Excuse the YouTuber in the corner I'm too lazy to switch to a different video but, it's probably a pretty easy conclusion to come to that KH might function off a somewhat stable time loop but nothing has really made it feel blatantly obvious than realizing that actually, since Ansem SoD sent Young Xehanort to Scala, that would mean there would have to be a starting timeline where the first SoD went back to start the loop, meaning there has to be a timeline where Xehanort never left Destiny Islands MEANING there has to be a timeline where SoD never existed, and as such neither did Xemnas and Terranort never happened along with basically everything else. So are we in fact confirming that KH does indeed function off a stable timeloop that never truly "started" somewhere and has just always been this way, or what in the world could have happened to still lead Xehanort to Scala without interference? Cuz now I have to wonder, if we're going by stable timeloop, then either Sora creates the tear in time every loop effectively creating endless ones over and over which could lead to a bigger problem(or not a problem at all if it's supposed to happen??) OR this is somehow the first deviation, which doesn't feel likely considering obviously Quadratum and Srelitizia being there seems to be decidedly factored into the equation here, but maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it hasn't been. Or maybe the problem is that Sora's genuinely not supposed to be there. Idk where I'm going anymore, but basically if time started somewhere and it hasn't always been a loop, how did we get HERE to the point in the screenshot where SoD/practically everything was able to exist to "create itself" essentially??? And I don't think that's possible without outside intervention, so it's gotta be a stable timeloop!

thinking about flowey's alarm clock dialogue again and how toriel was like passed out and called him asriel and he portrayed the event as her being all pathetic but actually he made her a glass of water and he filled it all the way to the top because that's the way chara used to fill their glasses and so he started doing it too and toriel notices that the glass was filled like how her kids used to do but doesnt say anything

Thinking about current continuity Vanessa and just getting pissed off again
Like one, LET HER REST oh my god dc you ruin her FUCKING life like an asshole only to bring her back as a villain after she finally got out oh my god-
But also like its just so bad. This is a whole other woman with her name like why are we doing this. Like first you kill her mom (JULIA NOOO) and erase her YEARS of history growing up around diana (the thing that actually made her villain turn [if you can call it that w the level of manipulation involved] interesting and fucking heartbreaking) for some shitty "oh I saved you we were friends" run of the mill whatever. Then to use that and say Nessie had a crush on her OWN SISTER (Diana, so like informally adopted, but still 😡) now????
And then they took away her curls and made her a redhead but not even the realistic kind. DC SHE DOESNT LOOK LIKE THAT
It just makes me so mad. Freaking guys. They could have used another name like oh my god. She's not even the first silver swan why the fuck would they do that if they're not going to explore her history w diana (which she no longer has!!!!) or how intensely fucked up everything got for her. What is even the fucking point of this then other to drag a main character of the ww supporting cast through the mud again for genuinely no reason. They could have easily had her be Valerie Beaudry (sorry Val) instead or just MADE UP ANOTHER NAME because it's obvious that no one actually cared about her as a character they just wanted the wondy villain back so like !!!!!!!!!! Why even bother

The minecreft movie looks like ass, not because it looks like ass (though, it does, visually, look like ass) but because kids movies are inherently bad movies.
I think people forget minecreft is a game marketed towards children. I don't, because all the marketing ive seen since i got back into it is very obviously childish, though in a way that is respectful, and doesn't treat it's audience like idiots, so even though it's family-friendly, it's still fun.
The movie is marketed like every other kids movie from the last.. idk.. 10? 15? years? It's loud, obnoxious, and written with a "hello, stupid child, here's your visual noise" kind of way. Its "quirky" "lol, so random" in a way that corporations that don't actually like kids think kids wanna see.
Of course, this is all based off of a trailer, and it might not be as bad as it seems, but It honestly seems like it's just going to be an average kid's movie; a movie what i really just don't wanna see, because those movies tend to be loud and trope-y and clearly made for a much younger audience, and i'd rather watch something else.
I could get used to how it looks. It's ugly, but if the movie looked good, i'd deal with that. I'm just mad, honestly, cause if this looked good visually, noone would care, because kids movies are supposed to be stupid.
