Baba Ram Rahim Granted 20-Day Parole Amid Election Restrictions
This morning, spiritual leader Baba Ram Rahim, also known as MSG, reached his Barnawa Ashram in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, after receiving a 20-day parole. The parole, granted by the Haryana government, comes with strict restrictions due to the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections.
The decision to grant parole was made after the Haryana Chief Electoral Office reviewed the request in light of the Model Code of Conduct. Chief Electoral Officer Pankaj Agarwal confirmed that the parole was approved, provided it complied with election-related regulations.
Parole Conditions and Restrictions
Due to the sensitive timing, Baba Ram Rahim's parole includes several restrictions:
No stay in Haryana: The Dera chief must remain outside Haryana throughout the parole to prevent any electoral influence, given his vast following in the state.
No public speeches: He is prohibited from making public speeches or statements that could impact public opinion during his leave.
No election involvement: Baba Ram Rahim is barred from participating in or endorsing any political activity or candidates.
Public Reactions and Opinions
The parole has sparked divided reactions. His followers celebrate his temporary release, seeing him as a humanitarian figure. In contrast, critics, particularly those involved in legal disputes with him, express concern over the timing of the parole.
FAQs on Parole and Furlough
Parole vs. Furlough: Parole is granted for specific reasons like emergencies or important ceremonies and can be given for up to 70 days per year. Furlough, on the other hand, is a leave granted without reason, usually to maintain social ties, and can last up to 20 days annually.
Timing of Parole Before Elections: Former jailer Sunil Sangwan dismissed claims that Baba Ram Rahim’s parole was linked to elections, explaining that the frequent elections in Haryana make such overlaps inevitable.
Baba Ram Rahim's Jail Life: According to Sangwan, Baba Ram Rahim follows jail rules diligently and does not demand special treatment, countering rumors of a luxurious prison stay.

Kumar Vishwas has started batting dangerously on the pitch of Hindutva, what is his intention? Opinion
Kumar Vishwas has generally followed the soft Hindutva line. There have been talks of him joining the BJP but he never speaks against Nehru or Indira Gandhi. He also considers Rahul Gandhi a good person. He has also taken a dig at the BJP and RSS when he had the opportunity. But now he has adopted the hardline Hindutva line.

Poet, story teller, motivational speaker, former politician Kumar Vishwas is in the news these days. Recently, he came under the target of so-called secular parties by taking a dig at Bollywood artist Sonakshi Sinha's marriage without naming her. It has not even been 2 weeks since this incident that he attacked Saif Ali Khan and his son Taimur without naming them. Obviously, his video clips are going viral on social media. One section is opposing him while millions of people are supporting him with loud applause. The thing to see is that one thing common in both of his statements is that both of them support the concept of radical Hindutva. Although a story teller talks about Hindu religion, Vishwas's Hindutva seems to go much further than that. The biggest thing is that the public is liking him. ...So what should be understood from this?
Till now all parties were equal for him He is not only commenting on Sonakshi and Saif Ali, for the last few days, his speech is showing the style of a hard core leader of BJP. This tone of Vishwas is being considered special and surprising because till now he used to walk a middle path. There was a balance in his statements, speeches and interviews. Which made it seem that he wanted to keep his doors open for both Congress and BJP. Rahul Gandhi was praised in his statements and he was never seen speaking against Nehru and Indira Gandhi. Along with this, many times he also criticized BJP and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He once also took a dig at Baba Ramdev, the video of which is suddenly going viral. In this video, while reciting a poem, Kumar Vishwas is saying that I bought his salt during Navratri, I think he sells his product in such a way that if you do not buy it, then you resign from Sanatan Dharma on the same day. Vishwas says that it was written on that product that it was 25 lakh years old salt extracted from the Himalayas, and the expiry date written below it was 7th February. During this, he is also seen taking a dig at Acharya Balkrishna. This is the reason why the sudden change in the form of Kumar Vishwas is surprising people.
