My experience with Dragon's Dogma 2 and my thoughts about the true ending (spoilers!)

So first of all I never finished the first game. It just did not captivate me, and I got annoyed by the respawning low level enemies and lack of fast travel. I loved the monster designs and the pawns a lot tho.

Then the second game got announced n I vacillated between getting it and not getting it, while like 90% of my friends were hyping me up. I ended up pre-ordering. I made my pawn after my beloved kittycat Lara.

Dragon's Dogma 2 is very similar to the first game but it feels more polished. The vocations are more fun, the pawns are chattier and cuter, the vibe of the world is a bit more whimsical and sillier than it was. I ended up not minding the low level enemies at all because the combat is just that fun. The npcs are also more charming this time around but the more I played the more I just fell in love with the pawns. The rest of the npcs colored the world, and the game's big quest (aside from continuing the cycle n killing the dragon) is specifically to learn about this world. The pathfinder specifically tells you this the game itself grapes you by the shoulder and invites you to have fun in this light hearted theme park. Kill cool monsters! Meet lovely people! It's very comfy.

BUT THEN the game occasionally has moments that made me feel emotional. And many times these moments were connected to my pawn. When my dear Lara was in danger or dying or in pain in a cutscene it felt meaningful because she is my main pawn. My main traveling companion, my little heal bot. I even presented her to the Sphinx when she asked who I love the most because she is the one always by my side chatting in my ear.

Then I got to the end. And the victory over the dragon felt hollow. Like ok great I did it I saved the world but it's just the same shit right? And where is my pawn? So I triggered the true ending or the beginning of the true ending that breaks the cycle. At first I found this very cool bc I love when games about grand cycles allow you to just upset the order of things... (It was very dark souls like) After I found my pawn sweet Lara again I started taking on the rest of the post game, which was preparing the denizens of the world that it is ending. Lara said she always felt my Arisen's presence like a heartbeat, even while separated.

And as I was facing down the last thing available for me (aside from another quest that glitched out) something very cool happened. The last challenge was killing another of these weird brine dragons, by powering the Gigantus you fight earlier. And it was LARA doing it not my Arisen. And SHE killed the dragon. Like pawns in this game have no free will at all, it's acknowledged many times by the setting. They are mysterious and they exist to help you. They have emotions, and they chitter cutely, but you make them. They are even more doll like than your own player character or all npcs and yet by the end my own pawn was the character I cared for the most. And she started acting without me prompting.

And then it was the end of my journey and I summoned a new proper dragon. And Lara turned into one too (like when pawns get the disease n turn into dragons) but this time she remained aware. And she helped me kill the new dragon. Like the last moment with your poor struggling pawn deciding to help you not because it's their role in this world but because it WANTS to help out of it's free will? That moment will stuck with me for a long time.

And it's such a smart decision too bc your Arisen steps out of the cycle and your pawn your precious companion does too. While the spirit of the game talks about pawns being hollow nothings, your own pawn replies to that that it's not true and it became something because of the player. And this is a game where pawns learn things from you all the time.

Like it just made me think about a lot of things. Fantasy stories and the people in these stories are there to serve a purpose usually (the pathfinder says this exact same thing too). Dragon's Dogma 2 analyzes what it means to exist in one such a story on a level I think. Like it presents you with a beautiful world and with lovely people you can escape to. It's idillyc and you are a hero and you can kill monsters and dragons and you can be so cool. And at first wanting to see the true ending feels like a punishment. Like oh really? You wanted to see this world unravel? Well it's all shit now. All those lovely people are in danger the world is no longer beautiful and everyone is DOOMED. Do you care to struggle? Why do you care to struggle? Do you care for this little doll you made so many hours ago to aid you? Why does it feel meaningful when it gains free will?

I think it's very impactful on a level because I did end up caring a lot. Especially about my pawn transforming into something new. The two of us together remaking the lovely world in which neither of us have a place in...

most of the strawhats hated being on night watch. as a night owl and someone who didnt fall asleep until around 2am anyway, you didnt mind and often took on other members’ shifts. you liked knowing that your crew was safe. it’s not like you didn’t trust the others when they were on duty, it’s just that you preferred it this way. you and zoro were very alike, especially in that regard. though you also liked the serenity of it. just being able to watch the (mostly) calm waves and think about nothing in particular.

your hands were both holding onto the ledge of the watchtower taking in the dark blue night sky and calm ocean. (a/n: is that thing even called a watch tower? pls tell me the actual name if you know it)

usually nothing really happens during night watches. so you didnt expect seeing your captain and bf of 4 months waltzing onto the deck of the sunny, rubbing his eyes, in the middle of the night. you watched him get all the way up onto the watchtower where you were standing. “lu, why’re you awake?” your head turned to him as he sat down with his back against the wooden railing, his front facing the post in the middle. his left arm was propped up on his knee holding his head. he shrugged lightly and brought his right hand to your leg, softly grazing his fingers along your calf and ankle. the soothing action was for himself rather than you though.

