IELTS Band Score
IELTS Exam: A Gateway to Global Opportunities
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a standardized test designed to evaluate the English language proficiency of non-native English speakers. Recognized globally, IELTS serves as a benchmark for individuals aspiring to study, work, or immigrate to English-speaking countries.
IELTS Band Score: Decoding the Evaluation System
The IELTS Band Score is a crucial component of the exam, providing a comprehensive assessment of an individual's English language skills. The scoring system ranges from 0 to 9, with each band corresponding to a specific level of proficiency. Let's break down the key aspects of the Band Score:
Listening Module: This module assesses the ability to understand spoken English in various contexts. Scores for the Listening module range from 1 to 9, with 9 indicating expert proficiency.
Reading Module: Evaluating the ability to comprehend written passages, the Reading module assigns band scores based on correct answers out of 40 questions. Band scores in this module also range from 1 to 9.
Writing Module: Divided into two tasks, the Writing module assesses the candidate's written communication skills. Task Achievement, Coherence and Cohesion, Lexical Resource, and Grammatical Range and Accuracy contribute to band scores ranging from 1 to 9.
Speaking Module: This module evaluates verbal communication skills. Fluency, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range and Accuracy, and Pronunciation contribute to band scores ranging from 1 to 9.
Overall Band Score: The Composite Proficiency Level
The Overall Band Score is an average of the individual module scores, providing a comprehensive snapshot of the candidate's English language proficiency. For example, if a candidate scores 7 in Listening, 8 in Reading, 7 in Writing, and 7.5 in Speaking, the Overall Band Score would be calculated as (7 + 8 + 7 + 7.5) / 4 = 7.375, rounded up to 7.5.
Rounding Up Scores: Ensuring Precision
IELTS band scores are rounded up to the nearest 0.5 or whole number, ensuring precision in the assessment. This rounding mechanism helps provide a fair and accurate representation of the candidate's proficiency level.
IELTS Score Validity: Two Years of Relevance
An IELTS score remains valid for two years from the test date. After this period, the score becomes invalid, emphasizing the importance of recent language proficiency for academic and immigration purposes.
Conclusion: Unlocking Opportunities with IELTS Band Score
In conclusion, the IELTS Band Score serves as a key to unlocking a myriad of opportunities, from pursuing higher education to navigating the global job market. As individuals aim for higher band scores, they position themselves for success in their academic and professional endeavors, making IELTS a vital step towards achieving their aspirations on the global stage.

Reita R&R 055 - Translation (Part 1)

Reita R&R 055 - Translation (Part 1)
(Page 034+035) This time I want to hear something about the ‚expanse of the GazettE’. Thank you in advance for your help. The pleasure is all mine. The expanse of conservation is my weak point (lol) No no (lol). First of all, The Gazette produced 6 albums until now and seperated them into 2 albums for the 3 tours right? The most important reason why we resolved to do it, was that we constantly released albums, which exhausts a band. After ‚BEAUTIFUL DEFORMITY’, which we released  last year, finished and after the tour was over, we asked ourselves the way it is now; should we produce new albums?`. The tour was over after 1 ½ months. The production time of the album was a bit shorter. But even though we’re asking ourselves if the next one will be impossible to do or not sucessfull. These kind of things is what shortens the life spans of a band. I have a feeling that we digested ‚BEAUTIFUL DEFORMITY’ too fast. After we talked about what we wanted to do next, we talked about how we will once again go into the old songs, about the good parts of the old songs and which songs we want to use for the next lives. We talked about that because if it’s about things like that (like producing albums) you shoudn’t do it carelessly. It’s better to work thoroughly on it for a year. The decided result was to seperate the 6 albums into 2 for each tour. You decided to make fanclub only lives. What’s the history of that? What’s the reasoning on that? A tour like this will not happen a second time. If it’s something like that, we want the fanclub members seeing it. Does it not go without saying that the fanclub get’s more rights? If there wouldn’t be some benefits for the (fanclub) member than a fanclub would be unfortunately pointless. But on the other hand, we need to do these lives.  We’re not this kind of  band you (the fans) can go on a journey with (lol). I think because we can only show our gratitude while doing lives, that there was this privilege of the fanclub. It’s not like that someone told us, it’s more of a natrual progress. „DISORDER“ and „NIL“ got combined as „NAMELESS LIBERTY DISORDER HEAVEN“ and „PULSE WRIGGLING TO DIM SCENE“ contained „STACKED RUBBISH“ and „DIM“. Did you suffer from any setback during the rehearsal? „NAMELESS LIBERTY DISORDER HEAVEN“ was difficult. There was no bandscore for „DISORDER“, also the sound was poorly and to be honest ,I often didn’t know how to play (lol). Because of that, at first, I played by ear and after that was the pre-production. In such a case it happened that everyone was playing something different (lol). While we improved those parts, we arranged it that it wasn’t easy to hear anymore and we were looking forward to the tour. Before the start of the tour, the sounds of the songs were embarrissing and we thought that it won’t work. Because we’re playing those songs after such a long time and because we have songs you’re thinking: we made those songs a long time ago and our style now is the very opposite. But actually we never had the feeling during the live that we should be embarressed and we got into is easily. Also the Fans remembered those songs. Of course we prepare ourselves well (for a live) but when we hear the fans singing along during the live, this makes us happy. What simply makes me happy the most is, when I hear fans saying that they can easily adjust themselves to a new song. If they would like the old songs more, than I would ask myself what we achieved until now. But because I heard that I calmed down. For me a song gets appreciation when I can see it on the faces of the fans that they can feel it. I think for me that is the meaning of a tour. Thank God. How was the second part „PULSE WRIGGLING TO DIM SCENE“? We’re just turning towards the second part of the tour (the interview was in July). This time it was a little bit different than the first part because we had some problems in the beginning. If we’re doing a live and our own feelings offer resistance, then the audience feels it and acts differently? Even when I thought that a live went well, the fans told me that it left something to be desired. Because of that I’m asking myself if I can’t express what I want to pursue during a live. I think normaly the things I’m saying is super simple to transfer, but I have the feeling that I’m not free to say it. I really want to say it. Because of that a lot of missunderstandings happen. Not to say something makes me twitchy and even if I’m not saying it I want that (the fans) to understand it during a live. Those feelings are mixing with each other and those unclear parts are existing during the tour.
