How would you rank the gens?
Ope I feel like I'm gonna upset some people LOL so disclaimer remember these are just my takes.
But this is how I personally see them (counting remakes as being part of the gen they remaking):
Gen 9 - Paldea Region
Tumblr media
I've been thinking about this since the games came out, so I'd like to say recency bias isn't as much of a factor here. Bugs aside, I genuinely, genuinely love the storytelling, characterizations, and open world approach. FRIENDS THAT FEEL LIKE ACTUAL FRIENDS?? HAVING THE LEGENDARY WITH YOU THE WHOLE TIME, AND IT TOO HAS A PERSONALITY & BACKSTORY??? THREE SEPERATE STORYLINES THAT CONNECT TO A CANONICALLY DEAD PROFESSOR AND AN "EVIL AI" FINAL BOSS??? Like omg. I was amazed. I honestly usually dislike the "gimmicks" each generation brings, but terastilization caught my interest and I have a strong feeling nothing will personally top it as a gimmick for me. The DLCs really sent it all home for me for the #1 spot, like oh my god LOL. Past DLCs always just felt like something extra, but I literally cannot see this game as being complete without Kieran, Carmine & the rest of Kitakami/Blueberry peeps & their storylines. My interest in the games only grew because of all of it - and that's a massive compliment given the fact of how hard it is to accomplish such a level of monumental significance with only a few hours of gameplay. I've yet to replay the game with earlier access to The Teal Mask, but I feel like this would make it even more immersive. Just pure chef kisses here.
Gen 2 - Johto Region
Tumblr media
A very close second. Heartgold/Soulsilver is the most elite remake in existence and idc if it's old school, I'll die on this hill. Johto is just so full of life - the continuation story is amazing, the immersion into culture and legendary stuff??? Mwah. Silver is an excellent rival, RED being a thing (the ultimate level of iconicism), and the double region will always hit. The soundtracks HIT and my god hearing them remastered iS INCREDIBLE. I even get obsessed with the pokeathlon dome and I'm usually not someone who gets into that kind of stuff. But THEY MADE IT FUN. And I love all the cute activities you can do with your team that can follow you around. So glad they brought this feature back. :')
Gen 5 - Unova Region
Tumblr media
Oooooh I loved the reset of Gen 5. It's based on where I'm from and there were so many refreshing aspects of Black & White. From the new pokemon, to the NYC culture, to N & the whole beautiful storytelling there, and a sequel that somehow made everything even MORE polished. I literally remember referring to this region as the "Isshu Region" before the English names dropped becuase of the hype LOL. 10/10, cannot wait for these remakes. Gamefreak don't mess this up.
Gen 4 - Sinnoh Region
Tumblr media
Oh, Gen 4. You hit good. The lowkey dreary vibes of Sinnoh is very nostalgic to me, and Piplup is one of my best buddies. Cynthia being the very first female Champion, and being as fearsome as she is, was such a big deal to me. Definetely Barbie'd her a bit in my mind because I look a like her and loved how much of an academic she was (but I def do not have her length in hair, lmao). Soundtracks are fire, of course. The way legendaries were integrated in the story without going too Dragonball Z was IMMACULATE, and the lake trio will always be my fave lil buddies. The only con I'd give this gen is that I disliked the HM reliance & D/P are practically unplayable to me since Platinum exists. I had low bars for the remake once I heard it wasn't Platinum, and ugh, they really dropped the ball. HOWEVER: while it isn't main line, I fucking love Legends: Arceus and would rather have that over an excellent remake, tbh.
