When it comes to neglected readers/ocs fics, it's always about the batfam, or even the superfamily. but recently i've been thinking of another idea
Because if those families can have neglected readers, where does it say the rest of the superheroes can't be the same? Specially as yanderes?
i love the aus where the JL has kids around the same age and they know each other or even form a group together similar to their parents and stuff (i blame @fancyfeathers and their amazing yandere au ideas for this. Go check their blog, their latest work Burn it Down it's awesome and the biggest inspiration for this), so hear me out: An au with JL's kids where it consists on neglected readers/ocs. Except, unlike their heroic fathers, most of these kids have been raised by morally questionable people and followed that path to fill the void of the neglect.
Imagine Oliver Queen's son, who similar to Bruce's, was born out of a relationship between Oliver and a woman he spent some nights with. She was a mercenary going undercover, who happened to meet Mr Queen and agreed to go on some dates with him to keep up the facade, but unfortunately, the rich asshole happens to be very charming when he wants to be...just like that cursed black canary of his. She gave in, against her best instincts, and by the time she realised what she got herself into, she was staring at a positive test in an hotel's bathroom. She chose to keep him at first, raising him alone and away from Oliver and Dinah, believing the man was unfit to be a proper father (and fearful the pregnancy would shackle her to them). She trained the boy and taught him everything she knew, but also kept him separated from her job...until she couldn't. Things got too dangerous and one day, she was killed. Her body was never found. He was going to move in with some of her mum's friends , but then he received an unexpected visit: Mr Oliver Queen. Apparently, the mum reached out to the man a while ago to let him know of his son's existence, and since his potential foster family were essentially criminals like her mum, it was decided he was to live with his father instead. The boy is taken to the Queen's household, but as all stories go, his dad never has time for him and his stepmother is, well, she's not rude but she's busy as well and it's messy. He has his little brother, Connor, and he's expected to be his caretaker when their parents are out, and as much as he loves his brother, he low-key resents this role imposed on him. His main comfort is sneaking out to visit his other family, who are basically a bunch of other mercenaries that act like his uncles, aunties and cousins, who keep encouraging him to follow his mother's footsteps. And there's the thing that, well, Oliver's son doesn't really believe his mum died. He suspects she faked it to hide from enemies and protect him, and he's determined to find her. After all, she's the only parent he feels that has ever loved him.
He and Bruce's daughter know each other since childhood, due to being both introduced to high society around the same time and having the same age. They're not best friends, but they share a mutual understanding and keep in contact from their respective cities. They're usually glued to the hip in events where both families are invited because they're the only people who they don't have to pretend or put on a mask with. They also talk shit about their fathers together over glasses of wine and complain about their family.
Imagine Hal Jordan's daughter, whom he conceived with an enemy of his, non other than a Yellow Lantern. Obviously, this affair was doomed from the start and, one day, she vanished. Leaving no trace of her, as if the galaxy had somehow swallowed her. Not even Hal couldn't find her, leading him to believe she was really dead. In truth, the woman gave up on her yellow lantern duties for the pregnancy and tried to lead a normal life. Out of spite and paranoia, the woman refused to tell Hal about their child, raising her as a single mother and doing everything in her power to hide her parentage from her. Also, because she earned quite some enemies during her time as a yellow lantern, and wanted her daughter to remain unknown so she wasn't targeted. However, the woman missed the power, the freedom to fly around the vast space and the adrenaline of instilling fear in others, so eventually, when Sinestro contacts her, she agrees to take the yellow ring again, but with that choice, it comes a raging fear (ironic, isn't it?): Her daughter won't be safe if she stays with her. And bringing her along isn't an option either, Sinestro made it clear. That lifestyle isn't suited for kids. So she makes a hard decision: Leave her at her father's doorstep to stay with him while she's out with the Sinestro corps, along with a letter revealing that she's his child but not who the