The path of radical Hindutva is coming at a time when it seems that BJP itself is changing. The way RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and Narendra Modi have shown their path against radicalism in the last few days, it seems that we have delayed the decision again. Because on one hand, the RSS chief is saying that the temple mosque dispute should now stop in the country. On the other hand, PM Modi is sending chaadar for Ajmer Dargah. He celebrates Christmas by going to the church. It is clear that whether it is RSS or BJP, both are going through a phase of change at this time. But in Uttar Pradesh, BJP is in a different colour. The kind of speech CM Yogi Adityanath gave in the UP assembly after the Sambhal violence, it was clear from that that the issue of Hindutva will remain hot in Uttar Pradesh.
From the things Kumar Vishwas said in the presence of CM Yogi Adityanath and Rajnath Singh at the program held on Atal Jayanti in Lucknow, it was clear that he has no regrets for the jibe he made on Sonakshi Sinha's marriage. He then said that I advise everyone to read Ramayana and Mahabharata. If you read Hindu scriptures, you will not make such mistakes. Then I say that give complete information about the family members of Ram and Sita to your family members. Then he also takes another jibe at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal without naming him. Vishwas says that I had read Mahabharata and Ramayana, so I understood that if my friend has become Duryodhan, then it is better to leave the chariot, otherwise he will be killed like Karna. Today he would have been giving account of the liquor scam. 3- Has Vishwas received Yogi's blessings? In this Lucknow program, Vishwas had also predicted Yogi's becoming the Prime Minister. He said that these days I am listening to the statements of my leftist brothers. They are praising Atal ji. When Atal ji was in power, he was called a fanatic. Then Advani ji came and the same people started praising Atal ji. After this, when Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister, both Atal and Advani became great. Then he turned towards CM Yogi and said that Chief Minister ji, the day is not far when people will call PM Modi good.
Kumar Vishwas did not stop here. He praised Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He described Yogi as the most optimistic source of energy in India. Actually, what Kumar Vishwas meant to say was that the day is not far when Yogi Adityanath will come to the Centre, and then people will say what a good person Narendra Modi was. After this statement of his, the people present on the stage started smiling and there was applause too. Meanwhile, Kumar also said that when the BJP state president came to me, it felt as if he was giving a slip for a seat. There was a lot of applause for this.
There are only benefits for the believers in the path of Hinduism Actually, there are only benefits for Kumar Vishwas from batting aggressively on the Hindu pitch. Till now, Ram Katha has been done in the traditional style. All the old narrators like Morari Bapu etc. are getting old. Meanwhile, the demand for Kumar Vishwas as a narrator has increased in the whole country. His eloquence and being a stage poet brings life to his storytelling. People listen to his story with full attention for hours. People like his jokes in between. The tadka of hardline Hindutva in it makes people feel proud of their religion. It is obvious that what else does a narrator need. He has already burnt his hands in politics once. Secondly, he himself says that speaking the truth and not bowing down before anyone makes his political success doubtful. Despite this, who does not have the greed for power? It is obvious that the path of hardline Hindutva is going to pave the way for political success.