Gen 1 - Kanto Region
Tumblr media
This is another nostalgia one for me because of the fact that I quite literally was introduced to pokemon since before I can recall most memories (this is what happens when you have an older sibling with a gameboy, lol). It's probably tied with Gen 4, tbh. Firered wasn't my first game, but it hit really good because I "played" so much of R/B/Y. I know Gen 1 has its faults, and it's often seen as being pretty bare bones in comparison to other generations. And while I completely agree, god damn, what a good foundation for a franchise. Every town had a personality to it and is very memorable to me. The soundtracks are FIRE. Smaller pokedex, but damn does team building hit (and the starters are elite). Blue was also consistently my favorite rival until Kieran, lol. #oldrivalshipping/conflictingshipping was the original OTP xD
Gen 7 - Alola Region
Tumblr media
So there's a lot of things I liked about Gen 7. It took a really big risk by breaking the formula, and it really immersed me into the Hawaiian culture & seeing your pokemon more as friends. I loved looking at pokemon in a different way and some of the pokemon introduced in this region are among my favorites (e.g. Ribombee, Bewear, Shiinotic, Mimikyu, Rockaruff, to name a few; starters also HIT). NEBBY AND LILLIE ARE ELITE. The professor is so lit, and Team Skull is the funniest team organization alive. AND YES, GET RID OF THE HMS. I honestly think a remake would make this gen jump up a bit more for me - the 3DS could barely handle this game, and it was showing. The facial expressions also need some work LOL, and I honestly dread the tutorial of the game. I like the ultrabeasts conceptually, but the execution of their involvement in the game is very DragonBall Z-ified. Ultra Necrozma lowkey would've been an amazing time for a "light" type even if it didn't make much sense, but hey, it was an awesome nuzlocke-killing moment anyway. xD
Gen 8 - Galar Region
Tumblr media
I actually have a lot of play time for this gen. I was very obsessed with it when it came out, and could probably get glued to it all the same nowadays. But in hindsight, I realize a lot of my attachment to it was because of the semi-open worldness & ability to create a lot of different kinds of teams with a lot of new and old pokemon I like (I also liked having access to things earlier, like Ice Types before the end of the game lmfao). I still have a few things I really enjoy outside of it, though, like Hop's storyline & the setup of the gyms being in this stadium, sports-esque setting. But the plot? Eh. I have a lot of constructive criticism on how some shortcuts were made, and especially with the whole darkest day stuff lol. The only thing I liked about that fight was the dogs coming in and being cool; I wasn't impressed by or interest in Eternatus at all. The Leon fight afterward was fun, though! But oof, those weird men with the sword and shield hair afterwards were also just...no. :D DLCs also didn't quite hit that hard - it was more about having more pokemon than anything for me. So overall, it's fun to play, but I'd definitely change up the plot to make it better.
Gen 3 - Hoenn Region
Tumblr media
This is where I think some people might wanna fight me, and to that I say you're probably valid. I don't know what it is with the Hoenn region because I actually don't have too many critiques about it (e.g., let's have less water routes); I just have never been able to get into it quite the same as I can others. I should honestly give it another shot, but I think I'd wanna do Emerald over Omega Ruby/Sapphire given the route they took everything with the remake lol. That's about all I have to say on this one since I never really connected with it as much!
Gen 6 - Kalos Region
Tumblr media
This one feels like an especially hot take to have atm given where the pokemon community is in general LOL. Critical opinions ahead......Listen...no offense, but Gen 6 just ain't it for me at all. xD It's probably the one gen I actively dislike. The games felt way too easy with too much hand-holding/handouts, Team Flare & Diantha were a joke (and I'm not even a competitive player), and the whole group of friends felt more like an annoyance to me more than anything. They just weren't flushed out right. Neither was the plot. Like what was that plot. Outside of that, a lot of things just felt like "Look! Pokemon is in 3D now!!" over and over again because of how rushed the game was. So other than introducing fairy types & having pretty protagonists with some new clothing options, this gen is pretty forgettable to me. And that's a shame, because I like pokemon! I was one of those people who were curious on if we were gonna connect to Kalos for Gen 9, but I'd geniunely pick the DLCs we got any day of the week. I don't think Legends ZA will change much of my opinion on the mainline game, but given how much I loved Legends Arceus, I'm hoping it can be used to retcon & generate more interest/connection to the Kalos region in general.
Again, these are all just my personal opinions. I hope you all can enjoy pokemon in any way that feels good for you :) <3

I can send asks! I've honestly been avoiding tumblr lately but boop day has made me remember why my younger self used to love tumblr.
But anyways what are your current fandom interests?
I think all of us are craving more interaction with each other when it comes to social media. It's so easy to get caught up in endlessly scrolling without interacting, but I try to make a conscious effort to break out of that and comment more. :'3 Makes me feel better even if I never get a reply, you know?
Scum Villain is my main fandom right now! The characters are just soooo much fun, I'm kind of insane about them. Cannot emphasize enough how much I love these weird little guys. I ADORE the fandom itself, as well. It's the most welcoming and enjoyable fandom I've been a part of in a long time tbh!!! <3 I like mxtx's other works too, but the fandom was a big part of svsss becoming the one I focused on the most.