mum is. Given his record, he assumes it was one of his one-night stands and doesn't suspect the truth at all...not initially. He tries to be a good dad, he really does. He's a good uncle, so he can definitely be a good parent, right? But being an uncle isn't the same as being a parent, obviously, and with his constant responsabilities as both Green lantern and pilot he's constantly out of the house, leaving her with his brother's family. He's awkward about it, he doesn't know what he's supposed to do with a surprise child, how he's supposed to act or feel. He's lost, and shamefully, sometimes relieved to leave her with his brother so he doesn't have to handle that task. Meanwhile, the girl is still in contact with her mum and they meet when the woman swings by to Earth, having some nice mother-daughter bonding until she has to leave again. The topic of Hal is still taboo, so they act like he doesn't exist. She loves her mum, truly, but can't fight the crippling loneliness when she realises both her parents chose their duties over her again and again. She won't admit it, ever, but deep down, she also craves for her dad's affection. She knows her mum wouldn't approve, but don't all kids need their father's love at some point? She sees him with her cousin Helen and wants the same wants it so badly she could cry, but he doesn't look at her the same way and sometimes it feels there's something wrong with her. As she grows, she learns to fight the insecurities with adrenaline, throwing herself into dangerous situations, like illegal car races, and overall breaking the law for the fun of it. She's scared every time, but after all, like her mum always taught her, fear is power. And having others fear you too? It's even sweeter.
She and Bruce's daughter have an intense love-hate relationship, leaning towards hatred but also reluctant respect. They have, unknowingly, inherited their fathers' beef and throw shit at each other by instinct. I see them having met as kids too, and that's where the beef started. It never stopped. But they just can't connect with anyone else the way they do. They speak in insults and mocks, or are silently judging people together. There's no in-between.
Imagine Barry Allen's daughter, who came to exist after a one-night with a fellow forensic scientist before he ended up with Iris. They cut off contact after she went to work in another lab, but just a month later she finds out she's pregnant. She debated whether to tell Barry or not, but since she didn't have the resources to raise her alone, she ultimately told him and, after some very awkward and tense talk, he agreed to be part of her life and help them, sharing custody and all. She has criminal ties (maybe Captain Cold is her uncle or sum), so Barry's daughter grows up with slight anti-Flash propaganda in her mum's house, which feels weird to her because everyone she knows loves Flash. At first, Barry is a decent dad and does his best to be there for her even when his job keeps him away a lot. He makes time for her, they do stuff together and they have fun. He even argues sometimes with his mum to keep her work him longer than they agreed to. But all changes when he marries Iris. Now, the woman is never anything but polite with her, but it's made abundantly clear from the start that she already has a mum and Iris has no intention of taking that role anyway. Suddenly Barry is cutting his time off with the girl to go on dates with Iris, which, okay, it might be understandable, he has the right to fall in love and all and she already has her mum to be with. But she misses her dad too. But she doesn't want to come off as an entitled brat. But she's just a little girl yet who feels like she's losing her dad even though he's still there. And then, Iris gets pregnant. Barry is over the moon and kinda forgets he already has a child. Everything becomes about the incoming babies. All the conversation revolves around them. Getting her dad alone becomes impossible, and he doesn't make time for her anymore. Doesn't argue with mum to keep her with him longer. She's not a priority anymore. And godamn it hurts. Hurts like a bitch. Hurts more than anything she's ever felt. Not even her mum can console her. With time, it feels obvious to her Barry is not going to be invested in her life anymore. Not when he just started a family with a woman he truly loves and with kids he actually planned for. But fear not, because if her dad isn't interested in her, she has her mum and her side of the family, who love her as well. And she learns a lot about chemistry from her mum, enough to help her with the family's secret and not-so-legal work. But when she's running to get the morning bus for school and in a blurry second finds herself in another state, her body vibrating with something unknown, that's when the real problems start...
