Chapter 3 : The last rush

so now for the last few days i don’t have notes but i (july 14th aurore) can tell you what went on in the last few days

I worked Monday 8th / Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th and i went out on monday night so i had 2 nights to try and get stuff done

On the 8th :

There was yet again another attempt of me filming myself (outside) which was a big fail

On the 9th & the 10th :

Tried to watch the untamed both nights and got interrupted again twice 💀

At least i got the idea for chapter 2 but needed to make it happen

On the 11th :

I went on vacation meaning : i had time in the morning to get ready then i spent 5hrs on a train

I filmed in the morning (really quickly but managed to have footage)

then i had time to edit on the train

I also managed to watch the first ep of the untamed 🥳🥳 and bc of my many failed attempts i actually think i managed to understand much more than the first attempt 😭 i wanted to continue badly but no time 😭

July 12th :

i got up earlier than others (it’ll make sense when i can update you) so i finished editing my video 🥳

July 13th :

I had resting time in the afternoon and bc everyone was napping and i can’t nap i managed to get started on the idea i got on the 10th of making flashcards so i took like 3hrs reading and screenshotted some of our conversations 😭 and i don’t think i even covered 30% of what we’ve said over 4 YEARS now i know why i made that my first year present with my bestfriend bc damn 4 years of messages is way too long

i’m not gonna spoil the content though bc i’m quite proud of myself 😌

July 14th

i made the bday thread (its in my drafts rn and i am currently writing this bc one bday tradition can be missing but not 2 🥺) i also have a plan now so be on the lookout 👀 (this is becoming so cryptic)

I need to prepare the message and obsly set my alarm at 6 😌 (you cannot convice me otherwise i really hope i’ll wake up 😭)

July 27 Birthday Shenanigans🥳🎂🙋🏻‍♀️🐶🧡🎉

Well...I had a very wild & crazy birthday this year. Just kidding!🤣 Although, it was better than last year’s Bday Home Depot visit (plus mentally recovering from Gingy🐶having surgery five days prior).

So, here’s the Bday breakdown (*because no one, absolutely no one cares, or has asked, haha):

Firstly, my sister bought me a strawberry bday cake😍; which I consumed entirely on the Sunday/Monday before my birthday. Also side-note, ‘firstly’ is an odd word.

I also ate in public for I think the 2nd(?) time in over a year..so I was nervous, and sweating profusely in my Def Leppard t-shirt (which btw, is identical to the one sold at Urban Outfitters for $39, but is in fact not/I bought it for $9.99). Then, I proceeded to take touristy🐞photos in Venice (even though I’ve been there three hundred and forty-eight thousand times).

Fast forward to the day of, the 27th...I went (drumroll please)...to Marshall’s in Studio City! Followed by Urban Outfitters to return some Vans! Then, I went to H&M in Sherman Oaks and almost bought a ‘Sponge Bob’ tropical/flamingo shirt (because I am a classy & mature adult)! All while wearing my vintage pin from childhood that says, “It’s my birthday today!“ (and yet, not one birthday greeting to be had all day🤔). 

Lastly, I wore my tropical Vans (present to myself), and they absolutely shredded the back of my feel (which has never happened before), lol. And also/per usual, I got 2 “happy birthday!” greetings on Facebook (I’m not joking, literally 2, just like last year, haha).

That’s about it.
