you have an interesting wish you'll probably catch their attention

`°♡ I just get the feeling that they are very curious

`°♡ Though I doubt you'd know much more than them, if you did know things that they didn't, they would enjoy listening to you talk about it

`°♡ Just don't be so rowdy

`°♡ They wouldn't mind it, seeing as their relations with Purple Yam and Mala Sauce are friendly, I just think they'd be more happy with someone calm

`°♡ On another random note; I don't have much to back this up, but they seem like the type of person to enjoy poetry

`°♡ It's would take a lot to make Pitaya actually realize that they like you

`°♡ But once they do realize, they admit it loud and proud.

`°♡ Well, to anyone but you-

`°♡ It's kind of sad, actually

`°♡ Anyway, I can see two different ideas on the type of person they fall for

`°♡ A person who also loves to fight and is kind of just a copy of them (except you actually kick ass)

`°♡ OR a person who is more nurturing and takes care of Pitaya after all of his fights

`°♡ For the first idea, they very obviously want to spar with you a lot

`°♡ Actively seek you out just for the opertunity to fight

`°♡ And of course you happily agree

`°♡ The second idea I can imagine much easier

`°♡ Where you're always scolding them for being so reckless while patching them up

`°♡ And they can't help but cherish each of your little touches

`°♡ Might even get hurt on purpose just for the excuse of being in your presence

`°♡ Though when you tell them how much it worries you they become more careful

`°♡ I think a person like that is really important to Pitaya

`°♡ Especially since we have seen them trying to tough out their wounds instead of properly taking care of themselves (cough cough after the battle with Longan cough cough)

`°♡ When they finnaly stop being so stubborn and confess they make the whole thing a very big deal

Yandere! Pitaya vs Yandere! Ananas (x reader)

Two old dragons, they have seen all.

They fell in love with nice cookie.

they do not want to share with anyone, not even eachother.

They believe fighting to the death is the answer to all.

“Yo, (name)! Theres a dragon fight going in the woods right now! Wanna get a closer!” Said your best cookie friend, (friends name).

“I dont know, that seems really dangerous…” It was twelve at night. Not a single cookie roaming the streets.

“Come on! We wont get that close, just enough we can see our way back and see the fight!” Well, you’ve always wanted see what dragon fight looked like.

“Wait, theres dragons stil alive?” Your finally process what your asked. Dragons havent been seen in along time.

“I know I know, sounds crazy, but we have to go see it before it ends!” (Friends name) grabs your arm and rushes out the house.

You both are in the forest, you cant see the kingdom from here and theres no trail back. “Theres no way we’ll make it back to the kingdom…”

“Its a once i life time chance! You need to get out the house more often..” (Friends name) stops in their tracks, “Over there! I hear them.” They go running, you follow behind.

You made it to the edge of a cliff, you look down and see two dragons. Theres blood on the ground and covering their scales. Those scale patterns remind you of the gifts you received at your door, they was a yellow box with the scale of one dragon and a pink and black with the scale of the other dragon. You decided thats not a good sign, you take one step back.

“Huh? Where are you goin-” your friend instantly closes their mouth and look back at the dragons who are now staring at you both. “Uh oh..”

You both blink and The dragons seems to disappear in thin air. “What, What happened?” You both look around and see no one. You look farther down the cliff and see two small figures. “Is that them?” You say. Your friend waves. “You idiot, what are you doing!” You say pulling (friends name) arm down.

“Whaat, they might be friendly.”

“Do you see the blood covering the ground! Thats not friendly…. come on we need to leave.”

When you got home you went to your room and fell asleep, (friends name) complained how tired they were and went to sleep on the couch. Knocking in the middle of the night woke them up. They opened the door to see the same cookies they say earlier that night.

It was nine am, you woke up and went down to see if (Friend name) was awake since there was a weird smell filling the house.

“(Friends name)? (Friends name)-” you stopped talking when you saw the front door wide open. “So forgetful….” You close the door.

