u can see why ur vassals hate u by hovering over the lil number on their portraits

u can get some quick opinion bonuses by throwing a party or whatever its called it should be in the decisions menu on the right somewhere iirc, itll cost u gold tho

u can also straight up send them gifts of gold but imo thats a last resort as gold is of better use literally anywhere else

theres also a sway scheme but that takes a long time and doesnt always work

usually they get mad if they hold considerable land but arent on ur council, i fix this by kissing up to the most powerful ones until they like me and then taking land away from the ones that hate me, they will almost certainly refuse and cause a civil war but if the more powerful hoes r on ur side u should win

generally i try to avoid having a lot of vassals just bc managing them is like herding cats, get urself a high stewardship skill to increase ur domain limit and cut out the middlemen (u can even go over ur domain limit a lil bit w minor penalties)
