Cold gives him a look like your distractions are not the kind that prevent people from calling for help but just says "No bombs," and Axel lifts his hands and steps back and looks back down at the cops. One of them is out of the cruiser and starting down the side of the building, and the other is... kind of half-out of the car, not really moving yet.

The one walking down the side of the building is going to spot Piper unless everything starts going really well. Given the night so far, nothing is going to start going really well.

Axel takes a couple steps back and giggles. It helps.

After hearing about Sam Scudder’s rise to power, Leonard Snart and Mick Rory return to Central City, only to find that Scudder and Rosa have got a team of metahumans recruited, including Shawna Baez and Mark Mardon. Wary of working with other metas, Len, Lisa and Mick hire Hartley Rathaway to their team.

Axel Walker just…shows up every so often. Len chooses not to comment.

Also apologies for not being active in a while. I had a few issues that I needed to deal with in my own time, but I think it’s all resolved now.
