Sometimes this yoga journey feels like I'm unlearning everything I have learned. The meditative practice of being aware of each thought slowly reveals that the things we thought to be true all along are merely illusions that we have either build for ourselves or collectively as a society. The illusion that we need power and control; the illusion that we need to define what's right and what's wrong; the illusion that happiness and success is something we need to actively seek in order to have... In the state that we have created for ourselves, we are made to belief that we are never enough - that there is always something we need to make ourselves better. It is liberating to see past this - our own ego and the collective ego we have build for ourselves in society. There is no need to define or be defined as good or bad, right or wrong, success or failure...