Soulsborne is also something I'm absolutely in LOVE with--specifically Bloodborne and Elden Ring since those are the ones I've played but I wanna get into Dark Souls so bad when I have the chance. I'm obsessed with the monster designs and the lore, and Bloodborne instantly became my top fave game of all time the moment I finished it a few years ago. It's a truly incredible masterpiece.
Dungeon Meshi is the most recent thing I've gotten into. I finally had the chance to read the manga and finished it literally like two days ago! Still getting caught up on the anime. Really, really good read and I'm so glad it was just as weird as I was hoping it would be hahaha
Pokemon is still near and dear to my heart as well, but I've been taking a bit of a break from it since I'm a little burned out and wasn't really interested in playing ScarVi. Legends Arceus was easily my favorite pkmn game since Gen 5, though!

Pokemon ideas
Okay, so recently I've been playing Pokemon Black 2 again, and had an idea for an older trainer/ranger. Now, imagine a young boy living near a nursery, where one of the pokemon there was a Leavanny who has eggs of her own from time to time because hey, just part of pokemon. He wants to go on an adventure when he grows up, so his parents decided to let him have a pokemon. He's so excited until they bring him a Sewaddle. He knows Grass/bug types are really weak, so he's pouty for a while, until he sees how scrappy the Sewaddle is. The Sewaddle, while loving his mother's creations of clothes and such, is not the best at it himself, but loves to battle and wants to get stronger.
While at home, Sewaddle's clothes stay in shape because he has his mom around to help. But, once it's time to go, it starts to get ripped here and there. He at least keeps it in tact enough to wear and not look strange, but the patchwork jobs he does is patchy, and is noticeable over time.
Finally, he is now a Leavanny himself, but he still has no sense of mending his own clothes. One time while they were at home visiting, he was sitting and watching his mother when she collapses. She's older now, frail, but she helps him accept nature and death. Since then, his clothes are his most prized possession, even though they are tattered and patchy, holding onto his mother's love while walking beside his trainer. Though sometimes he'll be taking a nap while his trainer is getting berries or something, and passing by trainers think he's hurt just because it's rare to see Leavanny's clothes having small holes and large chunky patch jobs.
Tumblr media
And now a bit of "what if" for the protags of Legends. Spoilers to come under the cut. And for the sake of making things flow better, I'm going to refer to Dawn as the protagonist, but if you wanted to do something with them, you can swap in Lucas if you want.
Now, what if at the end of Legends Arceus, the protag actually does get to go back to their time. Sure, a bit hard at first, but they missed their home: Twinleaf Town.
Even though they are older, I believe the game says 16 or so, they can no longer just sit at home in their tiny town anymore. So they set off the Diamond and Pearl plot basically. Now before, they don't really react to Professor Rowan just because they knew about him through the tv programs, so they knew he was the descendant of Kamado. Dawn is a little caught off guard at Lucas' appearance, just because Rei didn't really seem that interested in a relationship with anyone, and just focused on his work as a scout. But whatever happened, doesn't really concern her anymore, she's just happy it seems her friend found someone.
The first time she's really thrown for a loop is meeting Team Galactic. And not in a good way. She's a bit more fired up due to them using Galaxy Team's emblem to cause trouble.
Then, she starts to meet the commanders. Mars and Saturn she knows, but not really Jupiter, but that doesn't stop her from trying to have Team Galatic change their ways with mixed effects.
The biggest obstacle she faces though is when she sees Cynthia for the first time. Volo had betrayed her in a way she could never forgive, not to mention the terrifying pokemon that was Giratina had flashed in her mind first seeing Cynthia. I would say there's a good chance she had no idea about Cynthia before this due to Cynthia not being on TV as much as the professor, plus she apparently wasn't interested in becoming a trainer until after her trip to the past so she wouldn't look into the champions of the regions.
Whenever Cynthia does come up, Dawn is so carefully guarded against her considering Volo was nice in the beginning too but turned out, from her perspective, to have a hand in almost destroying the world just because he wanted to meet Arceus and had grown power hungry.
During the fight with Dialga/Palkia, she's calm, collected, because she knows the true kind of power they could have in them but they don't have access to it. But then, when she gets to the Champion's room, seeing Cynthia there she gets chills. It's made all the more worse when Cynthia sends out Spiritomb first and it all rushes back at Dawn ten fold.
