[SWIPE LEFT] Kehinde is the African American artist who made the phenomenal portrait of Michelle Obama. (You know the one I’m talking about - yeah he did that) Today is Bank Holiday (Labour Day - a public holiday for the US peeps) so I thought I would throwback what I did last Bank Holiday Monday (Easter Monday) Had an impromptu meet up for #BBB and we went to the National Gallery to see the exhibit by @kehindewiley. The exhibit ended on the 18th April 2022 at the National Gallery here in London but I’m sure this isn’t the last we are seeing on this amazing artist. I love the way the stories came out of the art to speak to you. So much so we had a decision after leaving the exhibit about the art and we each took something unique.