[ad_1] Ram Gopal Varma can’t get over Lawrence Bishnoi’s quest to avenge the killing of a blackbuck by targeting Salman Khan. The filmmaker continued his Twitter monologue against the gangster on his X handle on Monday. What Ram Gopal Varma said Ram Gopal Varma reposted his earlier rant on X and wrote further, “LAWRENCE BISHNOI was just a 5 YEAR OLD KID when the deer was killed in 1998 and Bishnoi maintained his grudge for 25 years and now at age 30 he says that his LIFE’S GOAL is to kill SALMAN to take REVENGE for KILLING that DEER .. Is this ANIMAL love at its PEAK or GOD playing a WEIRD JOKE ?” About the blackbuck case Lawrence Bishnoi, 31, alias Balkaran Barar was all of five when the infamous blackbuck poaching case involving Salman took place in 1998 during the filming of Sooraj Barjatya’s family drama Hum Saath-Saath Hain in Rajasthan, irking the Bishnoi community which revers the animal. Twenty-six years down the line, the notorious gangster’s deep resentment against Salman even while in prison continues to make headlines, especially after the gunning down of former Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Baba Siddique, known to be close to the Bollywood actor, by three assailants in Mumbai last week. The Mumbai Police suspects Siddique was killed at the behest of Bishnoi after a purported Facebook post surfaced, claiming “Jo Salman Khan aur Dawood gang ki help karega apna hisab-kitab laga ke rakhna (whoever helps Salman Khan and the Dawood Ibrahim gang, keep your accounts in order).” The comments were posted by one Shubuu Lonkar, whom the police suspect to be Bishnoi gang aide Shubham Rameshwar Lonkar. Despite being lodged in prison, Bishnoi has allegedly managed to execute murders of many high-profile people, including Punjabi singer Siddhu Moosewala in 2022, Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi in 2023, besides orchestrating firing outside the residences of singers AP Dhillon and Gippy Garewal in Canada. According to the police, the animosity between Bishnoi and Salman first became public in 2018 when Bishnoi said during a court appearance in Jodhpur, “We will kill Salman Khan. Everyone will know once we take action. I have not done anything as of now, they are accusing me of crimes for no reason.” Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman is busy shooting for Bigg Boss 18 and his next film, Sikandar. The Confluence of Faith and Politics: An Insight into the Diverse Invitees of the Ram Mandir Inauguration Ceremony
In what is anticipated to be a historic and culturally significant event, the ‘Pran Pratishta’ ceremony of Lord Ram’s idol in Ayodhya has garnered attention not only for its religious importance but also for its diverse and eclectic guest list. Scheduled for January 22, the ceremony marks the inauguration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, and the invitees represent a unique blend of faith, politics, and global representation.
Over 7,000 individuals have received invitations, ranging from political figures and international guests to ordinary people who have made extraordinary contributions to the Mandir Movement. The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has meticulously curated this list, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
The international guest list for the event underscores its global significance, with over 100 guests from 53 countries, including the US, the UK, Europe, Australia, and Africa. Among the distinguished invitees are oncologist Bharat Barai and Nokia Bell Labs-CTO fellow Abhay Asthana. Bharat Barai, known for his support of the BJP and efforts to strengthen India-Israel relations, notably lobbied for Narendra Modi’s visa clearance in 2014, overcoming a 10-year visa ban.
The ceremony also exemplifies inclusivity by extending an invitation to Iqbal Ansari, who fought a legal case in support of the Babri Masjid. Despite his past association with the mosque, Ansari has actively supported the construction of the Ram Mandir, symbolizing a collective move towards unity.
Another remarkable inclusion is Mohammed Habib, a Muslim karsevak who participated in the Ram Mandir agitation. His emotional response to the invitation reflects the historic nature of the consecration ceremony and the sense of unity it embodies.
The entertainment industry is well-represented by actors Arun Govil and Dipika Chikhlia, known for their iconic portrayal of Ram and Sita in the TV serial ‘Ramayan.’ Their presence adds a nostalgic touch, evoking memories of the widely watched show in the late 1980s.
Spiritual leaders, including Dalai Lama, Mata Amritanandamayi, Yoga guru Baba Ramdev, and Jaggi Vasudev, will grace the occasion with their presence. Business tycoons like Mukesh Ambani, Gautam Adani, and Ratan Tata, along with figures from Bollywood and cricket, further diversify the guest list.
However, the event has not been without its share of political complexities. The opposition, particularly the CPM and the Trinamool Congress, faces a dilemma over participation, with concerns about the politicization of religious belief. Even the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena has chosen to stay away, labeling it a BJP political rally.
The Congress, a key constituent of the INDIA bloc, grapples with a challenging decision regarding its participation, wary of potential electoral repercussions. Invitations extended to senior Congress leaders, including Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh, have added a political dimension to the event.