“its just- i cant sleep that well without you now..” he said looking at the ground wrapping his arm tighter around your leg. you could tell he was shy admitting it. you kept your eyes on the horizon but stretched out your right arm in front of his face for him to take your hand. when he got up you pulled him into you, his back facing the railing of the watchtower while your right hand moved to the back of his neck playing with his hair to comfort him. your left hand remained on the railing to steady the two of you.

luffy was standing in between your legs hugging you tightly with his head buried in the crook of your neck. he let out whiny noises probably bc he was finally able to hold onto you.

“why didnt you tell me sooner?” you kissed his cheek. “i wouldn’t have taken on so many shifts had i known.” you sigh. your hand moved from his neck to his back, stroking it in a soothing manner. “i didnt wanna be too much of a bother” he mumbled tiredly into your neck before kissing it and nuzzling into you more. “since when do you care about being annoying?” you snort. he pulled his face out of your warm neck to look at you. “since robin helped me realize that i like you in a special way..” he said looking into your eyes but then sighed and started focusing on the carving in the wooden post. every member has caved their name into the post for their first night shift. “i dont wanna upset you and make you start resenting me. i know you’re not that big on cuddling and that you need your alone time..” he says looking down and going back to hide his face in your neck again lazily.

you’ve never seen him like this. so considerate and insecure. you brought your hand that was stroking his back up to cup his face and guide him away from your neck so you could look at him. you also brought your other hand up so you were cupping his face. “i could never resent you, luffy. and i could never actually find you annoying. okay? i need you to understand this.” he just gave you a soft nod and smile. “lu.. i mean it. you can always bother me or touch me.” you chuckle lightly to cover up the embarrassment of admitting what you were about to admit. “i dont mind it when you do it. i just dont like for everyone to be touching me. i like it when you do it though. a lot. so dont hold back, yeah?” you could see the worry lift off his face as you kept talking. you smiled at him and stroked his right cheek with your thumb.

“robin said it’s normal but i just wanna be around you all the time” he admits.

“im really glad” he sighed letting his head drop onto your shoulder. he brought his arms up around your neck to hug you tightly and you hugged him back.

It's not for a few weeks still but I have to hit a printing deadline so I can get all my shit together and ya know printed

Since I finally finished all the line art I've started laying on base colours for each character, heres what I got so far

However I've done the hardest part already so really im like three quarters done

I was also preparing other things I've done into printouts/colouring sheets which is really me extracting the line art, some things work better than other tho so it's either trial and error or mild edits

This one I'm debating on including just cus the original has more intricate details than not

I'm also gonna start a new drawing as well as digitize some other work for this too...

It's so crazy how with art I convince mysethat I'm falling behind when the reality is I've got more artwork made in these past 4-5 months than anyone else in my program

I also get new ideas really fast so when I have an idea for a paint I have to stretch the canvas immediately so well now I have to do it and if I dont I cant focus on anything else and I claw at my skin in anticipation cus this will in fact be my best painting ever actually, all of the 19 in counting painting in my corner are not ba in my eyes this will become my favorite thing ever

and then I start painting and I hate it.

