i played the homies hoods sneak peeks we have in order to see what the vibe’s like so far and devil’s flower followed by get busy is such a lethal combo like damn lmao

#vee queued to fill the void #when we get all our previews i’ll probably listen in album order lol #it’s the reason why those two songs aren’t on the same ep it’s too powerful LOL #before we started rolling out the previews i had a jp fan on my feed a little apprehensive about the eps #because they were worried about the music divorcing itself from rap and feeling more like an idol franchise than a cool rap project #i find myself thinking about those tweets with each release lol #i’d be concerned if it wasn’t obviously a different perspective on the characters #like it’s still part of hypmic’s storytelling thru music but lmao #the fact it feels like a summer music festival because the boys are willingly making themselves in universe idols is sending me LMAO #but that is the vibe i’m getting lol!!!!! hypmic’s version of a summer sonic music festival and it’s neat tbh!!!!!#i’m still hoping that ichiro and samatoki are going to do hip hop and r&b/gangster rap respectively but even if not #it’s just fun to see what music everyone wants to make when they don’t have to rap lol

honestly i'm trying not to be a hater because ultraz is obviously just filling the obligatory pseudo-antagonistic new unit role that every new season of an idol anime seems to need

but even though they do work hard, they are making tsubasa's work more difficult. it's not only their fault that her job has been so overwhelming lately, and the primary blame still lies on the agency that's running her ragged, but their behavior is not helping in the slightest

sucks that eisuke feels neglected or like she favors b-pro, but honestly goushi said nothing wrong. tsubasa is legit just so busy these days that she doesn't have time to eat, and this kid wants to sulk because when she finally gets a chance to grab a bite it isn't with him. that is childish

if goushi did anything wrong, yeah, maybe he shouldn't have implied they don't do any "real" work when he doesn't watch their content. but wtf was eisuke on about "you're the childish one for calling me childish" no tf he is not dude you were being childish

anyway for the love of god someone please give tsubasa the break she deserves

nearly five years after s2, b-project s3 is finally here and it feels... oddly... hinged? to me?? like am i just misremembering how unhinged earlier bpro was???

i don't dislike this first ep per se and i feel for tsubasa like good god my girl is being overworked to pieces leave her alone!! but i guess this very grounded corporate sort of drama is kind of not what i expected like why isn't anyone summoning demons anymore the economy is in shambles

anyway in all seriousness i'm looking forward to hearing totto as one of the new guys (though i am still appalled by the hair on the other new one) but really am just here for kitakore bc
