so it seems I’m finally speaking to you. I hesitated because you don’t allow for anon asks, and I didn’t want to break the immersion by using an account, but since people are claiming to be the n stinky anon I’ve come to explain.

I am not the original anon, I saw the original n stinky anon and decided to take up the mantle, so while I’m not the first I am the most prominent. Every time there was a wave of n stinky anon asks it was me. I would message accounts that seemed to like N because in the post I saw of the one of the original n stinky asks it was mentioned this person targeted that sort of account. I messaged multiple at once for a larger effect.

There seems to be N stinky anons that have come after me. I have no connection with any that have come before or after me. I am also not on that discord server that has been mentioned.

I thought it was funny to continue the gimmick after it was clear the original n stinky anon wasn’t doing it anymore, but with people claiming to be the anon and other asking variants of n stinky it’s no longer a niche thing I gave an extended life to. People no doubt will get sick of it and demand answers so it can finally end. It seems the joke must come to an end.

My wandering spirit will torment N tumblr no longer.

Hi! I just saw your art of your oc Jared and I wanted to say that he is really cool! I was really happy when I saw your comic with Jared and N because I also have a previous PMD hero oc and I just find it really awesome that Jared is a previous PMD hero! (sorry if this part is worded weirdly. I just was really excited to see that Jared was once a PMD hero)

Anyways, if you don't mind me asking, was Jared a hero for one of the original PMD games or a different (original) PMD world? What region does Jared normally live in and does he move to Unova or does he met N when N is traveling around the world?

(Sorry I'm a few days late to answer!) Thank you so much! It means so much to me to know he already made an impact with someone on here he's been living rent free in my head for years as my favorite OC so I'm glad to know its working on other people lol

In terms of his PMD status, I consider Jared to be a PMD protagonist of an original story rather than a pre-existing game. I do have ideas for how said PMD story plays out, but that aspect hasn't been fully fleshed out yet beyond ideas for characters he meets. His status as a former mystery dungeon protag is mainly important because I plan to explore his grief for a life he loved and people he cared for being stripped away more than anything, this man has so many attachment issues because of a force beyond his control

And in regards to where he lives, I haven't fully decided on which region he was born in, but after he gets sent back to the regular world post mystery dungeon, Jared basically becomes a nomad for a good part of his life. He's emotionally lost after being stripped away from what he thought was going to be his new normal and doesn't really have anyone to rely on from his original human life to contact anymore, so he just kind of goes from region to region hoping to find a new purpose in life. I also picture he meets N on said travels, who is going through his own personal soul search in between BW2 and Masters, and after a good few plot points and healing for the both of them they do eventually get their own home together in Unova once the two feel mentally ready to settle down somewhere

i have chronic pain. i am neurodivergent. i understand - deeply - the allure of a "quick fix" like AI. i also just grew up in a different time. we have been warned about this.

15 entire years ago i heard about this. in my forensics class in high school, we watched a documentary about how AI-based "crime solving" software was inevitably biased against people of color.

my teacher stressed that AI is like a book: when someone writes it, some part of the author will remain within the result. the internet existed but not as loudly at that point - we didn't know that AI would be able to teach itself off already-biased Reddit threads. i googled it: yes, this bias is still happening. yes, it's just as bad if not worse.

i can't actually stop you. if you wanna use ChatGPT to slide through your classes, that's on you. it's your money and it's your time. you will spend none of it thinking, you will learn nothing, and, in college, you will piss away hundreds of thousands of dollars. you will stand at the podium having done nothing, accomplished nothing. a cold and bitter pyrrhic victory.

i'm not even sure students actually read the essays or summaries or emails they have ChatGPT pump out. i think it just flows over them and they use the first answer they get. my brother teaches engineering - he recently got fifty-three copies of almost-the-exact-same lab reports. no one had even changed the wording.

and yes: AI itself (as a concept and practice) isn't always evil. there's AI that can help detect cancer, for example. and yet: when i ask my students if they'd be okay with a doctor that learned from AI, many of them balk. it is one thing if they don't read their engineering textbook or if they don't write the critical-thinking essay. it's another when it starts to affect them. they know it's wrong for AI to broad-spectrum deny insurance claims, but they swear their use of AI is different.

there's a strange desire to sort of divorce real-world AI malpractice over "personal use". for example, is it moral to use AI to write your cover letters? cover letters are essentially only templates, and besides: AI is going to be reading your job app, so isn't it kind of fair?

i recently found out that people use AI as a romantic or sexual partner. it seems like teenagers particularly enjoy this connection, and this is one of those "sticky" moments as a teacher. honestly - you can roast me for this - but if it was an actually-safe AI, i think teenagers exploring their sexuality with a fake partner is amazing. it prevents them from making permanent mistakes, it can teach them about their bodies and their desires, and it can help their confidence. but the problem is that it's not safe. there isn't a well-educated, sensitive AI specifically to help teens explore their hormones. it's just internet-fed cycle. who knows what they're learning. who knows what misinformation they're getting.