Just getting into the worst day of every year. Technically all the dates of these should be shifted a date back cause its the night of the 29th right now but it’s also 2am. As always im thinking of her. Thinkin of when she drew whiskers on me for halloween cause i didnt have s costume and so i was a cat. Thinking of the halloween i rubbed the fact the girl she hated most kept trying to talk to me cause she was talking to some loser on discord or something. That hurt her badly cause the girl was her bully. I never talked to her and the time she showed up at my house cause she lived in my neighborhood i refused to meet her cause i hate anyone whod ever do that to my ex. But who am i to be on a high horse when i hurt her like that. I was hurt and said that to be vindictive and spiteful cause i knew itd hurt and i didnt wanna be the only one hurt. I wish i was more mature at that point in time. If i could meet my younger self id torture and kill him. Theres no one on earth i hate more than me. I should be better than everyone morally but my entire life ive done nothing good. Nothing good has happened to me in life besides her and i threw it all away cause im an idiot. Its my fault my life is hollow and empty. I keep having happy dreams that fuck me up when i wake. Its startin to really get on my nerves but i literally cant control it. Plus id be lying if i said i wasnt happier than ive been in my whole life in these dreams. I dont know. I just wish i could talk to her again. Today was garbage. I had a happy dream last night just to wake up and immediately throw on some clothes to go out to the pumpkin patch with my family. Sounds great but i had to wrangle my little brother who loves being miserable and making everyone else upset. Like goddamn dude im miserable enough to wanna kill myself every night but at least literally no one else knows. No one knows how i feel besides this tumblr that no one reads. Then after that multiple hour ordeal we got food n shit and when i tossed my little brothers wrapped up burger to where he sits he got pissy and told me not to throw his food (it was fine) and then my father walked in and started yelling at me too and my little brother walks by n tells me “just go back to japan i hate you”. Which for one is a crazy reaction about a burger i paid for but for two is disappointing. Im not hurt by it cause my family has told me since i was a kid how much they wish i wasnt born, some literally some in roundabout ways. Its just disappointing cause ive been putting in so much work and effort (and money) with him to try and improve his character and i thought we were making progress but i suppose not. Anyways. its not anything big but it gives him a good sense of peace and quiet before chaos

after his game you always wait for him outside the gym, win or lose

he goes with his team back to the school and you meet him there too

you either go to his house or yours and one of you spends the night just to calm down his head

you always get snacks and even if he tells you to not get to much junk you always get to much and he doesn’t stop you

if he won then you talk about the next match and his thoughts on the team

he’ll also spin you around when he sees you outside the gym

idk he loves doing it

if he lost than he’ll start on things he needs to do better on and you’ll try and cheer him up with some corny jokes and kithes.

Sugawara Koshi

all the morning before the game you two are attached at the hip. 

everyone is just used to you “sneaking” onto the bus to drive with them

in reality him trying and failing horribly to cover you with his jacket and coach just giving up on it

constant quiet giggles at first as you try and calm his nerves

then around the end its more quiet and serious as he focuses a little more

after the game he naps on you the whole way home

if he wins you get to listen to his rambling about some idea he had on signals he could use or a set up he wants to try

he could literally talk for hours on what he was thinking wall watching and playing its so adorable

if he loses then theres a aura of sadness in the bus and if its bad enough he’ll muffle his small sniffs into your shoulder

that hasn’t happen except for date tech and sejioh though and your happy for that

you always sleep over after the game

before the game welcome to teddy bear time

noya constant teasing for a week straight since the big dork is constantly on you freaking out

normally its not to bad and a lot of it is just of how scare he is that his spikes will get blocked a lot and the comments he’s sure to receive about his looks when he gets there

when game day does come you always kiss his cheek and hold his face to tell him good luck

def earning gags from tssuki but you didn’t hear it from me

after the game its like teddy bear time x10

win or lose you get a new weighted blanket for a couple of days

if he wins its a more happy blanket yes but he’s so exhausted that he just falls asleep on you the minute you meet him at his house after they left for the bus

plus a bunch of random ‘holy crap wait i did that?!”’s to himself throughout the day

if he loses he cries a little, blaming himself for the entire thing

you always tell him that its not his fault and that he did his best

he’s honestly so pessimistic the night after and your one it telling him that he needs to remember how it feels but not let it bring him down

you bring him up with those comments and he’s so grateful for it

Nishinoya Yuu

every time the day before a game he likes to go somewhere with you

weather it be the park, the arcade, an ice cream shop

a freaking pet shop (yes you almost got a pet that day)

he finds it relaxing to see you having a nice time with him and every time he always makes sure its a place to make you smile

after the game he’s a koala on you, win or lose

the only real difference is happy koala or sad koala

happy koala is randomly kissing you and laughing, nuzzling into you while Tanaka either gags or whines about how single he feels

sad koala is sniffling into your shoulder and clinging to you even more if its possible, hes pretty quiet too so you know hes waiting until you get home to talk about everything

course after that mini pout session hes all fighting and ready to see that team again and win

either one also ends with a cuddle movie night until like 2am

also unrelated but like he’s so freaking hot when he receives so always tell him that

   You didn't know why you were crying. It just seemed that the tears wouldn't stop. No matter how tightly you gripped to that pillow, how tight you held it to you, the comfort just never came to surface.

   It wasn't a scene from a movie. the perfect story of two lovers meeting and embracing each other into their arms, before long even marrying. No rather instead it was you gripping to your pillow and silently sobbing at the empty feeling in your heart.