You walk over to the living room to see if (friends name) left that a mess too. You instead see two half cookie half dragons on your couch, they both look like they’re about to rip each other’s throats out.

“Oh, hello treasure. Howd you sleep?” The one with long white hair said.

“Dont, call them treasure, they’re mine.” The one with golden hair says.

You just stare, unresponsive.

“Oh please, like they would ever choose you Ananas.” The one with White laughs.

‘Ananas’ tackles the white haired one to the ground and start choking him. “I should have killed you when i had the chance.”

“How about we not! Atleast not in my house..” you say.

“Our first impression with them and you already made them upset, good job.” The white hair one says, still struggling under Ananas chokehold.

Ananas grabs the white hair one with one hand, gets up, and throws him out the door. “Mine.. You will never be Pitayas….” Ananas grabs you and forces your face into his chest.

“Oh come on..” Pitaya Groans as he get up. “That was a low blow….”

You finally were able to push yourself out of Ananas iron grip. “What is going on?!”

“I have been-”

“We, have been fighting for your love.” Ananas cut Pitaya off.

“Huh? I dont even know either of you..”

“You basically did. With all the gifts and protection we provided you. Last night was to decided-” Pitaya said.

“No, no no no! Im an not gonna be apart of this, you both need to leave. I dont know nor like you.” You begin to slightly shove them.

“After all this hard work, you wanna push us away? This isnt a safe option..” Ananas said.

“Just leave! I would never like either of you!”

They sigh and leave. “Playing hard to get huh? I’ll impress you one way or another…” Pitaya says.

You closed the door and walked back to your room. “This is all just a bad dream….” You put both your hands on your face. “I’ll just go back to sleep and tell (friends name) about it later….”

You woke up to the smell of burning. You look out your window and and see smoke covering it. You rushed out the front door and see fire spreading across the village. You continue to slowly walk out.

“Ya impressed yet?” Pitaya flys up next to you.

“Why would I….” You stop walking, looking down at the ground.

“You made us do it, I told you this wouldnt be the best option but you pushed us to it.” Ananas said flying to your other side.

“Now, Ananas are you ready? For the fight to the death..” Pitaya says flatly.

“Ive never been more ready Pitaya..” Ananas looks at you. “Dont think about running (Name), it’ll only make this situation worse…”

Know I wanna know more about how the dragons would coddle y/n and their new egg

Ways of Cookie and Egg Care (The Dragons)

Their ferocity is more or less the same: their cookie and their egg is important and any length should be taken to make sure they’re properly watched over.

Some dragons may have different ideas on what to do with some of these methods of protection.

Pitaya Dragon Cookie will always want to fight the threat head on, not caring if it was mere cookies or a fellow dragon, Pitaya will never feel content until they’ve dealt with anything that could bring harm to Y/N Cookie and the egg. If you were taking a stroll in the valley, Pitaya will be right next to you, anything even approaching the two of you will have them ready for a fight! Look out, because Pitaya isn’t leaving anyone alone until they’re far enough away to their liking..or the perpetrator is beaten badly.

Ananas Dragon Cookie considered the island precious to them, that goes especially with you and the egg. Any news that involves either or both of you will have their fullest attention, a call that Ananas will always answer. Cruel and merciless to those who dare face the dragon and their precious treasures will have no mercy.

Lotus Dragon Cookie takes a more gentle and nurturing approach to the egg and Y/N Cookie. They’ll make sure you’re both kept in their most luxurious room in the palace, they’ll play a tune on their instruments in order to soothe. They can’t help it if they give you a peck on the forehead, you’re just too lovely holding their egg in your arms. But don’t take their gentleness as compliancy, Lotus can and will kill any threats as swiftly as the others if they so much as LOOK AT YOU the wrong way.