The sickening power running through the air. The look of excitement in her eye. The cry of the ghost/dark pokemon in front of her. She gets overwhelmed, passing out from the rush itself, the fear of seeing those red eyes once again in front of her. She later wakes up in the infirmary of the Pokemon League. Barry is right by her side, and he's freaking out, wondering what the hell happened in the champion's room. She apologizes and explains everything that happened when she had disappeared. She never told him as it just sounded insane to herself, and she was the one that lived through it. But she lays it all out to him there. Turns out Rowan and Lucas were just behind the door, listening as well, and Rowan comes out to offer Dawn some time on Cynthia's behalf, not having to face the E4 again before challenging Cynthia herself again, to recover from such an experience with therapy. Maybe going to another region to clear her head. Maybe she'd meet a train master who lost his brother while doing so.

btw i still think theyre going to do unova remakes this year. for a second there i wavered a bit since i realized they could do something with johto first (hgss is older than gen v after all) but i think after indigo disk bringing unova back into the spotlight, it makes more sense to keep that going right into the next game (and there's no pattern yet for second-round remakes, since we've only gotten lgpe. could be total coincidence they did kanto again before sinnoh)
as for whether the remake will even be any good? idk lol. maybe they'll get ilca to do the bare minimum again. or maybe they'll decide not to after how much of a mess bdsp was (i feel like theyd rather not have to come up with special rules for pokemon home transfers again)
and to me legends arceus was one half of the sinnoh remake (the part where they add a lot of new stuff and bring newer pokemon to the region, which bdsp lacked) so they could do another legends game. they could continue the trend of focusing on a mythical and maybe do genesect or victini, or maybe base it on that merged dragon legendary we never really saw? idk
really hope though that they just... do a normal remake again. recreate the world and story of the original game, yes, but add to it. let us have pokemon that didn't exist when the originals came out, add new pokemon forms, etc. i really miss the old remakes being in the same style as the brand new games of the generation and able to communicate with each other, instead of this thing theyve been doing since lgpe where everything is in a weird bubble by itself
at the same time though i liked legends arceus and it'd be nice to see something like that again. my theory has been that it came about because game freak maybe got a little too ambitious working on a more traditional sinnoh remake (trying to work something like the wild area into sinnoh, maybe settling on making five of the areas more open, and ultimately deciding it was too different--or had some ideas to make it even more different--and spinning it off into something new while hiring ilca to cover the expectation for a "normal" remake since they'd be abandoning that)
and now, after having already done the split-model remake with bdsp and legends arceus, would they do the same thing again? i think with scarlet and violet's open world, having it be similarish to those games probably won't happen (also they absolutely wouldn't have terastalization and tera raids--if blueberry academy is in unova and has a special tera orb to enable all of that, that means it isn't in the rest of the region). but they could still have it be more linear while being stylistically similar to sv, as opposed to what bdsp did
ANYWAY how about this actually: have the type of remake we got with frlg/hgss/oras (where there's plenty of new stuff and you can get pokemon that didn't exist in the originals) and then throw in some kind of Dream World inspired side story area with legends arceus mechanics. that would be really cool
.......also there's the whole question of like. what the fuck are they gonna do about bw2. those games went above and beyond the usual third version deal. different story, different starting area and map progression, different protagonists. they can't simply tack on some alternate clothing options and throw in the kyurem/kami/etc forms and call it good. that would be unacceptable
would they put both games in one? would they sell the second as dlc? would the paired games, instead of black remake and white remake, be bw remake and bw2 remake? (would that even work?) or would they really just ignore bw2 as much as possible? honestly with the way game freak's been these days i feel like that might be most likely unfortunately
for the past few years ive been wanting to replay gen v, but with these remakes coming... well, in the past i've replayed rs before oras and played yellow before lgpe, and that was fine, but when i replayed platinum before bdsp came out it just felt like i was playing the same game again except worse. like i think i'd rather have played bdsp and then platinum. so i'll wait until after the remakes before doing that i think (or at least until we have an idea of what we're getting) (not that i think i'll have time to get around to playing those before then anyway)

I finished legends arceus last night. It took me about 43 hours to beat the main story and then I put another 30 in with the additional storyline after the end and completing the dex.
Of the three pokemon titles I've played it was my favorite by a good bit. They made a world that was a lot of fun to explore and moved the game away from the classic pokemon formula without losing the core elements. Definitely would highly recommend.
Added some thoughts (and a few screenshots) below the read more for anyone interested. No big spoilers.
Things I really liked in no specific order:
Open world aspects. The story was linear but there was no rush and tons to do and I liked being able to roam.
Mounts, especially the transitioning between mounts. Being able to ride my deer into a river and have it automatically turn into a fish and then back to a deer on the other bank was great.
