Honestly 60 aeconds is WAY too short to talk about motivation. I recorded another but it was about 2 minutes and I was still rushing it. Basically I can't tell you what your motivation is. I can't tell you if it is good or bad. You need to decide for yourself and make it yours. Didn't realise till I'd finished on bench - "Doh", but I'll take it. Lucky I didnt push it past 5 reps on the last Set though. I have been guilty of jumping up way to quickly in weight with this program and it was never a good idea. Am enjoying it more this time. Steady increase, steady strength gain.