the most common pushback i get involves therapy. none of us have access to the therapist of our dreams - it's expensive, elusive, and involves an annoying amount of insurance claims. someone once asked me: are you going to be mad when AI saves someone's life?

therapists are not just trained on the book, they're trained on patient management and helping you see things you don't see yourself. part of it will involve discomfort. i don't know that AI is ever going to be able to analyze the words you feed it and answer with a mind towards the "whole person" writing those words. but also - if it keeps/kept you alive, i'm not a purist. i've done terrible things to myself when i was at rock bottom. in an emergency, we kind of forgive the seatbelt for leaving bruises. it's just that chat shouldn't be your only form of self-care and recovery.

and i worry that the influence chat has is expanding. more and more i see people use chat for the smallest, most easily-navigated situations. and i can't like, make you worry about that in your own life. i often think about how easy it was for social media to take over all my time - how i can't have a tiktok because i spend hours on it. i don't want that to happen with chat. i want to enjoy thinking. i want to enjoy writing. i want to be here. i've already really been struggling to put the phone down. this feels like another way to get you to pick the phone up.

the other day, i was frustrated by a book i was reading. it's far in the series and is about a character i resent. i googled if i had to read it, or if it was one of those "in between" books that don't actually affect the plot (you know, one of those ".5" books). someone said something that really stuck with me - theoretically you're reading this series for enjoyment, so while you don't actually have to read it, one would assume you want to read it.

i am watching a generation of people learn they don't have to read the thing in their hand. and it is kind of a strange sort of doom that comes over me: i read because it's genuinely fun. i learn because even though it's hard, it feels good. i try because it makes me happy to try. and i'm watching a generation of people all lay down and say: but i don't want to try.

i'm one hundred percent certain that after percy and annabeth made out underwater. and he wanted to make their relationship official. the question was not "will you be my girlfriend?" but "can i be your boyfriend?" i don't care what the canon says. percy gave annabeth the space to take the lead in the relationship. because after a lifetime of being abandoned by everyone she dared to care for. and then watching her on the brink of a panic attack at the thought of losing him the last four years. he wanted to honor a new beginning between them by follow her lead and moving at her pace.

Hi hello happy pride anon :D Pretty much all my OCs are indeed very queer lol, I’ll list out the ones I know I posted by memory and if I missed any I apologize

-PokeJared is easily the most queer considering he’s the one I self project on the most. He’s transmasc and asexual, as well as polyam and most likely on the Demi spectrum. He doesn’t usually put his identity into words though, he’s just content being himself! Would likely call himself the f slur to describe his identity lol

-Jay is similar to PokeJared considering he’s literally just PokeJared in another universe. He’s transmasc, but unlike canon PokeJared, Jay is DEEP in the closet, no one in Plasma knows he’s trans aside from Lady A (Claitea’s OC who is shipped with Jay lol), he does NOT want people knowing his “Dirty secret” considering Plasma is a system run by misogyny and bigotry (Even if he’s King, he’s not in full control of how the system is run, Ghetsis has the final say and Ghetsis is like one of the most bigoted people in the world) He’s scared of the scandal that would come from The King not being cis and afraid of what would happen to him if caught and he basically makes himself suffer by being so deep in the closet with extremely dangerous long term binding that affects him big time well after leaving the cult. Bro is going through it!

Also unlike PokeJared, for the longest time, Jay assumes he’s transhet, considering the only person he’s ever really felt attraction to is Lady A, who was unaware of their own gender feelings, he just automatically assumed “Okay I’ve never been attracted to anyone else, so I have to be straight”. Then the combo of Alt discovering their gender identity and realizing down the line he also has feelings for N, a fellow guy, he eventually just settles into the not giving a damn about identity that canon PokeJared does. It’s a long road to accepting himself but he’s happy the way he is eventually and that’s what matters. Also insert diversity win joke about the pawn cult leader backup being not cishet

-Amity as I mentioned is sapphic! She uses that as an umbrella term cause tbh, she really doesn’t care who she is or what people call her. Someone calls her a lesbian? Cool! Someone calls her bi or pan? Hell yeah! She doesn’t care enough to think about a label, she just knows she likes girls (and probably boys too but not as extremely) and that’s hella awesome. Same goes for gender, if someone asks what gender she is, she just goes “heck if I know dude” and I think that’s so cool of her. She for the most part uses She/Her, but if someone uses They/He/It/ETC she doesn’t correct them. She’s Amity Pocket, and that’s what matters to her

-I haven’t mentioned him in forever, but Glenn my Ranger OC is somewhere in the Bi or Pan spectrum! He’s in a loving relationship with his fiancé who I need to also draw. Very much a Bi4Bi kind of romance. They are very happy together and totally don’t end in tragedy :D