The meticulously designed invitations, comprising the main invitation card, a ‘Pran Pratishtha’ program card, and a booklet detailing the Ram Janmabhoomi Movement, reflect the elaborate nature of the ceremony. The schedule outlines the commencement of the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ puja at 11:30 am on January 22, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressing the guests at 12:30 pm.
As the nation awaits this historic event with bated breath, the diverse guest list stands as a testament to the inclusivity and cultural richness surrounding the consecration of the Ram Mandir. The ceremony is poised to be a confluence of religious fervor, political significance, and global representation, embodying the essence of a unified India.

Punjabi—Hari means intact with the Family Tree and Green, while cut off is "Sukkot" = Dry Dead Wood. https://youtu.be/3qMV22c0Z1M Hari Om Shanti in Brahma, Yahweh, Khudah, etc. if you go by the will of Brahma taught by a Brahmin Guru = Moral Teacher Matt 13.v52 to Har Aikum Kaar of Parbrahm, Elohim, Allah, etc. if you go by the Will of ParBrahm, Elohim, Allah, etc. taught by your own “Innerman”, the Christ = Satguru, etc. BRAH KAE BAETTAE TO PARBRAHM KAE BAETTAE. Hari Om Shanti prevails if you stick to your tribal fathers or remain a Hindu, the First Panth where the moral laws are taught and make you faithful to the creator of Nature Brahma, Yahweh, Khudah, etc. Prophet Elijah, my god is demiurge Yahweh. Otherwise you are just a Sukkatt, dry wood cut off from the family tree in Adam and joined the tribeless groups of Satan and he creates the sectarian riots as in 1947 when our Jatts cut themselves off the Family "JATT QOM" Tree of Hari Om Shanti and joined the groups of Al-Djmar Al-Aksa, the most powerful Satan that exploits people in the name of religion and create deadly sectarian riots. Recent example of this most destructive powerful Satan was President Morsi of Egypt having a Mountain of Muslim Brotherhood but the ever-faithful sons of Ishmael locked him in the jail and he died there or Hari Om Shanti prevailed among the tribal people. In 1947, our Jatts that were kept United by our Jatt Qom Pillar Chaudhry Chhotu Ram Ohlyan Jatt that religion is a changeable shirt but not your physical body that is born and will die left His Tenets and changed their tribal identity into Sikh Qom, Hindu Qom and Muslim Qom, etc. or became Sukkot, then they died as the dry wood, Sukkot, catches fire and burns. The Green Wood "Hari" doesn't catch fire but flourishes under their Jatt Qom Unity and they live in Peace "Shanti". Or Hari Om Shanti prevails among the faithful tribal people and Brahma, Yahweh, Khuda, etc., the Creator of Adam and His tribes looks after your comforts and you have no Hurricanes, floods or the natural disasters as the Mammon-infested USA and others suffer. I lived in Ghana for 14 years and never had strong winds or disasters. The same applies to the people of the Brazillian Jungles who have the tribal marks for tribal unity. Assassination Bid On Sukhbir Singh Badal During His Penance At Golden Temple, Suspect Arrested
Sukhbir Singh Badal began serving his penance on Tuesday morning, a day after he was directed to perform as a ‘sewadar'

A man opened fire at Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) chief and former Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal while he was serving his punishment at Amritsar’s Golden Temple on Wednesday morning. Police have arrested the suspect and are questioning him.
The suspect has been identified as Narayan Singh Chaura, a former member of Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), one of the oldest Khalistani separatist groups.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Of Police (ADCP) Harpal Singh said the security arrangements were proper, but the shooter tried to do some mischief and could not succeed.
Amritsar Police Commissioner Gurpreet Singh Bhullar said personnel Rishpal Singh, Jasbir and Parminder displayed alertness and foiled the attempt.
He said Narayan Singh Chaura (attacker), who has a criminal record, has been arrested and a case has been registered.
Amritsar MP and Congress leader Gurjeet Singh Aujla called the incident unfortunate. He said there’s no frisking at Golden temple. He said he did not want to blame CM Mann and added that there was no Khalistani sentiment in Punjab.