Lychee Dragon Cookie is more laidback in their plans, with having you alongside them in the cave with monsters and brainwashed cookies acting as guards for you and the egg. They’re much more playful, wanting to hold the egg themselves and fly around with it. Their unserious attitude makes you ponder if they care about you as much you did for them, but rest assured, you and the egg matter so much to Lychee. It’s kind of why they’re hesitating on letting you leave the cave, they’re lowkey worried you’ll get hurt.

Longan Dragon Cookie is likely to be just as unstressed about you and your egg, mostly because they know they can destroy just about anything that they perceive as a danger to the both of you. Kept in their palace similarly to Lotus, they’ll make sure you have everything you need so that you don’t need to leave on your own. It’s cute in your eyes trying to teach Longan in how to care for you guys’ egg, seeing them being a parent and coddling their egg was worthy for some pictures, much to Longan’s (hidden embarrassment) annoyance.

Shadow Milk Cookie loves you. He really does. But this piece of information absolutely shatters his whole viewpoint of you.

He's told you his past with the Witches. How they imprisoned him. Put him away from the world. And you're one of them.

He either shuts down or goes into an explosive rage. There's no in-between.

After some time passes, he does sit to talk with you. He's snippy and moody, but he'll talk.

If all goes well and it gets cleared up, Shadow Milk Cookie will still have some lingering resentment. It just hurts him knowing that you hid this from him.

They absolutely brag about it if you let them. Having a lover that's a Witch? Bragging rights all the way.

It also assures them in a strange way. They don't have to worry about you too much. You can handle yourself.

If you thought Pitaya Dragon Cookie's pride was bad, Ananas Dragon Cookie's pride is worse.

They are.. so annoying, when you finally tell them. They won't hesitate to rub it in anyone's face.

Please show them some magic. They'll ask in a round-a-bout way, but please indulge them.

Longan Dragon Cookie had their suspicions, but it did feel nice for you to actually confirm it to them.

They're really indifferent to the reveal, if not just the tiniest bit excited. Your magic could potentially help them in their quest, couldn't it?

You were the twin of Longan Dragon Cookie. Both of you are inseparable ever since hatchlings and always stay together.

Despite being twins, the two of you have different personalities. A very huge one that is.

Longan Dragon is seen as a serious and judgmental while you on the other hand is a total opposite of them.

You are a kind hearted, gullible and compassionate dragon. You care about the cookies and befriends them.

Your friendliness towards cookies was disliked by Longan Dragon and they often warned you about the consequences of befriending with such mortals.

Despite not showing much emotion, Longan Dragon Cookie loves their twin with all their heart but their pride and judgment are always ahead of them.

This causes an argument between the two of you. Since both of you see things differently.

Longan Dragon Cookie wants to turn all cookies into stones and reshape the world.

While you think that their plans are ridiculous and told them that the world is already perfect as it is.

"So, it seems that you are turning too soft, (Y/n) Dragon Cookie. You have forgotten who you are! You are such a disappointment to dragonkind and to me. You have become worthless as those mortals and deserve to become one of them" Longan Dragon said, glaring down at their younger twin.

Longan Dragon foresees the event and it burns their heart. The pain that refuses to leave. The small ivory throne next to them is now empty.

Longan Dragon knew that every word and action they did had consequences. They foresee their actions and yet they don't want to avoid it.

This would be one of the few times Pitaya Dragon Cookie would shown any other emotion besides excitement, anger, or the unquenchable desire for a good fight. Ever since Pitaya Cookie had met their beloved, their original thoughts about weak little pieces of dough called cookies had started to change, though they couldn’t properly understand why their thoughts were being influenced so greatly ever since they had laid their eyes upon you. What Pitaya Dragon Cookie started understanding, however, was the feelings that they felt towards you specifically. They liked these feelings! They found themselves becoming attached to you like they never had to anybody else before, and your presence became even more endearing when you actually began to reciprocate their feelings as well! Life was greater than ever for them with you by their side, providing him with something else to look forward to besides endless sparring with anybody they wanted to.

