#the kind of dissociation that feels like that disorienting second just after waking up after an impromptu nap anywhere but your bed#and you have no idea whats happening or where you are or what day it is#and you have this nauseous feeling and a fuzzy disgusting mouth#and you acutely feel your heart beating in your chestt and it just feels ew#and it just lasts for hours#and theeres nothing you can do about it#ignore me#...it's been a few days since i've properly tasted anything tbh#since i didnt run around with some sense of discomfort/nausea/disgust#mental illness
