I think I post enough flowers on my feed, so for International Woman’s Day there’s no need for me to share a beauty saying “Happy Woman’s Day” to all my women followers. Because I want to say “have a happy women life”, not a day. Every day should be as you want it to be, and it shouldn’t depend on your gender and what’s allowed to your gender. We quite often forget the meaning for that holiday. It’s not about spring time, not about beauty, not about motherhood or a day to satisfy women’s wishes. It’s a day that reminds us that our fight for equal rights isn’t over, the problem is still there. This holiday no matter how I love gifts and greetings from my family, my son, my friends, makes me angry. I don’t think anyone should celebrate internationally their gender, it’s like celebration of your skin, eyes, hair color. I think we should remember on that day how far we’ve been moved from the past, when my gender had no rights. And check the speed of the progress. Haven’t we stopped at some point last year?
