Baby MK meets the brotherhood

As I said Azure Lion would love to meet lil MK, and Yellowtusk would too. Yellowtusk wouldn’t volunteer to watch MK but he’d be that uncle that would bring him little gifts or money whenever he saw him. Peng doesn’t like little MK, and little MK doesn’t like Peng. The feelings are mutual and they keep their distance from one another.

Been thinking of a new AU. :3

It’s pretty similar to Stargaze, in the sense that Liu’er hatched from a meteor. The difference is, instead of his meteor landing on Flower Fruit Mountain, it landed in the courtyard of the Jade Emperor’s palace. In the celestial realm.

Basically it’s Sleeping Beauty but with monkeys and crime.

yumei doesn't remember how to fly

Yumei: h-he asked me if I can still fly...

As soon as he mentions his inability to fly, Azure's expression immediately changes to one of concern.

Azure: oh...that's not good, can I ask you something?

Yumei: uh....yeah?

-first attempt to fly: failed-

Fact about yumei:

☆-She has been locked inside a magical diamond-shaped stone that stores memories and memories of the user for a long, long time. Thanks to this, she can no longer differentiate whether or not she is trapped in the stone.

Day 28 - Brotherhood

You ever notice that one shot in an anime intro, where there will be several characters standing at different levels (foreground, midground, background) and they’ll all be looking at the viewer? That’s the sort of idea I had for this drawing.

(Azure Lion is one of my favourite characters. I will not tell you my hierarchy of favourites, but he is one of them)

What about lil MK and his uncle Lion?

I think that if Azure Lion and Wukong were on better terms, then Azure would make a wonderful uncle! He’d probably take better care of MK than Wukong could tbh, and he’d be a very trusted sitter if needed. I think if all the history between Azure and Wukong hadn’t happened he’d relish every chance he got to spend time with MK, seeing him as an extension of his friendship with Wukong. MK would love how much energy he has and he’d be a fun but responsible uncle.

If little MK somehow met Azure after Wukong was sent to strike him and the brotherhood down, Azure wouldn’t be close with MK. He’d wish to be close with a certain amount of melancholy. I’m sure he misses his friendship with Wukong, and he’d feel he’s missing out on a big part of Wukong’s life, one he could’ve been a part of if things had been different.