I see her being best friends with Hal's daughter, simply because it's written in the stars that for every speedster there's a Lantern with them and they have to be besties, so the girls are too. Every Flash comes with a Lantern as a pack. She's also good friends with Oliver's son..but maybe she wants to be more.
Imagine Zatara's son, younger than Zatanna, born from his second wife. When Zatanna was a teenager, he found love again and remarried with a woman who knew all of his bussiness with the Justice League and had a child, whom from an early age he initiated in the art of magic. However, there's something different about the boy. Something that sets him apart entirely from his father and sister. He doesn't have their proefficiency towards magic. He seems to get hurt by it, and also gets sick easily, which makes him unfit to become a wizard. Instead, he's seemingly made for a completely normal life with the bonus of having to stay in bed more often than he'd like due to his poor health. This pushes Zatara to focus a bit more on Zatanna, who still doesn't fully control her own magic, and leave his son to be mostly in his civilian mum's hands. The boy grows up feeling lonely and frustrated with his own body for being wrong, because he can feel something wrong just doesn't know what it is. It pulses inside him when he's near certain parts of the house and almost hurts when his dad or his sister cast spells near him. There's also the fact that when his emotions run high, sometimes windows are shattered and furniture slashed around him. He gets told its because of the remnants of magic his family leaves behind and respond to emotions, that it has nothing to do with him personally. But for some reason, it's usually after those incidents when he falls sick and isn't allowed to get out of bed. It's only years later, with secret research on his own and reaching out to certain people, that he finds out the truth. About why he can't fit with his dad and sister, why he can't do magic the way they do and why he's in pain a lot at convenient times: He's a wizard of chaos, like Klarion. And someone put a block on his powers "to protect him". Now, he's just determined to prove not all wizards of chaos are inherently bad (and maybe prove to himself that he can be as good as his family if not better)
Clark Kent's daughter, older than Jon, who was apparently born as a complete human like her mum and showed no signs of kriptonian powers, like her brother. Because of this, much like Zatara did, her dad focused on training Jon and teaching him everything while his daughter watched from the sidelines, feeling displaced and lonely because of it. Add to that that because of her seemingly human nature, Clark sees her as fragile and takes a sometimes overprotective stance that only suffocates her further. She's the oldest, the one expected to take care of the family and the house, yet she has to hear him tell Jon is his duty to protect her and make sure they're all alright. Just because she doesn't have heat vision doesn't mean she's helpless! She's not good enough to hang out with them or defend herself, but she is to stay put at home like a little housewife? Like her mum is stuck to? She refuses. And she loves her family, she really does despite all, but the bitterness is sore. She craves to get out of Kansas, this small farm with the same damn routine every day, and go see the world. Experience new things, have fun, feel like a girl her age for once. She thinks that's the most she can aspire to...until one day, after an argument with her dad, she storms out of the house and punches a tree out of sheer frustration....only to watch in shock how the tree is ripped away from its root and lays torn apart in the ground, with a big ass dent where her fist slammed against to...opsies.
In the ultimate act of rebellion, she would apply for a Lexcorp's internship as a school project, believing it won't work anyway because in paper, she's just a journalist's daughter living in a farm. But for some reason, she gets the internship, and Luthor seems personally invested in her career choice..
I know it's cliche as hell but i really just want to add a group of JL's neglected children that band together out of spite to fight their daddy issues by being absolute menaces to society with very questionable morals (and the ocassional "accidental" murder ofc)

I think one of the reasons why I ended up loving Mitsuri despite normally disliking fanservice female characters is that not only is she of course, more than that, but the way she was portrayed in the story is very refreshing to me. She comes off as trope-y at first and I'd argue that it's part of her gimmick. Majority of the hashiras were introduced as kinda stereotypical until we eventually learned that there's more to them than meets the eye and ofc, Mitsuri is no different! She has depth too that I think it's worth digging on.
