Lenore stared at the message, tilting her head as she silently reread it for at least the 33rd time. Her dead-eyed, static expression did not change, even as several questions spun in her head. During her initial examination of the letter, she felt an excited flutter in her heart. A new historic researcher in Pythonel wanting to talk about their discoveries was an insanely tantalizing proposition. Ecstasy however gradually turned to confusion, then suspicion.

This was over something that most would find trivial. All of the paper products of Pythonel, applying to the material made during and after the Good Days, were made with hemp. Handling both old and new written material, Lenore could tell this letter was made not with hemp, but with trees. That was a detail that could either mean nothing at all, or that something was deeply amiss.

The bookkeeper pondered what exactly she should do. Whatever was going on here was far too intriguing to simply dismiss and ignore, but Pythonel was a dangerous city as is. Someone or something from outside its walls could be just as deadly as everything else. Investigating the matter safely seemed impossible at first, until she remembered a gift she had recently reviced.

With haste, Lenore flipped the sign adorning her shop's door to "closed", and rushed up the ladder leading to the building's second story, her residence. It was rather small, unorganized, and eclectic, but it was the one place in this dire world she felt the safest. She rushed, almost danced about the room, collecting a sheet of paper, a ballpoint, a wax stamp set, and a small magic book. Then, she planted herself at her dining table in one of the four mismatched chairs that surrounded it. Everything was placed about to create an informal writing nook, sufficient enough for transcribing her response.

Now, for the last preparation. The pale human flipped through the pages of the tome, searching for the incantation that popped in her head. Aha, there it was! Fivfinlim Port Orioint, a spell that would teleport a small item to any location, as long as something from said location was present. Casting the spell was quite draining, but it was the safest way to contact this Journey character. Lenore placed the open book to the side and, at last, started to write.

Satisfied with her words, the bookkeeper stamped her message closed and rose to her feet, both her and Journey's letters clutched in her hand. She made her way to her most favorite piece of furniture, an ornate queen double bed with a white arch headboard covered in roses. Once she was comfortable, she held Journey's note to her chest and raised her reply in the air. "Fivfinlim Port Orioint," she whispered with a small smile. A blue puff of smoke whisked the paper into nothing, and Lenore promptly fell unconscious.

All that was left now was to wait.

Hey, people. I'm back again looking for a RP partner. I am finally on break from Uni and looking for someone to RP with to kill time. It was probably a month ago when I last posted something up about it. I did find people but they either- 1) Messaged but never got back to me. 2) Weren't serious about it or 3) Didn't understand what I was looking for/the style of RP I did. I’ll post this again, hopefully with a little more detail than any of my other posts in the past. In advance: The Platforms I use are Line and Kakaotalk. My biases are J-Hope, Yongguk, Zelo, Yugyeom and Hanbin (So I'd probably ask that you RP for me as one of them). The groups I am willing to RP for you as are BTS, B.A.P, GOT7 or iKON! This may be subject to change though as I know a lot of groups. You’d just have to tell me who you wanted and I’d tell you whether or not I felt as if I could portray them well for you! A little about me RP wise: I can be very creative! I’ve been known in the past to always write paragraphs or little stories for the people that I RP with. For example, If I’m RPing as your idol and you go on a date- Then I’m likely to write you a little date scene with your Bias! I am a fanfic writer on AFF! So, I’m pretty literate. Naturally, I try to stick to the personalities that I know the idols have, too! RP STYLE: I normally only do roleplay one way. It’s not some huge fancy RP typed thing, I don’t really have the patience or energy to do those, haha. I don’t do IDOL x OC or IDOL x IDOL- I do YOU X IDOL. 1X1! If this confuses you- It is just like a chatroom… With You and Your Bias! I would RP your Bias for You and I ask that you RP my bias for me! I don’t know how to explain it super well- It’d literally just be like talking to your bias! It could be as simple as everyday casual talking or you might be dating, so it’s like chatting to your boyfriend! It’s all up in the air to be decided! Plotlines are optional, but it’s more of a casual thing. The both of us will decide how, when and where you met your idol of choice and then just take it from there! If you really wanted, He doesn’t even need to be an Idol. It can be set where he’s still a Trainee or isn’t an idol at all. Whatever floats the boat. If you’ve ever used the Mydol app then it’s sort of like that… Except I would be roleplaying your bias on the other end! It’s fun and to me, a good way to kill time. Yongguk glares at you over the shelf he keeps stocking with bags of chips. - Just a guy, you know. Regular guy trying to get by. He gives you a sharp challenging glance before casting his eyes down at the chips, he rams them perhaps a bit too hard onto the shelf. - You know who I am. Why else would you come here? If you expect to hear my tale of woe you can f-off - he adds.

Yongguk does not do heart to heart. He does not stroll down the memory lane, even for his own benefit, mostly because his particular memory lane looks more like a dark, foreboding dead-end street, the one that everybody knows is best to avoid, lest one wanna end up bloody and/or dead. It grates on his nerves, though, the fact that you are hovering over him, ready to pounce if he shows a hint of weakness. No way in hell, bro. Fucking reporters…

He puts the last four chip bags and kicks the empty cardboard box out of the way. There is a lot of pent up anger in his moves, and the only thing that stops him from lashing out is the bitter knowledge that the only outcome to his wrath would be some shitty piece in some trash paper calling him “unhinged” and “aggressive son of The Bus Stop Killer”, maybe with an addition of some para-scientific bullcrap “can killing gene be inherited?” So instead he turns away and fishes out the box cutter from the back pocket of his jeans, the blade gleams in fluorescent lights when he, in one smooth motion, cuts open the box. With a snip, the blade is hidden in its plastic cover and Yongguk moves, to stock up another shelf. He is angry, but above all, he feels helpless. One does not choose their parents after all. He tries to get to the shelf but you are in the way, he huffs and stops in front of you. “I’m working here, pal. And you’re in the way, leave.”

《 HOW DID YOU GET HERE? 》

Yongguk is the first to admit he has a lot to prove here - or rather, to disprove. There will always be the shadow of his father, the killer, hanging over him, coloring his every action in a darker shade of black than he perhaps deserves. In the eyes of the world, he seems to be guilty by association - being a kid back when his father went on a killing spree does not seem to matter to some (as per a lot of hate mail he still receives, after all those years). And as much as he would like to claim that his current involvement with Columba has nothing to do with his past - he knows he’d be lying. However, he is not sure to whom, and more importantly - what is he trying to prove. It feels too often as if he was trying to pay not his own debt and one that is impossible to settle anyway.