Badal began serving his penance on Tuesday morning, a day after he was directed to perform as a ‘sewadar’, and wash dishes and clean shoes at the Golden Temple in Amritsar. Badal was seen wearing a plaque around his neck as he sat in a wheelchair because of a fractured leg.
Sri Akal Takht, the highest temporal body of Sikhs, handed the corrective measures to Badal and other leaders for supporting Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim in the 2015 sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib.
CM Mann Lauds Efforts Of Cops
Punjab Chief Minister Bagwant Mann condemned the attack and lauded the timely action of Punjab Police, who prevented a “major incident" from happening.
“It is the result of the promptness of the Punjab Police that the conspiracy to defame Punjab and Punjabis has failed. The police achieved great success by arresting the assailant on the spot with their promptness," he said and added, “I have issued strict instructions to the police to immediately investigate the incident and submit a report."
SAD Leader Seeks CM’s Resignation
SAD leader Daljit Singh Cheema demanded the resignation of Punjab CM and AAP leader Bhagwant Mann over the incident and the poor law and order situation in the state.
He said, “’Sevaks’ were offering ‘seva’ here. SAD chief Sukhbir Singh Badal was sitting by the Guru Ram Das Dwar as ‘Chowkidar’. A bullet was fired in his direction. I thank Guru Nanak he saved his ‘sevak’.
“This is a huge incident, what era is Punjab being pushed into? I would like to ask the CM of Punjab, where do you want to take Punjab? The attacker was caught on the spot. I also thank the security personnel here. Had they not acted promptly. There should be a high-level judicial inquiry into the incident. We will continue with our ‘seva’," he added.
Akal Takht Issues Penalty
The sentence was issued after Badal offered an unconditional apology to the Akal Takht, acknowledging his mistakes. The Sikh leaders had asked him to respond with either ‘yes’ or ‘no.’ Sukhbir Badal responded ‘yes’ to all the questions.
He admitted to crimes including the gun firing incident, sacrilege and backing the Dera head.
Sukhbir Badal was granted some leniency due to a leg injury. In addition, the title of ‘Fakhr-e-Qaum’ awarded to his father Prakash Singh Badal when he was Chief Minister was revoked after Baba from Sirsa was forgiven.
The sentence was pronounced by Jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh, also directed the working committee of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) to accept the resignation of Sukhbir Badal as party chief, besides forming a committee to hold elections for the post of SAD president and office-bearers within six months.
The five Singh Sahibans (Sikh clergy) also pronounced religious punishment for other Sikh leaders who served as ministers in the Akali Cabinet during 2007 to 2017.
Giani Raghbir Singh said Sukhbir Badal, who was on a wheelchair because of a fractured leg, and rebel leader Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa have been asked to sit outside the Golden Temple wearing the dress of ‘sewadar’ for one hour each for two days.
They will also perform the service of ‘sewadar’ at Takht Kesgarh Sahib, Takht Damdama Sahib, Darbar Sahib at Muktsar and Fatehgarh Sahib for two days each.
Both Sukhbir Badal and Sukhdev Dhindsa were asked to clean utensils and shoes of devotees at the Golden Temple for one hour, besides listening to ‘kirtan’.
The punishment came nearly three months after Sukhbir Badal was declared ‘tankhaiya’ (guilty of religious misconduct) by the Akal Takht.
The Jathedar also directed Akali leaders Sucha Singh Langah, Hira Singh Gabria, Balwinder Singh Bhundar, Daljit Singh Cheema and Gulzar Singh Ranike to clean washrooms for one hour at the Golden Temple, and then clean utensils at the community kitchen after taking bath.
They will also listen to ‘kirtan’ for one hour, the Jathedar said. Other Akali leaders, including Bibi Jagir Kaur, Prem Singh Chandumajra, Surjit Singh Rakhra, Bikram Singh Majithia, Mahesh Inder Singh Grewal, Charanjit Singh Atwal, and Adesh Partap Singh Kairon, were also told to clean washrooms at the Golden Temple for one hour.