Ability to take your pokemon out to play and have them yell at each other. Cannot stress enough how much I loved that. For me the best part of pokemon has always been parts that let you enjoy your little critter friends being cute.
Tumblr media
Related to that, the fact your pokemon could just fall asleep.
Tumblr media
Passive wild pokemon being curious and coming over to investigate you (a munchlax fell asleep leaning against my sleeping typhlosion 😭).
Tumblr media
Weather and time of day shifts out in the world.
The agile/strong modes for moves which added a new facet to combat.
Getting new moves for your pokemon was super easy compared to the other games. Expensive, but you didn't have to waste a lot of time trying to figure out which pokemon could learn which move.
Changing your moves on the fly whenever you want with no penalty! Excellent. Encouraged me to try new things.
The clothes options were great. Suits and plaid regardless of gender. Yes please.
Tumblr media
No constant stream of trainers leaping out of bushes to challenge you. I could have stood more trainer fights than they had but it was a relief to be able to walk around without crazed trainers challenging you every 5 steps.
The fact pokemon collecting was centered around research rather than combat. I think there's room to push that aspect further in future titles. I'd love to see additional research gameplay mechanics.
Alphas were a cool challenge and I loved seeing super oversized pokemon with murder in their hearts.
Tumblr media
Some of the side quests where people were curious about specific pokemon and would give commentary on them when you brought them one. They were always entertaining. Please do not harass my shinx!!! He's just a baby!!!!!
Having played bdsp right before this it was cool to see how they tied together.
The soundtrack was excellent.
Tumblr media
My best boy, my sleepy son, my main flamer, Badger Lad

____
Things I didn't like:
The new boss fights. The dodge and throw mechanic was kinda clunky for boss fights that involved a lot of timing (especially the later ones). And they also just weren't that interesting. I sort of missed the gym leader battles. I liked that they were trying something new, but I felt like they hadn't quite hit the right thing yet. I actually wonder if I would have been less annoyed by them if I'd been using a third party controller. The flimsy joycon analog sticks may have made controlling the camera harder than it had to be.
Every pokemon game has that one pokemon who appears way too much and you loathe by the end of the game. In bdsp it was geodude. In arceus it was this asshole
Tumblr media
Having to go back to the village first to travel to another zone. Just annoying.
Space time distortions. Mixed feeling actually. They felt like one of those things where there's a good idea in there but it hasn't been implemented quite correctly. The biggest problem with them is they're on timers that start when you enter a zone and there's also a random element involved as well I believe. Leaving the area resets the timer. So if you don't spend a lot of time in a single zone frequently you'll barely ever have distortions form. I saw several people complaining they'd only gotten 1-2 the whole game. This became extremely annoying when I was finishing the dex because there's a handful of pokemon you can only get in distortions and going to a zone to sit on my ass for 20-30 minutes waiting for one was just stupid. I think they would have been better if they'd spawned more often but rare pokemon and upgrade items were less likely.
The bag upgrade thing was just...silly. Bagin is a con artist.
Sneasler's tendency to climb trees instead of whatever I was actually trying to do 😩
Needed gayer hair styles.
I completely despised the controls for cooking in swsh and bdsp because you had to violently rotate the analog stick, so I was glad there was nothing like that here, but I did kind of want to cook fun meals for my pokemon :(
The fact I caught the literal gods of this universe and got almost no reward/research points for them. Seriously professor? You're not even a little impressed? Arceus is barely worth a bidoof in those terms.
There are these four unique pokemon you have to catch to complete the dex (it's a quest you get after you beat the main story) and god were they annoying. The thing was that not only were they a pain but I flat out couldn't tell whether things I was doing were effective. I'd try the same thing twice and get different results for no apparent reason. I was annoyed and wanted it to be over.
You can't have one of your pokemon follow you out in the world 😢. Honestly my biggest complaint. Loved that so much in bdsp. (I also want to put hats on them. nintendo please!!!!).
The hair. If you know, you know.

(Gary anon) (Gonna get this out the way first; using Google Translate for this so I might be a bit off: Pokemon is apparently doing an art exhibition with some artist? So, anipoke is doing a collaborative short for it coming out in February. For a brief, brief moment in beginning, we can see Gary, Ritchie and Casey along with Misty, Togepi and Brock in the audience. Watching Ash battle said artist. Everyone's in their OS-style designs here, like if OS was reanimated.)
.
