This is Tom the Hedgehog. He's the husband of Aleena and father to Anita. I tried to combine the other fathers/father figures out there to create him.

Tom was originally a royal guard to Queen Aleena. During Eggman's attack, he helped Aleena and the children of the kingdom escaped. When they arrived at the new safe village and started the orphanage, Tom also because the town's sheriff. When not helping at the orphanage, he was keeping their new home safe.Years later, Aleena and Tom would marry each other and have Anita. 

Despite being a royal guard and sheriff, Tom is pretty laidback. During the quiet days on sheriff duty, he's seen feeding flickies and making sure they get to their nests safely on stormy days. The other children at the orphanage look up to him, including a young sonic. Because of Tom's example, Sonic learned to stand up for those who can't fight for themselves.

Anita was originally sonic's little sister in the shogakukan manga way back in the day. In this continuity, she isn't blood related to sonic at all but sees him as a big brother figure. She's Aleena's actual daughter that she had with her now husband, a kind man named Tom the Hedgehog(my attempt at mixing Tom from the movies and Jules from archie).

Aleena is 6 years old and helps her parents at the orphanage. She's a sweet girl that loves romance stories and tries to play matchmaker with Sonic and Amy now and then. She also has an unrequited crush on Charmy Bee, seeing him as brave and heroic with the other Chaotix. She sees herself as a princess and he's her knight in shining armor...even if some of Charmy are a bit exaggerated.

How do you handle a character with fluctuating names? Giver her two first names! Tania-Anita! Sonics youngest sister (from the Sonic Manga) for that Sonic thing I'm working on and may make a more solid post for soon.

I'm reaching towards as many Sonic canons as possible for it. (I probably won't do character sheets for the non-eggman adults, so if you see their mom or uncle cuck its probably a family picture post)

So yes, Manic, Sonic, and Sonia are triplets, with Tania-Anita here being the younger sibling (Along with an adopted Tails).

Tania and Tails are the same age and share a birthday (in this universe), so they tell people that are twins.

I love your out of the blue comic. I love the art style, the characters, everything. Anyway, how do you think Brenda and Vanilla would get along? Would they get along well, or just tolerate each other? Do you think they would maybe schedule time for cream and Tania to hang out or something?(Now that makes me wonder how THOSE two would get along.)

I think Brenda and Vanilla would get along well with each other. Whether it's swapping baking recipes or sewing patterns, tea time, or shopping at a mall with their daughters, I see their relationship as rather friendly.

Anita and Cream/Cheese would be fast friends (Anita for one glad to find a friend her age and Cream having another friend to play with) and I see them going on little cute and/or silly adventures together.

BUT, Anita would probably sometimes take them to rather dangerous places that would get her and Cream in trouble.

(their mothers still would let them see each other, provided Anita doesn't take the three of them on treacherous adventures.)
