Holy shit oh my god! It's 🎀 Ribbon 🎀

Baby boy. Tall baby boy.

Ribbon is a ribbon moray eel merperson, ya know the pretty yellow and blue linguines of the sea.

He and Mailo have been besties since elementary school age. Their parents didn't want them to be friends, Mailos paternal family eats merfolk and Ribbons family is said merfolk, but they worked around it for years and have an unbelievably strong bond. At one point they almost become a couple but they were stopped because they were too young.

Even though they never become true couples, they are still super close and consult each other over everything they do. This changed a bit though when Mailo went missing from the isle then returned. Once Ribbon learned about all that happened, he and Mailo decided if Mailo could he would return the twisted wonderland and Ribbon would wholeheartedly support him even if he'd lose him.

But by the grace of their gods and the 7 Ribbon and their friend Jeriko were able to follow Mailo to Twisted Wonderland. There Ribbon is thriving, he has his best friend in all the dimensions/universes/world's and a bunch of new ones.

Ribbon is a very happy go lucky fellow who is almost always smiling. Imagine Kalim but with more brain cells and isn't afraid to tell people to fuck off when pissed. Speaking of Kalim, he is Ribbons' favorite person next to Mailo. He has a bit of a crush on him and just wants to protect his precious dumb dumb sunshine ass from getting hurt. He's on Jamils good side because of this, even though he's still weary.
