been pissed off for a while how 3 of my characters have sameface so i redesigned 2 of them

#i want to redesign a lot of the characters rn because they arent the right style / level of exaggeration that they should be!!!!!!!#i really want OU to be more reminiscent of cheap/experimental 50s animation (like UPA or something)#i also want all their character designs to easily translate to paper cut outs because i am heavily considering doing it in that media #i want it to be reminiscent of 50s cartoons because in USA culture the style is very ingrained with the image of conformity #and patriotism UGH #and i want to contrast those themes with.... THE EPIC HORROR?#plus the art style is pretty cool and surreal lookin lol #oregon ultimatum

Okay, I don't want to be that person, but I notice that a lot of people tend to use the fact that Louis is Liam's biological brother to remark on his importance and the reason why Liam would "trust him more than anyone".

And... I highly doubt Liam would make this difference with his brothers. Especially when the Manga (and LNs) constantly remind us that BOTH Albert and Louis are his brothers, and their bonds are stronger than blood.

Yes, he overprotected Louis and didn't want him to die with him (or even kill people), but he also did this with Albert at the end.

Remember that the "original" Moriarty plan, was meant to end with the three of them dying, but it changed because Liam is too good to let his brothers die with him.

In conclusion, let's try to use less the "because he is his biological brother" because it feels a little like biological>adoptive when that's not the case here.

Hooray! More Redraws!

Took me a while to get to these, mostly because I was hesitant to work with Irene. But given I'm scheming to do her story here soon, I figured some fun redraws would be a good way to flex her design.

And let me begin by saying- GOOD GOOGLY MOOGLY WHAT IS WITH HER BOOBS IN THE ORIGINAL MANGA!? Most of the time they're fine, if a bit large, and then sometimes it's just like- WHAT!!!!

I don’t understand Albert’s confinement in the tower.

Was that an official punishment or was it just him asking to be treated like a cursed princess? (and they just gave it to him because that spoiled creature couldn’t be denied anything???)

So, he went like “I did bad things, I deserve to be punished”, and the Queen was like “But you’re too pretty??? hell no??”, because at the end he wasn’t really punished, they just took his lordship or whatever, and he was not really sentenced to that confinement given that he could just walk out of the Tower when he wanted, they just lent him a room for the dramatics WTF

Like, William went “get out of here, stop being a drama queen” and Albert just “Ok” and went out as if nothing??? Seriously, where is the law
