Hey everyone, there will be no drawing session today. I have to work on a project for the animation workshop, and I only have two weeks left to finish it. Here's a sneak peek of one of the scenes I'm doing for the rough.

子供達と一緒にデジタルで絵を描いて、それを私がアニメーションにして一緒に鑑賞する楽しい会でした。

子供達が想像以上に筆が速くて、沢山の絵を描いてくれたので賑やかなアニメーションに出来ました😀

I held a workshop of digital art for children in Japan, at kuranoba.

I taught children how to use draw digital illustrations with a tablet, then I made an animation using them.

Hey y'all! I'm teaching another workshop!

I don't post on tumblr much anymore, so if you don't know me, I was the animation director for the first seasons of Castlevania and The Owl House, the visdev animator for Across the Spider-verse, and the one who drew that Zagreus hair flip thing.

This time I'll be teaching draftsmanship for animation. If you're looking for ways to improve your drawing for animation, storyboarding, or really anything that requires speed and consistency, this is the one for you. I'll be sharing my own approach for drawing characters, as well as tips and tricks that are common in the animation industry.

Slightly messy spring 2025 critter corner group photos the sanctuary has grown quite a bit since last time I've taken group photos so still haven't found the perfect set up for photos just yet.

This isn't everyone but this is the main crew, will be taking group pictures of our other friends soon ^.^

Here to show everyone all the animation I did for Yokatoon Animation Workshop I took months ago, I still have a lot to learn but I'm sure I can do stunning things if I keep practicing.

Back in 2018 I got to host a short little workshop of stop-motion animation, using coffee powder under the camera. Thank you to the organisers! Center for Girls in Niš (where I attended a feminist painting colony prior to the workshop <3)
