Today was a great day! I weighed myself this morning and am down about 8 pounds since the 1st. I met my water intake goal with my #HidrateSpark , stayed close to my #ketodiet goals with #myfitnesspal , and had a very successful workout at the gym and burned over 2k calories. I made a mistake last night and had a few too many Vodka sodas. I got McD's on the way home from the bar, but ordered 2 burgers without the buns. So it's not as bad as it could have been. Lol. I may have slipped out of #keto but am going to go right back into it with #intermittentfasting and #exercise In the past, I would have given up on my goal because I messed up. #Keto flu hit me hard today, but am finally in ketosis. Also pretty sore from the last few days of the gym. I spent the day focusing on prepping food, hydrating and working on getting past this part of carb withdrawal. It made it hard working out and felt like I had no endurance. It was hard sticking to my nutrition and fitness plan, but I did it! Tomorrow is a new day and a new challenge! I had 2 main meals today between noon and 6pm, along with other foods/snacks. First was steak, egg, and asparagus. #firstmealoftoday to break my #intermittentfast #18hourfast #6hourstoeat . I mixed parm cheese, zero carb seasonings and a splash of my 1 cup of milk into the eggs, once cooked, I spread sour cream and guac on the egg tortilla, then added bacon and rolled it up. #ketogeniclife #ketolife #ketogenic #breakfast I also hit the #gym today. This isn’t my true starting weight, but this is may weight as of January 1, 2018. My heaviest was 322 lbs. My goal weight is 214 lbs and to reach that by October 18, 2018. That means I need to continue to loose 2-3 lbs a week until then.