Most fanservice female characters from my experience, tend to be either super mature oneesans. They have very womanly™️ hobbies, basically the token milf or the girl next door. That or they are the overly cutesy girl who has an archetypical traits like the token tsundere, kuudere, manic pixie dream girl or a bimbo or etc. I'm personally just not the biggest fan of it
It may seem like Mitsuri falls under the latter, or maybe a combination of the two, but imo her ditzy personality makes more sense. Rather than seeing her as the typical bimbo, to me, she's more like someone who retained her childlike positivity. She was surrounded by loving parents most of her life, so it makes sense that she would be more naive and clumsy.
She's also caring and nurturing, all stereotypical traits for the "mature oneesan" but then it makes sense bc shes the eldest daughter of many siblings. At the same time, bc of her peaceful and protected lifestyle, she still retained a lot of childish qualities, that's why she has a very joyful design. It reflects how she wasn't exposed to demons at a young age. It's something I personally found refreshing bc not many "oneesan" characters were like that to me.
(imo just the way older women in anime are often the big sister, whos mature with a mature lifestyle, who tend to fulfill the fanservice trope of being "sexually experienced" I know Mitsuri is young, but within the corps, she kind of is the oneesan of kny, so I find it refreshing that she doesnt fit this trope to a T)
All those little details about her character makes her personality feel more grounded, at least to me. Kana Hanazawa also nailed her performance, she made Mitsuri's cuteness feel so natural rather than forced. Even her love breathing and her magical girl vibes contribute to all of this. Her charm isn't just fanservice, it's multifaceted. My irl friends even said that she's cute more than anything. Perhaps it may not seem much, but the fact that she is in a bleak story is why these aspects of her character stood out. It's what makes her unique.
There's also the way that her relationship with Obanai isn't sexualized. Now I'm sure Obamitsu are very physically attracted to each other in universe, but what I mean is, from a story perspective, there's so much more emphasis on their emotional bond.
Maybe it's just me, but whenever I see the fanservice female character get a love interest, she will have moments where she gets groped or ogled at by the guy. Of course, there's nothing wrong with two characters showing sexual attraction or them having sexy moments, but I guess to me, it's often done in a tasteless manner and feels like an excuse to insert cheap fanservice (often at the female character's expense)
We don't see that with obamitsu. Instead, we see how Obanai loves her because she is bright, cheerful and makes him feel like a normal boy. We also see how he respects her and makes her comfortable. Obanai loves her for who she is. He values her as a person.
Also given the cheerful girl x brooding guy trope, I initially thought that Mitsuri would be the manic pixie dream girl, but instead, there's more emphasis on how Obanai comforts Mitsuri and how he's considerate of her feelings. It doesn't feel like she's only there to relieve Obanai's pain. Obanai's there to relieve hers to.
These are just little moments in the manga but even then, these details further humanizes Mitsuri's character to me. It shows that she isn't meant to be solely framed through sexual lenses.
So even though I normally don't care for fan service female characters. I came to love Mitsuri a lot because her humanity and cuteness still shined through. I feel that it is because of this that she managed to be a comfort character to many people, and why she's grown so dear to me the more I look into her <3

I doubt anyone would care, but have you ever thought about Shedletsky and Telamon from Blocktales too hard?
You ever noticed that Shedletsky simply states how unfortunate things are. You ever noticed how...silent he is? About the mortality? The deaths? The fact that the son of a friend of his is in the hospital? The fact that Cruel King died?
If he truly is Telamon, it's obvious that he feels empathy. Guilt, even. Kitchen Wizard was an obvious example.
So if he's capable of feeling empathy. Of guilt. Then isn't the silence telling? Chilling even? Not because he is inhumane. But because of the sheer emotions he's hiding?
Tell me. If your negligence caused you to be unable to move, and leave you vulnerable to an attack you couldn't handle.
If your negligence caused your friends to suffer.