(Part 2) (You can find the preview on the JPN Pokemon Twitter [or their Youtube], not on anipoke [currently]) I remember a few speculated if Gary going to showcase the fossils or own at least one of them. Dracozolt is the only one I can see, if that happened. (Arctovish suffers from "can't walk on land, thus doomed to obscurity like Misty's Goldeen") But yeah, let him help Ash once please. (Seems a lot of people did. Didn't help when they popped up out of thin air randomly)
(Part 3) (It's fun to explore in a big world. I guess some are wanting more diversity in landscapes; or at least not starting in a grassland) This one's looking to be a 2-parter, the 2nd being the 100th episode for Journeys. Maybe Giga-Gengar vs. Giga-Grimmsnarl? (I actually wouldn't mind another solo adventure from her. I kinda expect one if Serena does come back) As for today's episode, the retirement part seems very legit{waiting for subs for 100% confirmation}. Not only that, but
(Part 4) Cassidy and Butch have separate lives now. (A fake-out in the episode still happens, as most expected. Won't spoil.) The Arceus arc? The Heatran conflict is solved, Brock takes off his shirt again and shows he's a beast(No Mega), Ash turns his hat, Dracovish is here, Cynthia has her Roserade, we finally get our Ash/Dawn High Touch and *the male protagonist of Arceus got to have an anime debut. (*The last one was Lucas; sorta comes full circle)
OH?? Very interesting!
Yeah I can see him with a Dracozolt. I'd like that.
Yeah, hopefully he'll get to help Ash in some way. I love the vibes they have in JN and I want to see more of that.
It was wild. Galar was such an Experience.
Yeah! Exploration is fun, I love playing BotW and Minecraft and just roaming aimlessly to see what I can find. I enjoy linear games of course, I've been playing Pokemon games (which are usually pretty linear) since I was five years old and loved it all the way, but every once in a while I find it a neat change of pace to play something I can get lost in. Lost my mind when I first got into Minecraft as a teenager.
Anyway. Should be fun!
Yeah, I really liked the two-parter where she went to Sinnoh and had her own little adventure and met Dawn! Very fun. And I think at one point I talked about how much I enjoyed the Galarian Ponyta episode too. Would love to see more like that, Chloe's great and I love her. It'll be fun if she meets Serena (and a way to have Serena return that won't feel instantly awkward considering. You Know).
Ah. I wonder if I should actually watch that one when I feel like making the effort to seek it out or just "watch" it secondhand via my friends posting about it.
Also just realized Butch making a reappearance means when the episode is dubbed, that's the fifth character voiced by Carter Cathcart who is... a semi-important character who speaks human language...? (cannot think of a prettier way to phrase that considering Meowth) to appear in Journeys. That man is doing so much, I have some Opinions about him but I really do respect the hustle and I won't deny he's talented.
All of that sounds so rad! Will have to check it out at some point.
Good for him! That's cute, that the last one was Lucas and then it's his (presumed) ancestor. I like that.
Also wow Legends Arceus is out today!!! I need to decide on a tag for my playthrough!! (And also what starter I want because I uh. Never fully nailed that down.)

(Gary anon) Gary's Pokemon interacting with anyone outside of battle would be nice. (XY arguably had the most jam-packed story for a series, not surprised the movies kinda suffered for it) And he's a introvert. (Who; though some can be, aren't necessarily shy, they just vibe with being alone. But they cherish their small close bonds very much) For Chloe, I don't know how yet, but I imagine she'll free herself from school like Goh did early on. (If it doesn't drop this or next month, I)
(Part 2) (dunno what big thing they're planning.) Yup, the very last one for this month. So, February should be Piers and Marnie, along with possibly Erika.
Yeah, it really would. His Umbreon and Ash's Pikachu should be friends.
I haven't seen much of XY (I've seen maybe ten episodes total) but I sure did watch the movies and find out that they were not great.
Yeah, as someone who's both shy and very much an introvert I get that--I like my alone time (and also need it to keep from getting too socially drained to be a person) but I also love my friends so very much.
Yeah, it's a little unclear how things work re: school in the Pokemon world but it seems like past like fifth grade it's optional? So she'll probably get to go do whatever she's meant to do.
It's got to be soon, I'd be really surprised if it didn't drop sometime this month.
Seems like a lot of interesting stuff is coming up! Plus Legends Arceus drops later this month too so that'll be neat. (Hopefully I'll be able to get my gay little hands on a copy, I've been in a bit of a tight spot financially.)
