AHHHH THANK YOU!!!! the bug's greatest hits tag is tbh mostly for fics that i just had the best time writing (and more secretly for the fics i use to remind myself why i write when i bemoan my existence as a writer) but the idea of it as a marker of quality is really funny actually lfsblkgnlj

when i tell you that fic PRINTED ITSELF!!! i saw the prompt and my brain just. spat out a fic. best fucking feeling in the world. tangled is one of my favorite movies of all time, eugene and rapunzel mean so much to me ;w;

i wrote the fic before i rewatched the movie and eugene is just. canonically so soft. like by the time we hit the midpoint he's just all in for her it's so cute. it was a lot of fun hiding that behind flynn rider and getting into his head a little. also their banter? 10/10 so fun to write

Co-Mod: It depends on what kind of mood I’m in.  On a good day, I’m a lot like Moe -- happy, fun-loving, and willing to laugh about the silliest things.  On a bad day, I’m more like Dr. Grey, getting angry about everything and wishing things could just work out for me somehow.  But most of the time, I’d say I’m most like Vera Misham -- artistically inclined and passionate about certain things, but sort of reclusive around others.  We can’t all be Athenas, I guess.

As for my relationship to the other Mods, I’d say it’s good, but not super close.  We haven’t even communicated beyond occasional Discord chats, but that’s working out fine for us so far.

Mod Kristoph: I’d like to think I’m closest to Apollo; determined to get to the truth, snarky, and kinda loud. Thankfully, I don’t have any daddy issues like he does.

Co-Mod: Thanks a bundle!  If I’m not mistaken, 2011 is the year this blog originated, but it apparently started on a different website somewhere.  That’s all I know for sure, unfortunately.  I’ve loved it ever since it started, so I’m super glad to keep it going and keep it “funky”!  I highly recommend playing the games, by the way, or at least watching a playthrough of them.  They’re a lot of fun either way, plus they’ll help you understand some things about the characters you meet here.