If your negligence forced you to bear an identity you swore to leave years ago, only to return to it because it's your only option to help, then find the pain of your memories unbearable to the point where you bury your previous identity again...
only to realize that not only is it for naught, but someone else achieved what you could've done in a way that nearly ended it all...that nearly ended them, even...
Then tell me, what is even stronger? The guilt? Or his self-hatred? Which one will reach him first?
You never know. Not if he keeps his emotions to himself. Not if he's too prideful to ever admit his flaws, despite the fact that he fooled several with his "oafish" facade that he has kept for years. A facade that he kept for far too long, and suffered the consequences for it.
I doubt anyone would ever ask, anyways. After all, you've suffered enough.
The swords should not affect the creator, right? So why? Why did he abandon them in the first place? Why spread them so far apart and leave yourself defenseless when he could handle them in the first place?
Bear that grin, Shedletsky. Oafish, mortal Shedletsky. That facade is all you've ever known.
#the worst part?#this is not out of the dev's realm#they don't ignore details#especially one that is as glaring as this#Shedletsky is a coward#and cowards must face consequences#cowards avoid pain. but pain is inevitable. avoiding the inevitable like a coward causes hubris#and hubris is the core of tragedy#isn't that what the stories of Greek are for?#block tales#block tales shedletsky#block tales telamon#i doubt anyone would read this tbh#even if i made fire lines#unless ur a literature nerd#and can bear with what might be insane ramblings because i made this entire thing at 4am#i had a fit of hyperfocus and must suffer the consequences#it doesn't help that i actually pay attention to my previous english classes and then add more onto that knowledge out of genuine interest#the line about cowards and hubris? it's a literal lesson learned in english classes#there are ELEMENTS to TRAGEDIES#knowledge is a curse

Headcanon:
Clover is generally rather athletic and good at sports but balls are just attracted to them for some reason which leads to them being hit every single time they're around one. They don't even have to be playing to be hit, the balls defy gravity looney-toons style to hit them.
Clover can't avoid it no matter how hard they try. That being said, their biggest cause of death no matter the route are the bowling balls attack by Martlet.

reading responses to OPM manga chapter 211
There's nothing like reading Reddit to realise two very sad things.
A lot of people have a problem understanding dramatic irony.
Just because two people have a common enemy does not make them friends, or one of them good.
Media literacy? What about regular literacy?

Hi again!!! 🍠 anon! (At some point I’ll use my account but for now, this does)
I have to write this in my notes app because I’m trying to keep your list of potentials open so I can keep track of my mental breakdown of them (and over them, tbh). Because I wasn’t going to say anything, but then you went and made five of them possible. So! Now I have to try and at least make a guess.
The first three: if I had to pick one of these it would be the Ranchers kiss in chapter 9, because these characters delight in torturing us. That being said! I can see all three happening, because the kiss in chapter 6 could happen only in a dream. I feel it’s unlikely though, not impossible.
Etho choosing Jimmy? In a general context, I don’t think this is going to happen. Now, there are a few scenarios I can imagine it happening in, but they are very specific and if they happen, Tango’s cooked in other ways, the poor man.
Jimmy has a massive secret he never tells Tango: I think this one is absolutely true. No explanation on this one, just vibes.
Etho and Tango talk about Brown eyes (tm): I sincerely hope this happens, if not in the story in a short one shot. I can see this conversation happening in so many different contexts, especially a late night in the lab, and just lying on the floor with their fries.
Joel POV: Possible? But I don’t think it’s all that likely. You like surprising us, so it could happen! And if it did, you would use it for the maximum possible angst, taking us away from the Rancher’s heads at the point when we want most to see what they are thinking or understanding.
Grian tells Jimmy to use protection: Eh. I’m on the fence. Is it likely? Yeah. Do I think some of these others are more likely? Yep. Do I think this carries a lot of potential as an olive branch from Grian to Jimmy showing that he’s accepted their relationship? Yes.