But you can’t expect to last long in a relationship with the fearsome red dragon themselves…

Maybe the endless sweltering heat present within Pitaya’s lair finally caught up to you, maybe they got too careless in during one of their sparring matches and ‘trainings’, or maybe for some other reason at all that only you knew, Pitaya Dragon Cookie would yet again be reminded of how easily cookies crumble, and in the worst way possible this time.

The thought of you leaving them in such a horrid manner pained them deeply, Pitaya Dragon Cookie couldn’t control themselves as they refused to accept what was happening, the panicked tones of their voice sounding more unnatural than ever for someone like them. As you those painful yet truthful words slowly leave your mouth, their widened eyes meet yours, and the kiss you two share makes everything else feel non-existent for just that moment; Pitaya Dragon wished with al their heart that it wouldn’t end, just for the futile hope of you not leaving them so soon.

They promise right there and then to take your words to heart in a bid to ensure your final moment with them is a special one.

Their beloved deserves no less…

Ever since then, any cookies that visited the Dragon Valley and Pitaya Dragon Cookie’s lair would have meet a a dragon cookie that acted slightly different than the legends had described them. They were more pacified, often willing to calm down when needed, and the odd sentiment of longing for something missing was always present around their every move.

Without their endless belligerence, Pitaya Dragon Cookie’s life took a different turn after their loss of you. But it was a price they’d always be more than willing to pay if it meant honouring your last words!

“Please, Ananas… take care of yourself, stay safe… and please don’t be so self-absorbed anymore. Treat others with the same care you treated me with… I love you”

In this moment, themselves would be the dead last thing Ananas would dare to think about. Their focus stolen by you and you only, their entire being shaky as they kneeled besides you, and their mighty, proud voice reduced to a hushed tone.

Their beloved had been an essential part of Ananas’s pride. Though they were often too focused on keeping up their“holier-than-thou” image, they still always cared about his you as much as all their other treasures, maybe even more so. Their islands were your home right next to their side, and they were content with living out their days with the cookie than truly made them feel like the mighty, high being they knew they were

So why was this happening? Why was their most precious treasure of all being torn away from them like this?

They were more than ready to do anything within what their vigour and riches allowed them to do in order to save your untimely demise. But much to their dismay, they knew that it didn’t matter whether what was affecting you was a disease, fatal wound, or even something like a nasty curse; everything they tried had failed, no matter what their position as a dragon allowed them to do or achieve.

In a sense, it’s as if losing you was them being humbled. He saw himself as one of the most superior cookies cookies in Earthbread, yet in this very moment he was as powerless as the feeble cookies below him.

Anger turns into sombreness as his hands hold you close to his scales in your final moments before you go to the other side…

Ananas’s benevolence over the Pineapple Isle’s inhabitants and visitors would increase by tenfold since that fateful day, except for defilers, of course. Cookies who found themselves in trouble or in need of help near their lands would now be graced with the endless assistance of the prideful yet considerate golden figure that passed in the sky more often than ever before, increasing the joy of all who were amongst their mighty presence, but only a few handful of cookies would only ever know the reason why.

Though whether the dragon’s new behaviours were simply a sign of respect for the last wishes of their deceased dearest, or a sign of the desire to truly become a less self-centred person not just for their dearest but for all those he watched over, or a sign of something else entirely, nobody would ever truly know. Interpretations are something left to an individual, and only Ananas Dragon Cookie would ever know for sure.

Out of the three, Longan Dragon Cookie would probably seem to be the most composed on the outside, focusing on simply staying with you for your final moments and making sure you felt loved ‘til the end.

But on the inside, the Ivory Dragon would also be the one who would feel the most pain out of three over your passing. Why did the one cookie that somehow achieved the impossible and gained the Longan’s affections, out of all the pathetic and petty wastes of crumbs that plagued the lands, have to be the one to fall and crumble helplessly?

