VI. Asterix and the Big Fight - Roman Messenger and blonde guy This Roman is definitely on my "hear me out" list. Quite good looking and I like his proud body type. Also look at this pose on a horse, he seems cool haha About random blonde guy from Cassius Ceramix's village - I feel golden retriver energy from this fella and he has nice clothes tho

VII. Asterix in Britain - Captain of the Roman galley Love the fact that he looked so proud and after got beaten he act silly hahah Original design too! Demure but still nice

VIII. Asterix and the Goths - Goths' General Angry, skinny guy who rules over a bunch of strong barbarians? HELL YEAH!! I would let this man scream at me in his Gothic font langueage BHAHAHHAHAH

IX. Asterix and the Normans - Centurion and Olaf Timandahaf Old but hot. Short but powerful. ✨ CENTURION ✨ Olaf have one of the nicest design, so pleasure for eyes and so unique. Especially his helmet, long horns and feathers look awesome! I'm in love in his stupid, happy face in the end of the comic

I still think about the fact that Asterix in Britain was written long enough ago that France hadn’t adopted the 5 day work week as a standard and has the book fuckin- make fun of Brits for being lazy and needing TWO days off a week The fact that they leave the joke in in the recent American translation is also wild to me. Like I get it, but also I don’t. I did a double take the first time I read it too