   Because the truth was, you were lonely.

   It’s hard to walk around and see everyone with someone. Karl with Sapnap, and Quackity, Wilbur having had a son with a Mystical woman, and even Phil loving Death herself. It would get even harder when they would come to you with questions and a need for advice.

   "I just don't know what to do, I want to confront him about it softly and not hurt him you know?"

   "I don't, but maybe..."

   "Sally and I want to see each other again, but I'm not sure how to bring her out of the water you. I just miss her so much, you know?"

   "I don't... but we'll find a way"

"You know I do miss her sometimes. She had such gentle hands, I’d give everything up to just hold them again"

   ". . ."

   All you could do was bury your head into the pillow within your arms and sob. Sob because you know, deep down, that as much as you want to shout it all out. Scream until your throat is raw, your eyes too watery to even make anything remotely out, and grip to your sides until your bruised... you wouldn't. You would sit and sob. Sob in silence, you being your only company, the only one to hear the lonely howls you dare let escape. Then, as always by morning be ok enough to wonder through the day. Smile warmly and greet others with love. Find those you held close, those dear friends of yours. Joyfully tell them how much you adore and love them. Because deep down, you never wanted them to feel that lonely. You wanted to guarantee that they would always feel loved. It may be platonic, but at least it was enough fuel to get through the heavy blizzard. As long as they didn't have to feel completely alone.

   Its narcissistic to only think of yourself, but sometimes you cant help but crave it. Crave to have the spotlight on you, but then something draws you back. Whether it be thoughts of others having it worse, the idea that it will get better, or even that others wouldn't care about your situation enough to even hear your first sentence. Whatever drew you back from uttering words. It held you there, it held tight with a grip much stronger than bare Iron.

   Of course that feeling of loneliness wouldn't come every night, there are nights where the emptiness was that of nothing. Just a simple scratch on a world of glass, but sometimes that scratch would just hit that one spot, and the whole world suddenly cracked and shattered.

   Like tonight.

   With tight arms around the pillow, you just laid your head. You let the tears flow wherever they pleased. Down your red cheeks, your neck, onto your soft pillow. Wherever they landed it didn't matter. They would just go where they pleased anyway, no sense in stopping them. It was fair to say no one truly cried prettily, if they said they did, they were lying. Puffy red eyes that looked like pure glass for how glazed over they were, stuffy noses that sniffled softly, wet faces from where the tears ran down... That's how you looked now.

   That's how you planned to stay if someone hadn't knocked on the door. At first you didn't believe the knock even, it was late, much later than someone should have been up. But by the second knock you were convinced it was real, so with soft hands you pushed yourself up from the mattress.

   Slowly trudging to the front of your house with a blanket tightly wrapped around your body. Without a second thought you opened the door, Sam standing in front of it still in his warden attire.

   "Sam? What are you doing? Its almost 2am..." your voice was soft and laced with more concern than he truly expected.

   "I uhm... I worked late at the Prison tonight... I was going to head home... But I'm so tired... I know a while ago you offered your house to me to stay in if I needed... I didn't need it then... but if I could trouble you tonight..." his voice sounded shameful, like you should be scolding him for waking you up. Only if he knew he didn't wake you.

   "Of course Sam... Please your more than welcome inside..." you stepped aside to let the towering hybrid in. Well he ducked his head to avoid the door frame, his heavy boots thudded as he walked. Partially showing off how drained he was. "I can get the guest room set up in one moment-" you started well closing the door for the night.

   "Please... Don't bother... I'll be ok with the couch..." He trailed off as the lights hit your face, showing every silent sob you had within the past hour.

   "(Y/n)... Have you been... Crying?" He asked softly. As tired as he was, he was now much more concerned with whether or not you were ok.

   Lying to him would be about useless, he was practically trained with how to deal with liars, manipulators and so on. So you just came clean... I mean it wasn't going to hurt anything anyway. Just maybe your pride a bit.

   "A bit... Hard night you know?" You casually said, sitting on the plush couch.

   "I do know... Did... Did you maybe want to talk about it?..." he asked, only he truly sounded genuine. His worry shown across his face, his normal beautiful eyes now casted with sadness and worry.

   "We don't have to Sam- It's late and your tired you should just rest. Don't worry yourself over me-" you started before he easily cut you off.

   "(Y/n)... You're more important than sleep right now... what's wrong?" He said softly.

   The glass world within you shattered at the scratch of his kindness.

