tonight’s easy listening: That 70s Show location: crossing building two anxiety: 6.4 the weed is helping, but the hockey instagram page and my two hour night shift are packing a one-two punch

five hours and one minute. that’s how long it took for me to go from confident on my next steps to square one all over again. it doesn’t help that in those five hours i completely forgot what that breakthrough was. the first rule of adhd, write down EVERYTHING. it’s never enough to “just remember” it.