After all, Longan Dragon Cookie was nothing short of the highest authority on Earthbread. in their eyes, every single occurrence and event that ever happened only happened because they currently allowed it to, and they can take anything away from existence as quickly as it had been granted. And yet now they were the ones having to suffer having something taken away from them, for you to slip away from their watchful eyes without their agreement.

As you lay there in their hold, your weary eyes barely even able to open anymore, your view is met with the gaze of the Ivory Dragon’s draconic eyes soften in a way you hadn’t ever witnessed before. His lack of words are more telling than anything he could even say in the moment - you know they desperately want nothing more than to find a way to save you of your fate, but the culmination of past failures over this has already proved to them the ugly truth. Instead, the warm feelings of their lips gently making contact with the dough on your forehead are the last thing you feel before all your senses fall into a gentle numbness…

Ever since that mournful day, Longan Dragon Cookie found themselves at a loss of of a plan for the future. Dragons are quite the sight to behold, they are magnificent creatures that cookies don’t see often. But there is one dragon that’s been seen by a lot of cookie! but the question is… what does a dragon do when they aren’t aware of their dragon blood?

Pitaya Dragon

Walking through dragon city, Pitaya Dragon noticed an odd looking cookie. No… not a cookie… a dragon! Why was a dragon wondering around with no disguise!

So Pitaya decided to ask why. Now of course they didn’t ask in front of a lot of cookies, they asked in a more private area

But hearing this dragon confidently say that they were not a dragon, just as cookie who didn’t look like the average cookie and that they were glad to find someone else like them

To say that Pitaya was shocked was an understatement. They were in disbelief.

Ask why they thought this kinda made some sense. They grew up around cookies, basically living the same life any other cookie would and they weren’t even around cookies who knew what dragons even were!

Pitaya took a good while to try and talk to this dragon about their dragon heritage and they made a little progress when they ask who your parents were and all you responded with was that you came from an egg. You know… LIKE A DRAGON WOULD-

But you are going to need a lot of convincing for you to believe that you are a dragon.

Ananas Dragon

Sitting on their throne, Ananas Dragon heard a cookie walk in. It was Mango Cookie, but the young cookie seemed confused..? Not like himself

The Golden Dragon inquired what was wrong only to be informed that there was another dragon resting on the island but when hearing the description on the dragon’s appearance… it didn’t sound like any of the other dragons Ananas knew…

It was understandable why Ananas wanted to meet this dragon. I mean, you’d be concerned if a powerful being similar to you just appeared out of the blue

When the two of you met, you immediately got excited since you finally met a cookie just like you

Ananas was confused and straight up asked if you thought you were a cookie. And when you responded with yes, Ananas was just deadpan.

Ananas asked if you were joking. And when you said you were serious, they sighed. And said that you were a dragon, just like themself

They were not going to spend energy on trying to convince you that you were in fact a dragon.

Ananas just told you that this was THEIR island and that any damage caused would have severe repercussions

Lotus Dragon

Lotus Dragon was resting, playing their mandolin peacefully when Hydrangea Cookie approached. Informing the dragon that another dragon was prancing around the ongoing wish festival

Now Lotus was aware that the other dragons would never go to one of their wish festivals so this was a surprise

Instead of seeking you out, Lotus Dragon asked for Hydrangea to bring you to them so the two of you could have a chat

When you entered you were super happy to see a cookie like you! Lotus was a little surprised since it was very clear that you were a dragon

But unlike the other dragons so far, Lotus won’t try to convince you that you are a dragon but to let you discover it yourself.

