Usual shenanigans on patrol in my Queen Bee AU. The three of them share 3 braincells and yet Ladybug always ends up having most of them. Queen Bee and Chatnoir radiate sibling energy to me, plus the fact Chloe and Adrien are literally possibly the other’s only childhood friend.

(Don’t know if I’m gonna keep these costumes redesign specifically, but they’ll do for now.)

You know maybe we don’t talk about the fact that Chloe did get sexually assaulted enough.

Honestly the way LiS bends over backwards sometimes to not go into detail about the sexual assaults is kinda awkward at times. I get it- if they tried have more realistic conversations about the events of LiS the game would be even darker. Realistically there’d be way more conversations about if Jefferson raped the girls he kidnapped, Kate would be worried about it because of her black out or at least Max would probably bring it up as a possibility.

Now, it’s been a good minute since I’ve played LiS but I very much remember being pissed that the game seems to gloss over Nathan’s assault of Chloe a LOT. It sticks out more than the above to me. Now it’s in character that Chloe might not want to bring it up- she doesn’t like to bring up things that make her feel weak until she’s fighting someone and wants to be a bit mean (her mo in arguments honestly) but the only acknowledgment I can remember the game having of this incident is Max possibly finding the picture Nathan took.

Which is so fucked ! Kate’s pain is clearly acknowledged, Rachel’s anger over the situation is plain, even Max’s whole nightmare shows how much the Dark Room effected her— Chloe pretty much went through a Diet Coke version of the Dark Room and the game doesn’t even let her punch Nathan in the face.

I just wish we could've had more time in the movie, SPECIALLY with that sudden ending, but I hope the next movie is much longer and has a better constructed plot + some new AKs and VKs to join Red and Chloe in the present time (maybe a new Core Four with two new boys?)

Honestly reading the leaks and what happens with Chloe has left me pissed. It is honestly disgusting that Andre gets to clean his hands and take the perfect "child" (that isn't even his biologically) while he tells Chloe that he prefers her sister and leaves her to her mother that he knows she's abusive. And I'm more than certain it's gonna be portrayed and all "happy" and "victorious".

It's honestly disgusting, especially for a children's show. I genuinely hope once the episode and scene is released there will a an outcry and Thomas (+ the writers) are called out for this horrid shit, if not outright cancelled. Cause if Thomas doesn't once think "hey maybe having this girl who is clearly shown to be abused as pure evil and undeserving of love might not be a good thing" then I think there is a high chance this is what he actually believes in.

It's really outright offensive that Andre just decides to abandon Chloe with a horrible person he knows abused and neglected her and himself all these years; and yet we're still supposed to praise him and still see him as the victim?!
