When Dean and Cas got married, Dean was given a very small piece of Cas’ grace. In turn, he’s now able to see Cas’ wings when he unfurls them.

Some mornings Cas gets up before Dean wakes to stretch his wings in the early light. It takes Deans breath away every time he sees it, pretending to sleep so he can watch Cas be so at ease and peaceful.

even though cas is back from the empty, even though they’re together… dean can’t bring himself to kiss cas. because that would make it real. that would make this.. make them… they’d finally cross that last unspoken line drawn between them for all these years. days shift into weeks and merge into months. and even though they sleep next to each other and cas will link their fingers together and dean will pull cas close into his arms… they still haven’t kissed. but see… the thing is. when they finally do kiss. when cas is the one who finally closes that last breath of space, pressing a chaste feather light kiss to the corner of dean’s mouth late one random wednesday evening… it shifts everything. cas takes a step backwards, moving away from dean, but dean darts his hand out, snagging cas’ sleeve and stopping him from pulling away. dean just stares at cas for a long moment, gaze darting between cas’ eyes and then his lips and then back up to his eyes again. and dean quietly realizes they can have this. slowly, dean draws cas closer, and without a word, he’s the one who presses their lips together in a kiss. their first real kiss. it’s soft and quiet and over too quickly. but then cas is leaning in again and there’s another short kiss and then another. and the kisses start to get longer and more urgent; hands fumbling as bodies are pulled closer and breathy gasps are shared between their mouths. as dean chases cas’ mouth, he realizes they could’ve had this all along, and now he has it, he’s going to spend every moment from now on kissing cas breathless

so, fellas, my precious baby boy Nox got sick...

we’ve spent some lovely time at the vet (he even courageously endured when his tummy was shaved in order to do an ultrasound 🥹!), and it turned out he has cystitis and urolithiasis. there’s gonna be some more examinations and tests and medication (🤞at best!!) treatment. and it’s gonna cost me smthg around 250-350 $ which I don't have at the moment, so...

I am once again very very much open for your commissions!

“just… just think about it, dean. it’ll help you heal and we wouldn’t have to see the same person….” sam says, sliding the brochure across the table towards dean. but dean just shoves the papers away. “I. do. not. need. therapy.” dean hisses, pushing away from the table with a loud scrape of the chair. “therapy doesn’t mean you’re moving on from him or-” sam starts to say, but dean slams his hands down on the table, rattling the empty beer bottles and threatening to knock them to the ground. “I am NOT giving up. he said goodbye, but I didn’t. I’m not letting cas go. I’m not saying goodbye,” dean snaps, storming from the room before sam can say anything else. because dean won’t do it. talking about the complicated web between him and cas; moving on and letting cas go. it isn’t an option. there’s still so much left unsaid; so much dean needs to do, to say, to feel. dean’s not going to let some therapist tell him that ‘it’s okay’ and ‘it’s time to accept his feelings and let them go.’ he’s not done fighting for cas… and he won’t be done until cas is here again… until dean can say how he feels and show cas they can have this. until then, dean’s going to hold on.