Lotus did clarify that they were a dragon and not a cookie, while you were disappointed that you didn’t find a “cookie” like you, but you were curious about why the two of you looked so similar

So Lotus decided to let you stay in the Lotus Palace so you could learn more about your dragon heritage and come to terms with it since you genuinely believed you were a cookie

Lychee loves to be pampered by the Rambutan tribe by being in the form of Mangosteen Cookie. But seeing another dragon getting admired pissed then off

Lychee did catch on quickly to your confusion when the Cookies of the Rambutan Tribe asked you about your dragon like look

But the moment Lychee had heard that you thought that you were just an odd looking cookie due to growing up around cookies your whole life

So it’s now become Lychee’s goal to make sure you never find out that you’re a dragon.

Longan Dragon had one simple plan. To make dragons be the only ones wondering earthbread. But there was one thing that was messing with the plan. A dragon they never met.

He doesn’t accept your words. Why are you so calm about this? Why are you accepting death so easily?? He doesn’t know what else to do; he has so much going through his head. One thing for sure is that you're dying and he is trying to figure out how to prevent that. He’s holding on to you trying to make sure your eyes stay open and here you are saying a bunch of nonsense. He slowed down a bit when you told him you loved him, he stared at you and saw your eyes slowly close. He starts shaking you begging for you to keep your eyes open and to please stay alive. It was too late for him, you were already gone.

Ananas Dragon

Why was this happening? Why couldn’t he save you? “No no no please don’t do this to me!” He runs his hand through your hair and then that’s when he hears your weak voice telling him that he should move on when you’re gone that you loved him dearly. “no please don’t say that you’re gonna be ok please don’t!” you only smiled at him and placed your hand on his cheek. He could feel the tears streaming down his face as he looked at your face.You looked so peaceful but this wasn’t right. You finally go limp and sobs onto your now lifeless body.

Longan Dragon

He knew you would go eventually; he just didn’t think it would be so soon. This is too soon even for him. He’d hope you stay just as long as he did but he knew better than that. He just can’t face that it’s happening at this very moment. He is not that capable of showing emotions but you can tell he’s shaking as he clings to your body. He could have prevented this from happening. Why couldn’t he be there for you? You tried to soothe him and he listened to your final words until your last breath. He laid you down gently and he felt something inside him snap as he grips your body tighter.

They're so, so clingy. They have to be near you or touching you. Don't refuse them this.

Do not mention this to then once the season is over. They will avoid the topic at all costs.

If you thought Ananas Dragon Cookie was bad before, they're worse now. They're constantly proclaiming how you're the best mate they could ever have, and no one else ever deserves you.

At times like this, you always wondered how come you had such bad luck, how come you ended in moments like these, in situations like these. You’d look at the cookie in front of you for long moments. How did all of this start, actually? You closed your teary eyes for a few moments as you drew yourself back to the beginning of this mess.

It had been a long time when you two met, after all, you two were from completely vast worlds. You were a witch, a being of creation, but also one of destruction, and they were a dragon, also a being of creation, and also a being of destruction. Perhaps it was this duality what drew you both close? Perhaps it was this affection what drew you both together? You hummed to yourself as you thought, things were hazy, and yet, you tried to focus on the past for a few moments.

“State your business in this island, cookie”

“I-Im just a wanderer, I’ve stumbled upon your island and wish to stay for a few weeks, before I resume my trip to other lands…”

Right, the first time you both met was in the pineapple islands, back when you had just first turned into a cookie with the magic you held. You’d bow as deeply as you could as told by the villagers of the island, you even brought an offering as they said it might help you gain the dragon’s favor. It felt funny, depending on those who your hand created, you found delight in seeing how they grew to be, but you knew such luck wouldnt follow you forever. As so, you looked at the floor of the palace, awaiting for an answer. 

“Fine, you shall stay, but no more than a month” Would be the resolution, as you kneeled in front of the cookie, your gaze filled with a mixture of delight and joy.

From that day, you spent most of the time helping around the isles, helping cookies like Mango Cookie and learning about their lifestyle. It was… nice, a nice feeling to spend time amongst your creations, amongst the very things you made alongside the other witches, however, when asked where you came from by the other cookies, you’d stammer and attempt to find a way to either push the convo away or find a suitable excuse to answer. As much as you wanted to reveal your identity, you didnt want to scare the cookies away, after all, that was the main reason you became a cookie. However, there were times you missed your old human form, the form that you once belonged to and knew that you once would return to. But for now, you focused on your daily life as a cookie, writing about your findings and helping out on the island. 

