My family enjoys them, especially my kids, although Emily might be a little less fond of them because they can signal a quick descent into other symptoms.

When they happen, I think that what I am saying is crystal clear. What others hear is more like a ball of tape rolling across a linty floor, picking up randomness.

Laughter and humor are important elements of my recovery and it’s almost like CBQs have been a gift in this season. They’re random, sometimes thought-provoking, and they all made sense to this beautiful brain at one time or another.

Struggling through days of unexpected white noise - desperately striving towards equilibrium. Anger, depression, irritability…sensory overload and very little sleep since Thursday night. So much work ahead of me and confused about where to even begin…still processing & exhausted from last wk. Still processing & exhausted from earlier in Feb. Still processing & exhausted from events in Jan. Today’s last assignment is canceled so I think it is time for food, tea, apartment cleaning & then drawing or movie to relax, then scheduling.