Hand holding only in chapter (I’m assuming chapter 5 because 4 is posted already)? Hmmmm.
Gem: Odds are very high, because she might know Jimmy’s birthday, but I don’t think this is one of the five. Again, vibes, and Grian. (If you think I have the story pulled up and am cross referencing to make sure I can remember who knows what, you would be entirely correct.)
Scar: again, wouldn’t be surprised, but it’s not on my short list. (Then again, interior designer? Swindle? I’m going to hit more than five really fast.)
The hitting: Grian hitting Tango? Very, very likely. Probably heat of the moment, “you’ve been doing what with my brother” angry. Tango hitting Joel? Oh, I don’t know. Gut instinct was no. But like so many of these, I can see a future where Joel does something thinking it is in Jimmy’s best interest, but it either hurts Jimmy or separates Tango and Jimmy, in which case? Yeah, he is gonna get hit.
Scar leverage: I feel that this one is weirdly likely? Can’t explain, per se, but the way he slots into the family, makes me feel like he would either to reconcile Grian and Jimmy, or and honestly this one is more likely in my head, leverage Jimmy to break up with Tango for Grian’s peace of mind. Which, that wouldn’t end well.
Zedaph: no. I don’t think so, or if it does Zed will have his reasons.
Jevin: I don’t think he gets mentioned at all, until Etho’s tale.
Pearl: I hope this is wrong, because I so badly want to see here. So I’m going to hope no.
MOE: 1, I’m hoping against hope is true. 2, hoping against hope it’s false. 3, voted most likely to be happening.
Scar better parent than Grian: Mm nah. Not buying. He’d think he was, but we’ve seen no proof either way.
Jimmy tells Tango first? I…I can’t tell. The thing is, it’s plausible, but also, Jimmy is so repressive of his emotions, but also, Tango feels like he’s being very cautious with his words.
Tango waiting: highly highly probable. He’s already in deep, but he doesn’t want Jimmy to make a mistake/wreck his relationship with Grian. Conversely, there is absolutely no waiting.
Tango will definitely introduce Etho and Zedaph? The real question is if we get to see it.
Jimmy is absolutely lying about his birthday to his friends. The question is really, how is he lying? (Yeah, I’m way over giving the five “this is happening” shhhh it’s all fine). I feel like Tango will get Jimmy something for his birthday, he just might not give it on his birthday.
Ranchers New Year kiss? I would die happy. Which means, probably not happening in MOE.
Etho’s advice: no. Like, that moment already passed in Chapter 4. If Etho’s been in his situationship for fifteen years and he hasn’t already told Tango to give up, I don’t think that advice will change. I mean, it’s there, but I think Etho knows Tango well enough not to give it.
Scott and Martyn? Ooo we don’t know them well enough in MOE to guess, but…I’m going to guess they do give this advice.
Oh wow that’s long! Sorry! I had to go back and chew on some of the characters a bit. All of these possibilities are varying degrees of beautiful, and most of them seem plausible. I can’t even make a short list because there are so many I hope are correct.
~🍠
SWEETPOTATO ANON!!!!!!! Oh my lord, the way I was making grabby hands at my screen when I saw this...
Your analysis of the characters and the story is INSANE. You have a lot of their personalities and manerisms down, I love it. I obviously cannot confirm nor deny if your predictions are true, but I am very very very very proud of them.
Laughing so hard at the New Years kiss prediction. Am I really that evil? I've given them nothing but fluff so far! I DID mean chapter four in the hand holding one. They hold hands in chapter four for the first time. Could be last, idk we'll have to see how the chapters line up. Please note the kiss ones! One says they don't kiss UNTIL chapter nine. the other says they kiss in chapter six (but not that chapter six is their first kiss) Please consider this... :D
I tried very hard to make them all sound plausible, because they all should be. I want to tell yall right now whats true and whats not but I'll be good and wait. The chaos effects me too...
