I made a mistake last night and had a few too many Vodka sodas. I got McD's on the way home from the bar, but ordered 2 burgers without the buns. So it's not as bad as it could have been. Lol. I may have slipped out of #keto but am going to go right back into it with #intermittentfasting and #exercise In the past, I would have given up on my goal because I messed up. #Keto flu hit me hard today, but am finally in ketosis. Also pretty sore from the last few days of the gym. I spent the day focusing on prepping food, hydrating and working on getting past this part of carb withdrawal. It made it hard working out and felt like I had no endurance. It was hard sticking to my nutrition and fitness plan, but I did it! Tomorrow is a new day and a new challenge! I had 2 main meals today between noon and 6pm, along with other foods/snacks. First was steak, egg, and asparagus.