   Though the long night, the much longer night then you had planned, you carefully explained to Sam the withering feeling of loneliness you faced at night. The feeling you were too familiar of facing alone. Instead of loosing interest, he just sat in silence, his eyes glued to you as you explained how you truly felt.

   At some point you let him shed off his armor. Him taking a much more comfortable spot on your couch by you. But even that didn't last. With the explanation of your feelings, you couldn't help bit sob more due to how genuinely deep the pain ran. But without the blink of a eye, Sam had pulled you into his arms. His head softly resting on top of yours well his arms firmly, and protectively wrapped around you. Giving into the moment you completely melted into the long wished for embrace. The sob that left your throat hurt him more than he cared to admit. Truth be told he would do anything to keep you from sobbing like that again, even if it meant holding you like this for the end of time.

   Sitting up didn't last long, seeing as Sam had laid down and pulled you onto him. Letting your sobs die into soft shallow sniffs. Your head without much of a thought, easily found comfort with laying itself on his chest. The soft rhythm of his heart slowly calming your rather haywire nerves. His arm firmly kept around you, wanting you to feel like he wasn't going to leave you at the drop of a hat.

   When your breathing evened out again, he gently adjusted the blanket that you held tightly. Moving it so it freely covered you both, opening your arms to grasp or hug onto something else. Which in the end. You just hugged onto him, soaking in the long wanted tender touch.

   "Please don't ever hold that much in again..." Sam said softly. His hand rubbing gentle circles into your back, with the soft movements you were honestly almost asleep. No longer plagued by the thoughts of loneliness. Truthfully, you were happy you told him. Happy you didn't have to carry the baggage around anymore.

   "I wont... Thank you Sam..." you said softly, sleep threating your tone much more now.

   "Of course... anything for you (y/n)..."

You where so Absolutely, Undeniably, Indubitably tired. You had stayed up the previous night studying, and you had to pull n all nighter later tonight to study for a shitty potions exam, my god you hated N.E.W.T.S. The rest of your friends, the Marauders, Lily, Marlene, Dorcas, everyone had already studied and got an early night, while you procrastinated, so you had to cram the night before. This is hell, why do you do this? But you decided to take full advantage of the empty common room and decided to set up shop down their for the night. It was 10Pm, you where fresh faced, full from supper and have a cup of tea. How hard could Potions be to grasp?

It turns out very hard. All of the stuff that actually went into your brain just got muddled up, and it just wasn't going well. Your tea had been left to go cold, and the entirety of your notes had been spilled out over the common room table. It was getting chilly, and you needed some more tea anyway, so you decided to take a break. How you hadn't gotten colder earlier is a mystery, as you where wearing biker shorts and a tank top. You grabbed your cup, and stood up, when the cold sent a shiver down your spine and goosebumps rose on your skin. Then an idea popped into your head. Every day since you met him, Remus Lupin had worn the exact same, comfy looking, sweater, day in, day out. And to be honest, that's something you could use right now. You crept up the stairs, closer to the boys dorm, and quietly knocked on, you waited a few seconds, but there was no reply.

“Rem?” You whisper-shouted.

Then almost instantaneously, the door swung open, revealing none other than Remus Lupin, with no shirt, plaid pyjama pants and a book in his hand. Of course. He gave you a warm smile as he opened the door for you to step into the room. Man he looked so damn adorable in the low light.

“(Y/N)? What are you doing up, its like 2Am?” He gave a questioning look.

“I'm sorry, its what?” Since when did it get that late, you could've sworn you'd only started studying an hour ago. He nodded toward the clock on his night stand, which, in classic Remus fashion, was also drowned in old books and chocolate. You let out a quiet giggle.

“Guess the time just got away from me. I was wondering...” You chuckled nervously, why was it so damn hard to ask this man for a sweater. Right, he was Remus. “Would it be all right if I borrowed your sweater? It smells like you, and I could really use the comfort right now?” He just kinda stood there, jaw slack, fumbling over his words, trying to explain how much he would love to give you any sweater he owned, without sounding creepy of course.

“If you two are gonna shag, could you maybe do it quietly? I'm trying to sleep here” The grumbled voice of Sirius came from the end bed. Remus threw a pillow at him as you both blushed profusely.

“Yeah.” He said abruptly. “I mean yeah, of course you can, yeah, yeah, of course, yeah” He repeated, with a nervous laughter.

“So, can I borrow it?” You questioned sarcastically with a laugh.