Unbeknown to you, Ananas would be watching over you, as part of their task as the protector of the islands, they kept a special close eye on you, and yet, it couldnt fully put its head in the fact that there was something that drew them to you. Rarely coming out of their hiding, they’d call out for you in the middle of your stay in the isles, right when you were helping Mango Cookie with something. 

“You called for me, golden dragon?” You greeted them, then, bowing for them as they’d only gaze at you closely.

“Yes, I’ve been looking at you all these days, you’ve been of great help for the islands, I must admit” Would be their words at first, their gaze burning holes on your head as you kept your bow. “As so, I’ve decided to… request something of you”

‘Request?´You thought to yourself, ‘I thought Ananas Dragon Cookie was arrogant, what could they request from me?’

“What may I help you with, golden dragon?” You’d simply ask amidst your confusion, which was noted by the dragon, who, with a chuckle, would settle your sentence.

“You shall become my servant, and aid not only the island, but my personal affairs as well.”

Now, when you became a cookie, the last thing you expected was to call the attention of a dragon in that way, to call the attention of a being superior from you in such a way that they needed your aid in personal affairs. What personal affairs could a dragon even have? Despite your initial attempt at a protest, the dragon would simply tell you to be proud of this achievement, for they’d rarely hold onto any cookie for help. As so, you’d become their helper, the one to aid them in the issues they could have, always standing by their side and at times, even making chit chat as you both spoke whenever time allowed it.

Thats how you grew to learn more about the golden dragon, and in return, thats how it learnt what seemed to make you so special, so different form other cookies. You were kind, gentle, a complete opposite from them, and thats what drew them to you, that kindness, that sweetness, like sweet ambrosia in their lips, they’d drank it all the more you both spent time together, the more you both talked. Thats how they began to court you, slowly, but surely, and in return, you extended your stay, and a month became a year, and a year became many more. In said years you would take trips back to your home, where you’d return to your witch form and take a moment to rest, jolt down what you had found, before returning to the cookie world as one of them.

The rest of the time, however? You would be courted by the dragon of the islands, gifted lavish treasures, the finest of attires and the most delicious of foods. It was a slow burn, a flame that never seemed to fully consume, mostly because each time they got too close, you skillfully drew them away, denying their advances.

“Why do you not accept me?” They’d ask you one day, when you had refused their advances once more, causing them to grow tired and tired with each passing day. “What keeps you from doing so?”

“... Im afraid I cannot tell you” Would be your answer always, but the dragon wasnt satisfied, they could never be satisfied with such an answer.

Ananas was an obsessive lover, like many dragons were, possessive but not to extremes, simply wanting to protect the treasures that it had, and you were the most special of them all. So, it wouldnt back down, not while they had the ability to court you, and now while they knew that you felt the same. It was clear in your actions, your affection, how you accepted their lingering touch and their own affection. It threw them for a loop to see you be so adamant at turning them down. 

But deep down you knew there was so much you could do before they’d grow tired, you knew there was so much you could do before they knew the truth, for your heart ached in love for the dragon. They said opposites attract, and that couldnt be more true for the both of you. One day, you’d leave the islands yet again, hopping into a boat to disappear into the horizon like you always did, the catch? was that this time Ananas followed you as you left. They didnt want to distrust you, they truly didnt, but they knew that there was something in that trip that made you afraid of accepting their love, and so, they’d go with you in secret.

Perhaps, perhaps thats how we arrived at the current moment, where you gazed upon the cookie looking angrily at you as you stood in your witch form.

“Understand that I didnt have a choice” You pleaded, tears in your eyes as you took your hat off from your head, in a sign of respect, and defeat. “But there’s no hiding it now, is there…?”