I ENGLISH TEACHERED TOO CLOSE TO THE SUN GUYS. YOU ALL HAVE TAKEN SUCH CARE TO LOOK AT THE STORY AND I AM SO PROUD OF YOU AND HAPPY YOU LIKE THE STORY ENOUGH TO TREAT IT LIKE A BOOK IN CLASS AHH!! My socks are blown off. Now that I know most of the story, it's CRAZY seeing everyones predictions of what will happen. I often forget that you guys only have crumbs of things. You're right about not having enough information to look at Scar's character, because I have him in more scenes later but yall don't have those yet. I planned this list to hold scenes that will/won't happen until much later chapters, to keep you guys thinking about it in the long term. Think of this list as like, discussion questions. It will keep coming back for a while, proving quickly what is right and what was close but not quite, and what was wrong.
Thank you so much for sending this Sweetpotato, this means the world to me. I sent this to Kit and screamed about it in DM's. I LOVE this. Watching you all make predictions and pull the story (that you have) apart is one of my favorite things, I have never been so proud of something before. You all make me feel so warm and happy. Thank you for making this writing/creating process so much fun.
#margin of error#margin of error ask#yall have paying attention in MOE class and it shows#I'm not joking guys this is how i use my degree in english#analyzing fanfiction is just as good as analyzing real books#can you believe this is my first long haul story? cause it is#gosh sweetpotato i love this so much thank you#looking at all the different reponses to the post and I'm shocked how close some of you got...I feel predictable#but im not! cause I also threw yall off the trial of somethings too ahahah#I cant wait to give you more#some of these truths and lies will be revealed in chapter five#hold on to your hats#hat trick might shake the table a little hard

More xmen pokemon AU!!
This time I've drawn my fave siblings!! (i have more drawings on the way 😸)
Using this post to explain a bit of Raven & Charles! 😼
Just like in FC, when they both where kids, Charles found Raven & she was formally adopted by the xavier fam! Unluckyly for them the xavier fam where still really bad 😿. They where not really into keeping pokemon as pets (& viewed them as just means to an end) too. They still secretely kept their companion pokemons (Abra and Ditto + a pair of eevees) throughout their childhood. Both Charles and Raven where 2 years advanced in their highschool so they got to get out early - Charles at 18 and Raven at 16.
Once they got out, Charles studied genetics & based his thesis on the evolution of mutants but in the world of pokemon & reasarched the general evolution of pokemon (not lvl up evo, like theory of evolution stuff). Raven studied fashion & like designing clothes stuff
Eventually, Raven would change her last name to Darkholme (to fully remove herself from her adopted fam except Charles) and open a butique, named 'Mistique'. Charles couldn't bear to change his last name, so he kept it. He started teaching in Naranja/Uva academy (thinking of having both & them just being like diff sections of the academy) in Paldea.
Sometime around here they would obtain the pokemon they have to honour eachother. Charles would rescue a shiny Ralts from an evil organisation or smth (still working on the backstory) and it would remind him sm abt his sister he named her Raven. Raven would be gifted a Natu by Irene Adler 😻 and also just be so reminded of her brother that she named the Natu Charles. These two eventually would evolve into a shiny Gardevoir & a Xatu.
Anyways, love my pooks & I'm alr thinking of how Cherik would meet 🤩 and what the xkids would do for their "treasure hunt" 😋
(If anyone can read my shitty writing and wants to know what i based what Charles' teaching it's this awesome video made by Nick Rose on youtube!!)
#x men#xmen#x-men#i love them sm#pokemon#pokemon au#pokemon fanart#if you have any pokemon suggestions for any character please share!! 🤩#xmen fanart#fanart#raven darkholme#charles xavier#cherik#charles x erik#theyre so silly#they're actually good siblings in this AU#that alakazam is not paying any attention to charles' class#that natu gift was def not Irene courting Raven 😏#lowk the more i look at the drawings the more I hate them