“Yeah, ill go get it” He laughed lowly. He tried to be as smooth as he could but when you where around, he had the function of a paper plate. Trying to retrieve the jumper from his trunk, he slipped a few times, laughing and mumbling a quiet ‘sorry’. How can one man be so cute.  He quickly jogged back over to you, about to hand you the sweater, when he stopped to admire your beauty for a second, your face lit by the candle light. Well what he thought to be a second but was more closer to a minute, being snapped out of his daydream by a quiet ‘Rem?’ Coming from you. God he loved that nickname. He laughed and apologised, handing you the sweater.

“Don't stay up too late though, love, you wont be able to focus if you have no sleep” he lectured. “You want some chocolate to take down with you?” You gratefully accepted his offer, marvelling at the mass amounts of chocolate he had. He gave you a variety. You knew he had given you his expensive chocolate he had gotten for his birthday. But you pretended not to notice and thanked him for the gesture with a kiss on the cheek as you quickly ushered out of the room. Scared if you stayed too long, you'd do something you regret. Of course, you left so quick, you just missed the deep blush that appeared on Remus’ face as he held a hand against his cheek where you had just kissed. He heard a low “Man, you are soooooo whipped” From Sirius, but just threw a pillow at him. He lay back down on his bed, dreaming of you.

After your sweater and chocolate exchange with Remus, you decided to duck back into the kitchens for some more tea. A quick caffeine top up is just what you needed. As you got back to the common room it was quickly approaching 2:30Am, You decided to get a few more hours of study done, but now in Remus’ comfy sweater. Obviously it was wayyy to comforting, because you ended up nodding off on the common room couch at 4Am, engulfed by the sweater and surrounded by the smell of Remus.

While you slept soundly downstairs, Remus looked up at his clock. 4:45Am. Sleep alluded him lately much to his chagrin. His dreams were usually filled to the brim with you, wondering what his life would be like if you two where together. But recently, he had been thinking about doing something about it, causing him some sleepless nights. He though you liked him, he was 90% sure, okay more like 60%. But the marauders had him convinced that she liked him back. Hell even lily knew that the Gryffindor princess was smitten for Werewolf Boy. He just wanted you to be his, and for him to not be a bumbling, stammering, blushing mess around you He lay in his own head space for about 45 minutes, until he realised you where still downstairs. He was worried you might work yourself to death at this rate. So he quietly shuffled out of his bed, making his way down the stairs. What he saw when he got down there was, perhaps, the one thing he’d want to see for the rest of his life. You where curled up around a pillow on the common room couch, Remus’ sweater drowning you. You where bathing in the Dawn sunlight, and you looked absolutely ethereal. He thought if there was heaven on earth this would be it. If there where big, cartoon heart eyes in real life, he’d definitely have them right bout now. He stood there staring at you, with his big, cartoon heart eyes for a solid five minutes, until you began to stir and wake up. He tried to busy himself looking over your papers and other miscellaneous things on the table.

“Hey, Remmy, not stealing my notes are you?” You giggled in your cute morning voice. He stood, frozen and slack jawed. How could one woman be so perfect? “Rem? Oh no, what's wrong? Is it my terrible bed head?” You panicked trying to flatted your crazed hair. He quickly shook himself from his daydream.

“No, its… Your bed head is cute” He mumbled lowly, you giggled. “Its just… I cant believe your wearing my clothes.”

“Well yeah, that was why I asked for it, it smells good” You breathed In the scent of his sweater, and Remus looked at you. Sat there, with a bed head, sleep deprived, having just woken up, still looking like an angel on earth. Why was he doing nothing about it? To hell if he was gonna let some douche get you before he could.

“Rem?” You questioned, blushing under his abnormally long stare. And before you knew it he had immediately rushed to you, his lips attaching to yours, passionate but hungry. He pulled away, his forehead resting against yours. “Ive been wanting to do that for a while” He laughs and you giggle. But you where cut short by a slow clap ensuing from behind you, you both turned to see Sirius on the staircase, classic smirk and everything. Remus was about to scold Sirius and warn him not to tell the boys but Sirius already knew it. “Don't worry. ‘Remmmmyyyy’” He said in a dreamy voice. “I wont tell the boys” Remus released  breath and started counting down.

“3...2...1...” You furrowed your brows to question him, but it was soon answered by Sirius clamouring up the stairs screaming James’ name, probably about to tell him what just happened.

“Back in a sec, love” He said before rushing after Sirius, his werewolf traits no match for Sirius’ dog ones. You just stared after him, before shrinking down into the couch, sighing dreamily.