“Just spit it out, you witch” They’d say, looking at you with venom in their eyes. “Your mere existence has put many cookies in the line, so say it”

“... Im a witch, Ananas Dragon Cookie” You’d finally sentence, but they wouldnt be taken aback, they’d simply huff as they prepared to leave. “Wait—Dont go! Please… Let me explain myself!”

“I dont have time for pitiful explanations” Would be their words before they took flight, disappearing into the same horizon you had disappeared many days ago.

And for many months, that would be the last you’d see of them, the last you’d see of Ananas as you wept in your study near your oven, near the door to the entrance of the cookie world. You considered closing said door, and leaving that life behind for good, for it brought you much pain, but one day, something changed.

You were weeping while revisiting your notes on the cookies, sat on the windowsill of your study, when something came flying towards you catching you off guard enough to trip and accidentally become a cookie yet again through a potion falling on you, a form you hadnt taken in months. Looking up, however, you’d be encountered with a sight you didnt expect to see after the fight that had broken that day.

“Ananas Dragon Cookie!” You’d explain, and the dragon in question would just groan slightly, rolling their eyes before helping you up. “W-Why are you here?”

“Witch— No, (y/n) cookie” They’d start “I’ve… come to hear you out”

“Huh?”

“Despite the secrets you kept from me, I’ve found myself unable to fully forget you, to fully draw you out of my heart, and so… and so…” They’d trail off, not without another groan, finally speaking after a while “Sigh… I’ve come to look for you”

“... You’re brave for stepping into the lair of a witch” You prefaced, then, to which Ananas would only huff as you’d chuckle “But, if you’ve come to hear me out, then I must oblige… I am a witch, but im not one of the witches that desire to eat cookies… I became a cookie myself simply for the desire to learn more about your cultures, your way of living, and… and in the way I… I fell in love…”

You took a deep breath, looking at them as they stared at you expectantly, awaiting for an answer, but instead of it you decided to continue speaking, in fear your feelings wouldnt be accepted, wouldnt be returned.

“I didnt tell you because I didnt want to tell you nor accept your advances because I knew the day would come where you’d realize Im not a cookie and, I feared that you’d leave me” You spoke, as he drew closer. “So I didnt—Ananas?”

“I’ve loved you for so many days” They’d start “And even when I thought I couldnt love you, i realized I still did, (y/n) cookie, will you accept my love now?”

Safe to say, this tale had a happy ending after all.

The most persistent in fighting you. Genuinely does not care how many times they get defeated.

Lotus ~

Likely the dragon to try and convince you to join their side once you prove how powerful you are. After all, powerful allies are hard to come by in the dragon world.

They shy away from fighting you themself. They are a very patient dragon, and will be able to deal with you better than any of the other dragons possibly could.

Otherwise, they do their best to remain on your good, or neutral side. They don’t mind you too much, so long as you do not get in the way of their goals.

Ananas ~

The most but-hurt of all the dragons. Very pissy about their defeat.

They will stomp off to their mountain and sit there for an entire day simply pouting. They hate you. Their pride was tested and pushed and they are a very angy guy.

Every time you’re around them they tilt their head away from you and give you the silent treatment, no matter where you are or what you’re doing. They refuse to even look at you, nontheless talk to you.

Lychee ~

Lychee is not fighting you.

Simple as put, they know that fighting you is not the way of beating you. They’ve seen what happened to the other dragons, and this little trickster is not an idiot.

They are likely to try and manipualte you into fighting for them. Otherwise, they do their best to completely avoid you. Tbh, you two would probably get along whenever you do see each other.

Longan ~

PISSED.

They hate you. With their entire being. You’re too annoying to be that powerful- it’s stupid. They’re probably the only dragon that can somewhat keep up with you, and yet you still give them a run for their money and beat them.

If they could kill you, they would. No hesitation.
