NEW STUA PAUSA TABLES
Pausa is a collection of essential round tables, with three legs for indoor and outdoors. Pausa has been designed together with Calma armchair, in black and white. Pausa has three legs, so it never wobbles on uneven outdoor floors. The legs, made of stainless steel, have three possible heights: 40, 45 and 50 cm. The tabletops, made of outdoor HPL, can be of: 40, 60 and 80 cm. Legs and tops can be combined as desired to create your own table. What makes Pausa different is that it is taller, for a more comfortable use. A Jon Gasca design.

Post-and-beam pragmatism becomes a decorative statement in the Dining Room, with its glowing hearth, wax tapers and gleaming tablesettings. Armchairs, upholstered in leather and backed with a linen plaid, ring an oval dining table of unexpected provenance.

Avocado Seat, Cat House and Urbanist Coffee Table Pet Bed for The Sims 2
These are 4to2 conversions from PixelVibes, I reduced the polycount (now it's low). Avocado Seat is an armchair, the coffee table can be found in low tables section of buy mode and is for small pets (not big dogs), plus the cushion is slaved to the original game one (so it will take all the recolors too). The cat house is in the pet section and it's just for cats.

Love when the daylight-sensitive* street lamps turn on a few minutes before the sun actually sets. Like I know realistically it's bcuz of the location and they actually Aren't getting enough sun to stay off, but I like to think they're just excited to get to light up the streets for ppl
*I assume they're daylight-sensitive bcuz they always turn on around sunset, but it's possible it's just a timer?? Idk who would change the timer constantly to make it keep up with the actual daylight, nor why they would set it for random/non-even times (like 4:42pm) but idfk how street lamps and city planning works, I'm just bullshitting based off what I Do know and general assumptions lmao
