either people with DID need to stop being so relatable or I need to go to the doctor
#besties t-t im going through it rn t-t#not my ass coming too after blacking out almost a fucking month#and its like#i cant blame this one on autism haha#ive been dissociating p consistently and to varying degrees since childhood#but i figured it was dpdr if it was like? anything biggish??#and ive been to therapy a few times and my most recent therapist said it was prolly autism shutdown#but showdown 100% doesnt cover this#and this is far from the first time its been this bad#and importantly; im not fucking stressed rn!!! i have no reason to be shutting down?? or dissociating?? ahhhhhhhh#brain please t-t#dont rb#vent#dis meh#personal#6/11/22#i mean either way i should prolly try to get back into therapy or something just for the fact im losing time like this again#and this is not good
